Jose holds his cards and this is where Yanlei started to doubt something.

The card in the last row of Jose's hand, Yanlei noticed something different on it. But It's not the cards or anything, It's what Jose just did. In his five cards, he just removed the card in the last row and rotated it, they took it back at his hand.
"He just rotated a card, right?"
In poker cards, there are symmetrical cards where no matter what state the card is, upside down, downward or left side, the shapes are still the same!!! Because It's symmetrical!!! But...!!! Some cards are not!!! You need to rotate this specific card because It has the right shape. Not rotating these cards would mean they're upside down!!! Unlike the symmetrical cards!!!
Like a painting that is upside down, you need to rotate it to appreciate It's a beauty!!! Or else you will have to turn your head upside down too!!! No one will bother doing that kind of thing!!!
Most of the cards in Poker are symmetrical, especially the numbers!!! Except for the seven!!! And the Ace!!!

Yanlei felt the numbers and confirmed that his last hand is either a has a Seven or Ace on it and It would be both to be Two Pairs. But...!!! It enters his mind!!! Like a raging arrow, falling from the skies!!! It enters his mind!!!

Yanlei can't win with raw force alone!!! This is the first time in his playing of Three Hand Poker that he's being cornered!!! Like a rat who got trapped in a cage!!! There's no way out!!!
He always uses his Royal Flush to crush the opponent's spirit in the third round. Adding to the fact, that he almost all of his plays are bluffs and High Hands even though he can build a stronger hand.
With that, slowly but surely, his opponent is going to be consumed by the darkness!!! Negativity, Anxiety, Frustration, these three things will well up inside his opponents affecting their playing style!!! So normally, It's already an easy win at the last round!!! But...!!! Not this time!!!
"So my only choice is to bluff, huh? A desperate bluff..."
Yanlei clings to the only rope he knows to win!!! A bluff!!! He needs to bluff them that he has at least higher than Two Pairs!!!
"My bluff will work!!! It will surely work!!! These two idiots are chickens who always step on the pedal if they're already ahead of the cliff!!! Just a bunch of cowards..."

On the outside, Yanlei looks composed while looking at Jose but in his mind, he's celebrating!!! His mind is in a state of euphoria!!!
