After saying that, Mu Xin’s disposition changed greatly. Her eyes were locked straight to Ye Jiao before she rushed to the girl. Her fingers formed a fist before punching straight to Ye Jiao’s stomach.
Ye Jiao’s eyes could follow Mu Xin’s speed, but her body couldn’t. The strike landed on her stomach as she forced her body to withstand the impact. She shifted her weight to the left before lifting her right legs, sending a kick to Mu Xin’s stomach.
Pak!
Mu Xin used her hand to block the kick. Her right hand swung to make a slap while Ye Jiao forcefully jumped to the back using one legs. Her small body could clearly feel the burden, so she swiftly circulated the Eon Energy inside her body to help her ease the strain.
“You’re not bad,” Mu Xin commented. “But this is only the beginning.”
“I won’t lose,” Ye Jiao replied back.
“Is that so?”
Mu Xin charged straight to Ye Jiao once again, sending a punch and a kick to her direction. As Ye Jiao barely learned martial art, her blocks and attack were all over the place. Numerous hits reached her body as she just forcefully withstood the pain.
‘It hurts.’
Ye Jiao raised her arm and blocked the punch from Mu Xin. She pushed her hand back and send a punch back to the girl. However, Mu Xin moved to the side and used one arm to move her trajectory. At the same time, her other hand formed a fist and punched straight to Ye Jiao’s stomach.
*cough* *cough*
Being pushed to the back, Ye Jiao felt that her inner organs were screaming because of that clean punch. The punch hit her right in her weak spot, churning her inside because of the force.

“You alright?” Mu Xin asked.
Ye Jiao nodded her head as she continued to circulate Eon Energy in her body. She struggled to stand up as Mu Xin looked at the young girl before her. It was clear that Ye Jiao was unable to fight any longer, but this girl struggled to stand up again.
“It’s still not finished, right?” Ye Jiao readied her stance again, yet her legs were already shaking.
Mu Xin shook her head. “I don’t want to fight against you again. You don’t have any strength to block my punch again.”
“Ah, but…”
“Don’t worry, you can practice with me,” Mu Xin cut off Ye Jiao’s words. “Sit down there, I’ll take the ointment for you.”
“Ok.”
After Mu Xin walked out of the room, Ye Jiao sat down on the ground as she inspected her body. Mu Xin’s strength was clearly abnormal. That girl hadn’t formed her core, but Mu Xin had managed to make her body felt pain all over.
Slowly, she absorbed Eon Energy from the surroundings. At first, she did it slowly then faster and faster, straight to the place for her core. Ye Jiao was pleasantly surprised because it seemed that she could absorb them much faster. In addition, her muscle would become stronger with the nourishment of Eon Energy.
‘Wait, did it mean I have to be beaten up every single time?’
Ye Jiao’s lips twitched when she thought of getting beaten up for practice. That was clearly a big no. The pain was not a joke, but the speed at which she absorbed Eon Energy seemed to increase and made her muscle stronger.
Now, she was in a dilemma.
Mu Xin pushed open the door as she carried a box in her hand. She sat down near Ye Jiao. “Don’t worry, there are a lot of good medicine here.”

“Ah, thank you, Senior Mu.”
“Here, let me help you.”
“I can do it by myself.”
“I insist.”
The way Mu Xin talked made her remember that general. These two had somewhat authoritative tone in their voice, making it hard for her to refuse them. In the end, Ye Jiao allowed Mu Xin to help her applied the ointment.
“How about your body, Senior Mu?”
“I’m good,” Mu Xin replied shortly. “Your attack is too weak to give me wounds or anything.”
Ye Jiao smiled wryly. She looked at Mu Xin curiously. “Have you formed your core?”
“Not yet. My progress slows down because my father wants me to practice my physical body,” Mu Xin said calmly. “But this will make me reach rank 1 faster after I form my core.”
“Really?” Ye Jiao was astounded.
Mu Xin nodded her head. “Rank 1 Eon Energy Master are those who are capable of controlling their Eon Energy to their entire body even to the cell. With training my body, I also practiced how to control them to my muscle little by little. It’ll make me stronger and at the same time, learning how to control them.”
“I see,” Ye Jiao understood.
Still, she was unable to control it deeper to her body. Just controlling it to form her core was already taxing enough, so she had to do it step by step. After all, it was not too late to learn them after reaching rank 1 in the future.
“You’re weird, Ye Jiao,” Mu Xin commented as she watched Ye Jiao fell into deep contemplation. Most children around her would just say that it was a useless practice. It was easier to form their core first before worrying about the higher rank. After all, trying to move their Eon Energy to other place than their core took a lot of effort.
Ye Jiao tilted her head. “Really? I think I’m quite normal.”
Mu Xin didn’t answer again. She put the box to the side before siting cross legged. “I’ll train my Eon Energy to restore my strength. You’re free to do anything you want here.”
After she said that, Mu Xin focused her attention completely to absorb the Eon Energy and used them to form her core and strengthen her muscle.
By the side, Ye Jiao chose to sit down and did the same. She didn’t want to slack off.
