Zheng began exploring the forest as per his first mission's condition.
The forest was huge. As far as Zheng can see, there are trees, tree, tree, tree. No matter where he looks, the forest was filled with trees. Thick leaves covered the sunlight.
Zheng slowly explored the forest when suddenly he heard the sound of leaves rustling nearby.
"Wh-what is that?" Zheng's body trembled in fear as he quickly hid in the nearby bush. Beads of sweat rolled down from his forehead as he peeks around the area.
What appeared is a red-furred and green-skinned monkey, with a body-build of a gorilla. It has eyes with yellow irides and white pupils, spike-like protrusions along the length of its tails, elongated blunt fangs, and two long horns curving upwards on its forehead like a crown.
The red monkey walked gently into the forest.
Zheng, who was hiding in the bush nearly fainted at the sudden appearance of the red-furred monkey. He gave his best holding his breathing in fear so that the monkey will not notice him. Unexpectedly, the bush rustled. 'Crap!'
"Hmm?" The red monkey's hearing ability is quite good and heard the sudden noise in its surrounding.
"Awoho!" It makes such monkey-like war cry and charges at Zheng's location.
'THIS IS BAD!'
Zheng kicked the ground and ran fast with all his might. "What kind of monkey is that!?" Zheng looked behind him and saw the red-furred monkey following him.
"Awoho!"
["Warning! You're running out of breath. Please refrain from doing heavy exercises as this will affect your condition."]
"Exercise? What the fu** are you talking about!? Who's person is in the right mind to exercise in a time like this? The monkey is trying to kill me!" Zheng's endless cursed on the system echoed in the forest.

Zheng had no choice but to ran, his body is weak and there's no way he can fight in his current state. Bruises are all around his body as was continuously hit by the branches and sharp leaves.
["Warning! You're running out of breath. Please..."]
["Warning! You're running out of breath. Please..."]
Endless warning notification keeps ringing in his ear. Zheng's body condition is getting worse. His heart beats wildly. But, Zheng endured it. He ran and ran and ran as he pushed his body to the limit.
Then, as if heaven notice Zheng's perseverance, he heard a notification on his mind.
["Congratulation host! You successfully unlocked the 'Endurance' stats!"]
["Your stamina is fully recovered."]
["Congratulation host! You ran 1,000 meters without stopping! You successfully earned the passive skill Swift and was added to your skills list."]
Zheng felt refresh as if he was not tired at all! His breathing recovered back to normal. Sadly, Zheng still saw his injury.
He ran again and again as the red-furred monkey followed him. The red-furred monkey was also tenacious as it continuously rampages in the forest. Zheng tried his best, changing his track as he ran around the forest. He used the trees to his advantage to avoid the sneaky monkey.
For more than an hour, Zheng escaped successfully by the threat of the red-furred monkey.
"Aghhhh!" Zheng's body was again hit its limit as he collapsed on the ground.
["Warning! You're running out of breath. Please..."]
["Warning! You're running out of breath. Please..."]
"What a rough day... red monkey... what kind of forest is this?"
Zheng complained. Fortunately, the breezed of the flowers around the area makes his mind calm.
Moments later.
["Warning! You need to rest or else, you die."]
"I'm fu*** resting!"
Zheng shouted as he poured out everything he had on that one. In one day, Zheng cursed so much that he never did in his previous life.
Just like a snap of a finger, Zheng's vision went blank and passed out.
His first mission never went smoothly.
Unknown location inside the forest, the mighty red-furred monkey was actually enjoying its food as it lied down on the ground. Its four-tail wiggled as it swallowed the whole banana peacefully.

This won't be something short, as I have the very long term in mind, but I'm a total noob to writing, so I most likely won't release chapters very often, at least until I really get the hang of it. But, the chapters will always be several thousand words long. At the minimum 2k, maximum like 6k... Pretty big variations, sorry. If you like it, great. If you don't, that's understandable. Regardless, if you have a read, I'd appreciate feedback for areas you think I should improve on, whether it's the use of some words or how I should write something or WHATEVER. I'm open to anything, good or bad, because with your help, it'll help make this story better. **DISCLAIMER** So you don't waste your time, I want to let you know what you're getting into, because I like knowing ahead of time before I read something. This might appear like a Xianxia novel, but it's not. It only starts that way. This is a western fantasy world and setting that many of you are familiar with. The beginning chapters might be a bit of an info dump. Some of it might seems superfluous, but a lot of information is relevant to the story. The first few chapters might also seem rushed, but I'll try to keep it exclusive to those. This is a cliche, OP MC story with the typical harem, but other than the quick start, everything else will be gradual. There will be romance, and probably many moments at that, but don't expect anything TOO detailed. If you want something really steamy, look elsewhere. References and throwbacks to stuff most likely. The setting won't be really dark or really light. Middleground, I guess. The MC is far from a young kid, but he won't totally reflect his age. I don't plan on discarding info, abilities or characters that you KNOW should come back and be around. I see it a lot and it sort of bugs me haha... but I could have oversights, I dunno. As I said, I'm a noob. That's it, really. If you're interested, welcome to my world!

3 Hearts
With three hearts in one body, in a world that is inhabited by beings that are trying to kill me. How did I Civitas end up like this, although I was born completely normal... or was I? [NOTE: Ok since I am not able to bring my depressed ass to writing regularly, chapters come when they come. I can't guarantee anything, but I'll try to make chapters more frequent. Btw. In my opinion, my writing gets better after like chapter 6, so I recommend reading at least this far.]

Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Trying to discover his place in the world, Jerry will live great adventures. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. If you're looking for another fun, action-packed adventure, check out Cultivator vs. System by yours truly, available on Kindle, KU, and Audible. But read Good Guy Necromancer first.
