《A Time for Leisure》Chapter 3: Flying Mountain Sect

The days passed as Caz reunited with Hanna and the village. George and Michael were still the same brutes, the elders of the village were also more or less the same as well. Not all of them, as some of the older ones in the village had sadly passed away.
Caz expected this but was still greatly depressed. He knew most of the ones who passed away, a nice grandma only 2 houses down, and a stern but kind grandpa who ran the bakery in town. After the grandpa passed, his nephew decided to take the business over in hopes of letting the grandpa rest easy. Caz didn't want to let depression take over, so he decided to take a stroll around the village, mostly to catch up with his old friends.
He didn't really feel like just sitting inside all day, as he had been doing the past few days while 'catching up' with Hanna.
It was early in the morning when Caz stepped out but the village was still lively. People began walking out of their homes to work. Most worked in the shops the village had and the others had jobs outside the village, mostly gardening.
Caz was greeted by some of the older folk as he passed by. Even though he wouldn't say it, Caz has missed all these people dearly. It gets lonely in the Higher Realm sometimes, sure he had some friends but they didn't visit very often. He did have one friend that visited quite often, though. A Goddess to be exact, she was one of the people who came to receive Caz when he ascended. People in the higher rankings would often attempt to seek out talents to see if they would join their clan or sect. If the person agreed, then they would be generously welcomed, but if they refused, they would take that as a personal insult and would most likely make you regret it by making your life hell.
The woman came to him asking him if he would like to join her clan. He was originally going to refuse but luckily the woman mentioned one word that could make him completely obedient, food. She boasted about how the chefs that she had hired were top of the line and not even seen in the Royal Kingdoms. That's all it took for Caz to be hooked and immediately accepted her offer with a serious face.

While the woman was purely looking in the best interest of her clan, since who wouldn't fight over a cultivation genius, they soon became friends. Caz had depended on her for many things, mostly knowledge about the Higher Realm.
As Caz was walking around the village, Michael and George were curiously watching as a caravan was slowly making its way down the old beaten path. One look at the people around the caravan and you could tell that they belonged to a sect. The duo didn't have a clue as to why there would suddenly be some cultivators around these parts. Most of the time, it'd just be simple merchants coming back and forth throughout the forest.
The caravan stopped a few feet in front of the duo and a woman suddenly jumped from the top of the wagon. She walked up to Michael and George and bowed. "Hello there, apologies if we have startled you, we were simply hoping we could trade some supplies and tools for food? We're from the Flying Mountain Sect. We were sent by the sect to complete a mission but unfortunately, we underestimated how long we'd be gone and didn't bring enough supplies for the entire caravan, would it be possible for us to purchase some food from this village?"
The woman sounded polite, which surprised the duo. Most cultivators are snobby pricks who love nothing more than to think that everyone and everything is below them.
"Of course, we just had a pretty good season here so we have more food than needed at the moment. I'd recommend going to the general store, it's one of the first stores you'll see on the inside. Owned by Phil, he should be able to get everything you need." Michael responded with a smile while giving directions to the woman.
The woman had gorgeous looks with a cute but mature face, long green hair with yellow eyes. A body that could easily be comparable to Hanna, while having a much more mature and sexy feeling instead of Hannas young and innocent aura. Her long legs made her taller than the average woman.
She nodded and gave her thanks to the duo and led her companions inside. She noticed that the village was quite a bit larger than she had originally expected. She saw the general store that Michael told her about, it had a big sign out front with 'Everything Needed' on it, appearing to be the store's name.

Reaching the front door she quickly walked inside and was greeted by a young Devil man cheerfully talking to an old bald man at the front desk. She was shocked to see a Devil this far away from their home continent. Calming down, she quietly walked towards the front desk where the old bald man finally spotted her and ignored the man that was bickering with him.
"Welcome to 'Everything Needed'! How may I assist you, madam?" The old man, Phil, gestured for the woman to take a look at the catalogue.
"No need, I'd just like to purchase food of any type, 50 pounds of it." (Woman)
"Alright, I'll be back in a jiffy, Caz you lazy ass, come over here and help me carry this stuff." Phil started yelling at the man to come help him.
"I can't believe you'd make me use my frail body for such a barbarous act, how could you?" The young man said with a teary expression. Phil didn't buy his bullshit and pulled him by the ear into the back room where Phil and Caz emerged about a minute later. Caz looked like a pack mule carrying about 7 bags on his shoulder.
"Where should I take these bags, gorgeous?" Caz asked the woman as he made a charming smile, or so he thought.
While he might have thought his smile was charming in his head, the woman had thought this smile was terrifying. It looked like his eyes were about to swallow her, but his smile brought her out of his daze. He had the smile of an innocent and gentle child while his eyes looked like they could stare into your soul.
The woman quickly calmed herself, she might have been relatively young but she was still a powerful cultivator. "My name is Luri, not gorgeous. Please take those bags and place them at the back of the wagon, Mr Scary Eyes." Luri smiled as she made a joke in return.
Caz laughed as he walked out of the store and quickly found the wagon. He placed the bags into the wagon and started talking to the other people that were apart of the caravan.
Luri came out shortly after and saw the devil talking to her companions. She smirked and walked over.
"Well, it has been a pleasure Mr..." (Luri)
"Oh, the name is Caz. You probably heard the baldy call me that" Caz laughed as his gaze was completely focused on Luri's chest.
Luri had noticed this and started gently laughing. "I don't know if you can handle this, young man. Many have tried and none have succeeded." She had a confident air as she spoke these words.
These words ignited the inner pervert in Caz as he quickly put his hand up to her chin and looked into her eyes. "Maybe we can get to know each other a little better sometime?" He had a dumb perverted smile on his face.
These words dumbfounded Luri as she was the one doing the teasing most of the time. There was a slight blush on her cheeks as she laughed loudly. "It's been too long since a young man had the courage to talk to me this way. If you're ever in Cou Kingdom, find the time to visit me. I'm almost always inside of the Flying Mountain Sect. Just ask for Elder Luri. See you later sweetheart." Luri waved to Caz as the wagon slowly departed into the forest.
Caz had a mischievous grin on his face. This grin only meant one thing, something had piqued his interest. If any of his close friends saw this smile, they could only feel pity for Flying Mountain.
"A sect, huh? I've never had the chance to visit one. I wonder if they accept devils?"
