INTERMISSION
a note from the author person
First of all, thank you for reading, and thanks for all your comments. It means a lot, that other people are getting into this story I love so much. I first started this thing six years ago, and it's a project I've often revisited. Always in the back of my head and a weight in my heart. The biggest problem I had was figuring out how to get it out into the world. For a while I thought it might end up as something I just kept for myself, but I'm glad I found this avenue to share it. A story without readers is always a little cold. You need community for warmth.
As for where we go from here, I'm still not completely sure. Not about the story, I've known how that goes for years, but in terms of release and in taking the time to get these second season episodes just how I want them. It might become something like a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule, with the rough goal of an episode a week. In terms of actual writing I've just finished episode 19, and it's likely that season two will have twelve episodes, the same as the first season.
I'm also thinking of going the Patreon route, but it's hard to get that sort of thing started. There's that weird catch-22, of having zero supporters, so nobody wants to be among the first, so you never get that momentum. Also I'm so rubbish at anything that's not writing. Promotion and so on, it's just death to the heart for me. It would be nice to just be able to write, for people who want to read. That's the dream! That wonderful, impossible dream~
Anyway. There will be a short break, then we'll jump right into season two. Things are pretty dark right now, huh? The Blue Slimes are not in good shape. About all they've got going for them is the relentless optimism of Mist Reginleif, and how far can that take you? So maybe this isn't just an underdog sports story after all. Maybe it's a tragedy, or a blood-soaked tale of revenge. Maybe it's about the mistakes people make, and the lengths they'll go to in trying to correct them. Maybe it's about secrets, and hidden motivations, and forgotten pasts, and hopeless futures.

Or maybe it's all just an excuse to spend time with this collection of hopeful, beautiful, diversely odd young students, at this hostile and unbalanced academy, on this mysterious floating island, in this dark and glorious world.
Whatever it is, I hope you continue to enjoy it. Come along for the ride. We're going some places, that is for certain.
Love,
BJK White

Main cast of Avatar: The Last Airbender react to stuff on the internet about them and their futures. Hilarity ensues. And it's nothing serious. (Most of the time)Kataang, as always.Suggestions are always welcome because I need ideas and I have school.-Why does this remind me of those gacha life avatar videos on Youtube hsihidfvjfbvireuhfnibrahahjajakdnfjnkIt's also pretty funny, because now I see a bunch of similar fics pop up on here - and it's sort of cool to think I created a trend, not to sound too full of myself. All stuff included in here belong to their rightful owners, and I will always try to credit.
