《My Fantasy World》Chapter 20 Faith Smile

Immediately after the deliberations, Morgan said his goodbye, eager to tell the good news to the Kings waiting in the city. Darius did not retain him, and he hoped to get in touch with the Rulers in the city early to act in a unified manner. Leaving the Commander tent, looking at the faint sky, while stepping on the muddy ground, Morgan breathed out a sigh of relief and quickly relaxed. Persuading Darius was less troublesome than expected, he thought he would have to face some twists and turns, but it was much easier than he believed. In the end, he was right, what man does not desire transcendent power. With Darius's confirmation, the plan can be launched, and there is no doubt that Dracule, the continent's most powerful emperor, is about to enter the countdown of his life. After Dracule death, Darius would undoubtedly become the master of the army or even the Assyrian Empire. Thinking of this, Morgan's heart has a hint of envy. In the end, he believed all man has their own faith, so he rather let faith take its course. If Darius will be Emperor, he would be the friend of an emperor. With this hundred nation war, the instant storm, in the chaos, too many people's fate has been changed, not only of a peasant but also those of blue blood. And what about him, what about his fate? Reflecting on his fate, Morgan rushed back to Norwich City, and when they heard Darius agreed to their plan, the emperors and kings were overjoyed, and the Babylonian Empire, which had been clamouring to retreat, shock be not, they did not threaten to retreat again, but began to think about how to aid in the war effort. Over the next few days, while Dracule was still healing, Darius tightened his grip on the army, and on the other general, he began to make secret contact with the city's kings to determine many matters. Moreover, things went well, and Dracule control over the army which was supposed to be strong, no more, now his control over the army, including his control over the few ministers left, was weakened by the purge of his own trusted General who had been disloyal to him. Now, Darius is more of an admirer of Dracule than a fright. In this case, Darius is fully confident and capable of controlling the army without alerting Dracule. Time passed, and soon the time was ripe for the plan. Dracule sat in the middle of the military tent, quietly practising the Origin energy, of course, in their view, this is not called Origin energy, but the power of God. As for the sword given by God, it is now in his hands. Excalibur. This sword, which helps in absorbing the Origin energy, seems to have some strange power, no longer a shaped piece of Iron, but a real artefact. Some time ago, in the last battle of Norwich City, to kill Dracule who wield divine might. The Allied forces deliberately formed an army without metal, while also using trebuchet, armed with burning stone form by oil, in an attempt to kill Dracule, to win the war. Unfortunately, their actions failed, cultivating divine power for almost a year, Dracule strength is always growing stronger, he may not understand the principle of Origin energy, and how Origin energy strengthens cells, but by the power of his special ability, and God-given sword, and in a head-on collision, face-to-face combat. Dracule is like a human tyrannosaur, incomparable on the battlefield. Dracule, powerful as he is, is not invincible, with the damage done to him by the trebuchet, the injury and damage are so severe that he has had to recover with Origin energy and even delay his plan. It was also because of his recovery that he gave the city time for the allied forces of the hundred nations to gather strength, and also created the conditions for Darius's rebellion. Dracule injury has not fully recovered. He has no intention of heading to battle, and since he has been delayed for a few days, a few more days will do no difference. In his view, they are just mortal with traps, he will not be a fool again. A Lion does not fear the cries of his prey. Unfortunately, with his injury, he can not continue to cultivate, until his body is fully healed. Just as Dracule was being gloomy, suddenly his butler came to tell him that Darius had come to see him. Dracule frowned, and before he could cultivate again, he had given orders not to disturb him unless it was a matter of great importance. And now Darius wishes to be summoned, something must have happened. Dracule soon summoned Darius, seeing Dracule, Darius quickly knelt to salute. Etiquette should not be forgotten even in desperate times. "Your Majesty, we have discovered that the army in the city is retreating with haste," Darius said, his eyes red, like that of a sleepless man. "Oh?" Dracule eyebrows raised, revealing an unexpected look "It looks like they were scared to face us." Dracule said, with good reason. The Assyrian Empire had a strong cavalry force, and it was with this trump card, that Dracule was able to make such an easy victory in the early days of the war. And the cavalry of the Allied forces of the Hundred Nations has been almost annihilated, in other words, the Allied Forces of the Hundred Nations have no cavalry and have only infantry. In the field, the infantry is by no means an opponent of cavalry. If under the cover of walls and Trebuchet, Norwich might still have the possibility of holding on, and if they pulled out, it would be purely a death sentence. A game of chaste without hope to survive. "Are all the troops retreating?" Dracula asked. "Your Majesty, it seems that only one of their armies have retreated, and most of them remain behind city walls. And from the flag, it was the armies of the Babylonian Empire who retreated.'' Darius replied cautiously. "Huhh, that's it." Dracule nodded "It doesn't look like they're completely out of their mind, so the Babylonian Imperials want to retreat, presumably with what remains of their cavalry." "Your Majesty, what shall we do?" Whether to send troops to kill, or let them leave directly. Darius asked, and his heart thumped. This decision is what will mark the start of the end game plan. "Of course, it's going to be a chase, but sadly it's going to end fast," Dracule answered without hesitation. "Yes, yes, I'll get the cavalry ready right away, Your Majesty, please wait for the goods news." Darius nodded. "Hhehe. Wait!" Dracule laughed "I don't want to wait, this chase, I shall lead the cavalry my self, last time I let them run, this time I want to see how they run with soulless man, this time, I want to end this royal bloodline of cowards," "But, Your Majesty, your wounds?" Darius frowned. "No problem my friend, my injury is completely fine." Dracule stood up: "Come on, get me my armour!." He shouted. Darius could not stop Dracule wishes, not to mention his desire to do so, because getting Dracule out was part of the plan in itself. The plan has already begun, and from Dracule performance, it has been a little more successful, than he had presumed. Faith smiles his way, Darius thought.
