While I unwrap the chain from around my arms and ready myself I order Red, "Get Wayne somewhere safe."
"You expect me to leave you here, you fuckin' stupid? You have no idea what his ability is."
"No, but what I do know is that Wayne won't use his ability to defend himself, and, out of the two of us your better at protecting someone."
"Don't worry about me, I'll be-"
" "Shut up Wayne!" " Red and I spoke in unison
"Red, get him safe, then come back and we'll get Carnie and leave this place for good."
"Fine... You better not go out like a bitch, if you do I'll kill Wayne myself."
Wayne looked at Red terrified, "W H A T!"
"Love you too Red." Damn, look at her go. She better be careful or else Wayne will die from whiplash.
Alright, who the fuck is this guy, and why hasn't he made a move. He doesn't seem like he wants to hurt me.
"Why, why did you kill your mother?"
...h...a...ha...ha...Ha-ha-ha-HA "HA-HA-HA!"
I'm still as pathetic as ever I see. All he had to do is mention my mother and look at me. I wipe away the blood from my lip and the tears starting to accumulate in my eyes.
"I see, you've gone insane... T, do you want him to you, or you to here?"
I tighten my grip on my knives and throw the excess chain connecting them behind my head. "You want to know why I murdered the one person I loved the most? BECAUSE I WAS TOO WEAK!!" Huh, where did he go?
A voice whispered into my ear, "I hope your life gives him a portion of what you took from him."

What? Halls? Am I back inside the facility? But how, was he a teleporter?
"LOOK AT ME!" Someone shouted from behind me. Turning I see the vaguely familiar white man I had seen earlier on the Wardens cameras. Seeing him in person and hearing his voice made my body pulse with a primal fear. His voice affected me more than anyone's has ever.
"She would have done anything for you, she would have died for you, and even though she died because of you she probably forgave you before her last breath... And for that reason, I hate you most of all. Knowing that she forgave the 'THING' that killed her just because ITS blood is the same as MINE!" He already had a knife in one hand but he pulled out a second one that was strapped to his leg. "I'm here to see what's so special about it, so show me."
Every word he spoke confused me more and more. Why do I feel like I'm choosing not to see something? While I was in a daze I caught his last sentence. "Show you what?"
He looked at me with a smile held together by pure rage, "Your blood!"
His blades seemed to be pulled towards me. My heart is pounding so hard I can't even tell how much of my perception I'm using. I watched his blades close in on me. Bringing my hands up I prepare to block his knives with mine, but...
Why did he stop? Should I attack? Why do I feel like I shouldn't attack? What the hell is happening to ME?
His eyes widen with the intent to kill, he whispered seemingly to himself, "So many lines."
That doesn't make any sense to me but, just watch his hands, and adjust, I have to live. I don't know why, but if I let up for a second I'm going to die.

"So you have an ability, ha-ha-HA, as if that would stop me!"
Clang, Clang, Shing, CLANG!
I block his blades with my own, constantly having to adjust to his ever-changing strikes. His attacks were powerful and with every strike, I was pushed back.
He said we had the same blood...
Clang, Clang, Shing, CLANG!
"Dad?"
"YOU HAVE NO DAD, BECAUSE I HAVE NO SON! ONLY WASTE THAT NEEDS DISPOSING OF!"
SLIT, SLIT!
BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
The ceiling caves in and lands between me and my father. He had started moving out of the way before it even happened and I had just barely avoided it, though, I hadn't been able to avoid his last attack completely. While he had been moving away he threw one of his knives and it had cut my forearm and trap. The cut on my trap was only inches away from my jugular. A muscular woman stood on top of the collapsed ceiling.
"Red."
She leaps to me, sliding to a stop beside me, and faces in the direction I am. He stands staring at us, he was clearly analyzing the situation.
I have to tell him, "The reason I killed her, I was being controlled! The person who did it-"
An explosion cuts me off, I watch the bullet travel in my direction. That's not aiming at me! I can hear it hit something before I am able to move my head towards Red.
"Mother fucker, that stung." The sight I'm greeted with is Red rubbing her forehead.
He just tried to kill Red!
I whip my knife towards him without hesitation, and he blocks it without a problem.
"You think I care if someone was controlling you? NO REASON MATTERS! THE WORLD WILL PAY FOR EXISTING WITHOUT HER! Your death is just the start."
CRACK, CRACK, CRACK!
The bullets ricochet off my blades and send vibrations burning through my hands as Red steps in front of me. As soon as the gunshots stop Red goes on the attack. He had closed the distance while firing and all Red had to do was step forward for him to be within her range.
The sound of her heavy blows moving masses of air around followed. Every strike she missed while he slashed at her throat, eyes, and face. Realization covered his face, "Your one of those then." He spoke condescendingly to Red while slipping her blows. "Jumper, launcher!"
What the hell is he talking about? Dammit, it's hard to keep track of him with Red standing between me and him. Leaning to the side I readied my chain to strike. While he's avoiding her attacks I'll get him. When I got a good view of him my heart dropped out of my chest. Where did he get a rocket launcher?! FUCK!!
Red reached back grabbing me by the shirt, a moment later I was flying through the hole created by Red's entrance. I felt a shockwave hit my back as I passed through the exit. My body rotated mid-air and all I could see was smoke and dust escaping and following behind me.
"RED!"
