Jacob and the rest of the BattleSmiths turned as a dozen guards rounded the corner on to the street they were on. The captain of the guard was leading them. Alexander signaled for his group to stop as he arrived at Jacob and his team.
“Ah it is good to see you lot again. There was a great cry from this place. Did you hear it? Did it come from the dungeon?” Guard captain Alexander asked his questions in rapid succession.
Jacob took a step forward and calmly stated, “I apologies that sound you heard was me. I was rather excited and did no think of the consequences of my actions. Again, I apologize.”
Alexander looked at him befuddled, some of the guardsmen behind him placed their hand upon their weapons only for Alexander to warn them against such actions.
“Why pray tell did you not simply say it came from the dungeon. You could have lied.” Jacob cut him off, “No I can’t. I am a cleric of Hethara and thus I cannot lie.” Alexander’s eyes grew ever wider. A smile formed upon his face and it grew by the second.
Alexander laughed as he bent over to slap his knee, “You are a cleric of the goddess of love!” Alexander said as he pointed at Jacob and continued laughing. Jacob looked behind him to see more than half of the other guards also smiling.
Alexander after a moment gathered himself and wiped the tears from his eyes, “I am sorry about that. It was simply unexpected. Its good to hear though, we can always use another healer on hand.”
Jacob smiled at that thought, “I will gladly help if I am so able, Just not today.” Alexander’s smile waned as he pointed at Jacob, “Normally I would have to fine you for disturbing the peace. However,”

Alexander took a step closer to Jacob, “I think the city won’t mind if I let you off with a warning.” Taking a second of pause before stating, “Just this once.” Jacob smiled, “I appreciate that Alexander.”
Alexander took a step back signaling for his guards to about face and head back, and so they did, leaving their captain behind for a moment. “So, are you lot taking your chances with the dungeon today?” Alexander asked, but before the others could chip in Jacob spoke up.
“Yes, just not right now. Plans have changed a bit.” Jacob said as he held his hands behind his back giving his friends two thumbs up. Alexander wished them well and jogged off to rejoin his unit.
Hellen was the first to ask, “Why are we delaying going in? What happened?! Explain damnit!” Jacob waited a moment for her to quiet down before he recounted the short story.
“We already went into the dungeon today.” Hellen and the others looked confused, “We haven’t though.” Calista said. “We did and you all died.” That statement was meet by silence and jaws opening and closing unable to find the words.
“I was the only one who survived. The floor boss is walking around the maze.” Hellen shook herself from her from her stunned state, “That’s impossible, they never leave their rooms!” Jacob recalled the small radiant orb still clutched in his palm.
“I think I can show you.” Jacob said as he raised up the orb and spoke, “Hethara, grant unto them the power to remember that which is no more.” The radiant orb shined bright for a moment before exploding outward in golden light.
The golden light passed over them and seemed to cling to them. Their eyes turned gold for a moment as they were made to remember that which had been but now never would be.

Hellen turned to Calista and tears began to flow down her cheeks, Jacob seeing this chimed in. “Don’t blame her, she was mind controlled. Now we are going back to Carthus’ shop and we will buy a few items to boost our wisdom.”
Hellen’s gaze lingered upon Calista for a moment, and she could see that both of them had tears flowing now. Hellen turned back to Jacob and asked an all to important question, “How did you save us.” “I broke a divine law. I bound time to my will and then turned it back.”
Jacob and the BattleSmiths returned to the Fortune’s Favor in the midafternoon. Feeling it was too late to try the dungeon today. They turned in for the night early all mentally exhausted from the day.

"Where do we go when we die?" "To Drasil, of course!" You all know the story by now. Follow his story as he fend himself off against entire nations as a mere craftsman. ---------- Old Synopsis ---------- Follow the adventures of a young(?) man, who after dying from being run over by a train, finds himself reincarnated into a world of magic, mystical creatures and the all too familiar game mechanics. The branch of humanity on earth was merely part of an old, thought to be extinct bloodline. The Warden had sought to use this bloodline for his own purposes as part of the Great Game, a fully immersive virtual reality world that was created by an unknown entity billions of years in the past. The Great Game was now populated by players from millions of different civilisations across countless galaxies. Braizo is forced into the Great Game by an old enemy in an attempt to kill him, but instead of dying Braizo receives a special ability that is both a curse and a blessing. So begins his adventures in the Great Game.
