Jordan returned from the platform and was once again in the fortress wine cellar, he plans to move his teleporting device to the church´s underground basement but that can wait for later.

It was already deep in the night, so Jordan began his routine training with weapons, he needs to get used to the bigger war-hammer, war-axe, and now even bow which is completely new for him.

Jordan weighted the bow in his hand, just like the ax and hammer the bow was completely from grey metal and weighted circa 10 kg, and was approximately 2 meters tall (6 ft 7 in) in short the bow was huge.

Jordan took one of the normal arrows that were completely made from the gray metal, the arrow was almost 1,5 meters (4 ft 11in) in length, such an arrow could probably be used even in ballista.

With the checkup done Jordan got in stance, took the normal arrow, and prepared to shoot, Jordan bought a bow for third rank body and he had to grit his teeth a bit to pull the bowstring all the way, with all his might he pulled the bowstring and aimed.

Just before he shoots the arrow Jordan activated the mana shield he worked on, many blue hexagons connected to form a sort of shield with a diameter of 1,75 meters (5 ft 8 in).

After the shield appeared it levitated about 3 meters (9 ft 10 in) before Jordan.

With a "whoosh" the arrow flew through the air and hit the top right corner of the shield, the hexagon that got hit instantly shattered, and with slightly lower speed the arrow continued on its way until it hit the wall and even after shattering the shield the arrow managed to bury itself 10 cm (2,5 in) deep in the stone wall.

The power of the bow couldn't be underestimated, it could be said to be a bit ridiculous even but the aim is going to be bit of a problem with the normal arrows.

With Jordan´s body in the third rank, the bow was similar to the ballista in power and the lack of experience with the bow can be compensated with the enhanced arrows.

The only problem is that it is basically shooting money, Jordan pulled the arrow from the wall and looked over it, the arrow that hit the wall was already dull and its head was already bent... the arrows will probably be one-time use and would require repair from the blacksmith.

Slightly disappointed Jordan looked at the shield spell he created, the shield was moving toward behind his back as its the base position he programmed into the spell, the shield would move there after being manifested, and when not controlled it would start to move there and will stay here until he wishes otherwise.

Jordan thought of it as a counter to one of his blank points to guard his back, the idea behind the shield was quite simple, a shield that will instantly manifest itself anywhere in 3 meters (9 ft 10 in) radius and block any shot or hit and then the shield will move to the caster providing "third hand" shield that uses will to move around and stuff, the problem was that while designing the spell Jordan used too much mana to make the shield flexible and movable in exchange for defense but hopefully that could be fixed when he reaches the third circle.

The hexagons forming the shield were all thin and would crack even from someone with rank one body, there was also the problem with the shield needing force large enough to not be moved by the attacker which required more mana but that was solved by making the spell draining the mana constantly from Jordan, more than simple orthodox spell this spell was close to a hybrid between orthodox circle magic and the raw magic that worked with a will.

But such spells were nothing revolutionary, some spells in the book that Jordan obtained worked on the same principle, such as the manifested swords that were controlled by the spellcaster.

Also with the spell as it was Jordan gained the ability to fly even though it was only a bi-product, he could stand on the shield and the mana would lift him, the consumption that way was huge but for few minutes it was manageable to fly around with snail speed, still absolutely unusable in battle.

With this, the use of the mana shield will be postponed until Jordan reaches the third circle, and as for when he reaches it Jordan himself isn't quite sure when it would happen.

With the cleaning of the town plaza Jordan got his hands on a huge number of element hearts and an even higher number of those non-element, in fact, Jordan got so many of them that he shared most of them with his beasts, he couldn't possibly eat them all before the mana or the energy starts to disperse from them and there was limit for how many element hearts can he eat before the dizziness overcomes him.

The amount of mana in Jordan's stomach constantly rose but no signs of him reaching the third rank, Jordan analyzed his body every day, and thanks to the minute changes he came to conclusion.

It wasn't only mana that his body needed to exist, there was something else but Jordan wasn't quite sure what it was, one thing he knew though, he advanced to the second circle quite quickly and he will need a bit more time for his center of power to consume whatever it's consuming and adjust before he can use the mana in his stomach for another breakthrough.

After that Jordan tested the guided arrows, and sadly the strength of the enhancement isn't all that much, it can only slightly change the course of the arrow and any sharp turns will drain the arrow of most of its strength, the arrow would still fly to hit the target but the resulting hit will be comparable to poking with a stick.

Like that Jordan spends the night with training and testing, only with the sun starting to show itself did he leave the library and went out with the skeleton blacksmith.

As if seeing a ghost all the humans paled when Jordan got out with the skeleton, Jordan approached Jane that was directing the humans and spoke to her.

"hello there, I would like to create a new group that will be making tools and weapons"

Jane nodded and with a pale face looked at the skeleton blacksmith.

"… can I ask where did you get this? (pointing at the skeleton)"

"you don't know about the platform, do you?"

"what platform?"

That shocked Jordan a bit, it looks like the previous demons kept this a secret, and now that he thinks about that he completely forgot about the demons teleporting devices… he will go check for them later.

The platform was the trump card of every demon yet there was no point in keeping it secret and that was because of the angels, the angels knew about the platform and they knew how the demons got the monster´s, if he lies about it any angel can use this to create riots or at least displease the humans and right now he really doesn't need any holes that could create distrust.

Thinking about that Jordan got a good idea of how to solve it, he will make this as knowledge only accessible to his citizens. That would create a sense of accomplishment or even unity in the citizens and might even help to separate the citizens from the forced workers... ´that might work´

For now, he will only tell Jane about it as Jordan believes he can trust her.

"hmmm, come here with me"

Jordan went away with Jane and told her about the platform at the moon and how there are different worlds where he can buy monsters and such, it took a while and by now Jane was looking at Jordan with the wide-open mouth

"you are kidding right?"

"well no I am not"

"You must be kidding… so not only you were on the moon, you were in other worlds as well? And all the demons can do so as well?"

Jordan started to think and finally, he realized that being on the moon is a kind of a big deal and traveling to different worlds… that´s a crazy deal.

Jordan said with a smug smile "I guess I am an astronaut as well besides being a demon"

"shit, I always wanted to travel in space and all that! And you take it as going for groceries! FUCK"

"hahaha, I guess, well I could try to take you with me, but they will probably kill you and with the technology as it is…. You should stop dreaming"

"urrgh, ok… so it is knowledge only for citizens right, so what should I tell about the skeleton?"

"Just keep it simple and tell them once they became citizens they will get to know"

"ok"

Like that group of humans that will be blacksmiths from now was formed and the life continued "normally" in Jordan´s camp, meanwhile, Jordan went to the town and hunted for small groups of humans that were gathering food, with every group Jordan eliminated he could feel a tingle in his center of power, Jordan got an idea about what his food is but to be sure he needs to wait for the third circle and the increase in mana sensitivity.
