"Jose? What brings you here?"
Just for a moment, Jose saw the darkness that he didn't see before. Is this a premonition? That something will happen if he continues? Regardless of this premonition or whatnot, he disregarded it and spoke about his intentions.
"Boss Yanlei... please let me borrow advances!"
He immediately started his business to his boss, Yanlei Magallanes. For some reason, he smirked. He smirks as if he found a prey. As if a predator finding Its prey. At that time, Antonio who was in the back felt the same sensation that Jose felt earlier. It's the same darkness.
Yanlei Magallanes has long black hair as if It belongs to a girl. Slanted eyes and a tall figure you won't see anywhere. It's as if the Yanlei Magallanes he saw at the trash mountain was not him at all. It's a different man! His face, aura, figure, and his way of speaking have changed! All of it has changed!
But Jose is willing to bet on the chance, that his friend Yanlei is still the same as before. A good kindhearted man who helps others... that's the personality that builds Yanlei Magallanes. Isn't it the reason that he allowed Jose to work? Because he's kindhearted? Is it? Is it? IS THAT REALLY IT!?

"Borrowing advances, hmmm? I apologize, my dear friend, Jose. But I can't do that..."
After Yanlei said those words, Jose suddenly felt defeated. He doesn't know anyone that will lend him money. Even Antonio doesn't know. In reality, there are banks where they can loan but... either they don't know about or they think that they won't be qualified for that.
"I can't lend you anything, because so many of my workers asked for an advance this month. I made it my rule to not give anyone an advance for this month."

Defeat!!! Unable to do anything, Jose just crouched to the ground... gritting his teeth. When he's on the ground, that's when Yanlei proposed something...
"Since you can't really borrow from me or anyone. I have a proposal for you. This way... you'll get money without having any debts at all."

A ray of hope! Jose, as if he's Kandata, suddenly saw a sliver of rope... Rope to Victory! That's why...

He climbed it! The sliver ray of hope! He climbed it! Like Kandata who climbed the rope, Jose did the same! He started to climb! Little by little, he's climbing... reaching for the light! But...
Antonio felt it again the darkness from Yanlei. That something bad will definitely happen... a premonition!!!
Is Jose really going for the light? Or... is he going to destruction?

Yanlei took a taxi, Jose and Antonio followed him. Yanlei paid for the taxi and all of them moved on. Jose and Antonio don't have the slightest clue at their destination or even the place where they're going. They just know that the taxi has traveled quite far.
After approximately an hour of traveling, they finally reached their destination. Yanlei asked the driver to stop and It did as said so. After that, he opened the door then left the cab. Jose and Antonio, seeing Yanlei, immediately left the cab too.
They entered a building. Looking at it from the outside, It looks like a 4 floored building and It's actually like that. It's an apartment complex.
The three of them entered the building. Yanlei used some kind of voice and eye scanner to open the elevator and after he did that, the elevator opened and they ride it. Yanlei typed the buttons for the 3rd Floor, and It immediately rose. For some reason, Jose and Antonio didn't felt the same happiness they felt earlier. This time, they felt uneasiness...

"I don't know why... but I'm feeling something bad will happen. Maybe I should let Jose know."
Antonio whispered to himself. He was about to call Antonio who is right beside him and tell him about his gut feeling. But he saw the determination at Jose's eyes as if saying that "I will never back down!!!"
So Antonio... stood firm... unable to do anything. After a while, they finally reached the 3rd Floor.
"This is our destination... people..."
Yanlei said mildly to the two of them...
"But isn't this... a casino!?"
