《The Last Necromancer》The beginning of the tempest - Chapter 7

2 weeks have passed since Noboru arrived in this world.
During those 2 weeks, the goblins and the trolls trained diligently and became a strong unit that could be called soldiers.
Felius formed than enough to organize battle's formation and trained them well enough to transform them into veteran warriors.
Most of the goblins which became strong enough evolved into hobgoblins after reaching level 20 and were now able to handle with Noboru's hellhounds without heavy injuries.
Three hobgoblins even evolved into orcs, after reaching level 30, the hobgoblins could either evolved into orcs or ogres depending their lifestyles, way to fight or the environment.
The orcs learned through Felius' teaching how to command their troops as well as how to reorganized their formation in case of unexpected disorder formation. The orcs became the hobgoblins' troop commanders.
They were given good weapons and armor gear through the blacksmithing skill from Noboru after collecting the ingredients required for standard weapons and armor gear such as iron ores, magic stones, and wooden logs.
The iron ores could be found near the forest inside an abandoned mine and the magic stones were collected from the monsters living inside the forest as well as the wooden logs.
After leveling up the trolls, he was able to summon raptors and with enough training, the trolls were able to ride the raptors and became raptor riders.
Some trolls were also able to evolve into raptor riders while others trolls became either shamans or warriors.
The raptor riders were trolls mounting raptors and were strong heavy cavalries. The raptors were obtained through the [Base System Management] through the architect's job.
After constructing both troll and goblin's village, Noboru was not able to summon additional goblins as well as trolls through the [Base System Management].
The hobgoblins were numbered around thirty while the raptor riders' unit was composed of 10 raptor riders, the troll shamans' unit only numbered to 5, but the troll warriors' unit was a larger troop numbered to 30 trolls' warriors.
Noboru didn't recruit more races near the Fourteenth's princess' territory. It wasn't because he didn't want to but because he couldn't. Excepted the goblins and the trolls, there were no others races residing inside the Fourteenth's princess' territory.

Noboru didn't have enough money either to build the necromancer base and the high elf base. He used 200 gold coins to build the troll base and after summoning 100 goblins, 50 trolls and 10 raptors, he didn't have a single gold coin left.
Summoning a goblin cost him 2 gold coins, but summoning a troll who was stronger and more expensive cost him 25 gold coins numbered to a total amount of 1250 gold coins. Noboru regretted his stupid action back then to summon 50 trolls and could only sigh with a depressed expression.
The raptors cost him a total amount of 300 gold coins, they were expensive but heavy cavalries were a strong unit as well as essential during a war.
The day D was approaching more and more...
*****
Today, a commotion could be heard in front of the castle's entrance after that Noboru woke up.
"We are here to meet Alexia El Pacio, the fourteenth princess. Ordered by the demon lord Ragna-sama, a supervisor will be there to observe the princess on her mission."
In front of the castle's entrance, a large troop of ogre soldiers was lining behind the ogre's commander who spoke.
Noticing Noboru and Felius who just arrived from the castle, he continued.
"Since the princess is doing well, we'll be returning to the royal palace. I wish you best luck for your mission."
After saying so, the ogre's commander left with his troop. A woman who had bat wings and a tail on her back remained there and introduced herself.
"My name is Minerva. I am the supervisor sent by the demon lord Ragnas-sama."
Minerva who was a succubus noticed that only four people were standing in front of her, Alexia, Louise, Noboru, and Felius then asked.
'I heard that the Fourteenth's princess didn't have many subalterns but to only have four people...'
"Is everyone here? Can we depart to the north-west border?"

"Please wait a minute, I'll bring the soldiers."
Noboru said while directing behind the castle. After less than one minute, Noboru came back with soldiers behind him.
They were goblins, hobgoblins, trolls few orcs within the troop. They numbered around 200 soldiers.
'I wonder if they can even succeed in defending the north-west border with such weak demons.'
With that thought on her mind, she guided Alexia and the others towards the north-west border.
*****
It has been around 3 hours since they departed from the castle. The soldiers were marching with a moderate pace towards the north-west border and they were now finally able to see the camp 200 meters away from them.
After arriving near to the camp, two ogres' soldiers welcomed Minerva and Alexia.
"Welcome to the north-west Minerva-sama, Alexia-sama."
They already received a message from the royal palace, thus they know that they were arriving soon.
Minerva, Alexa, Louise, Noboru, and Felius entered the tent. the two ogres' soldiers followed them inside the tent.
After that everyone sat on the chairs surrounding the large table, the two ogres' soldiers who were standing on the side resumed the situation.
"It's been a week since the holy church's army arrived not far away from the camp. They are still on standby even now but we noticed a few minutes ago from our scouts that they were moving towards the north-west abandoned mine."
'An abandoned mine... Are they looking for Arzeus?'
Arzeus was one of the seven dragons' god. He was the dragon of light and was residing in the north-west border of the demon's world in an abandoned mine called the Deadmines.
Noboru who recalled the instance called Deadmines back in the game.
It was an abandoned mine filled with lizardmen and golems corrupted by a disease called the black fever.
Once the players conquered the instance, a cinematic of the culprit who spread the black fever could be seen, the culprit also released Arzeus from his magic prison helping the holy church to obtain a new unparalleled ally.
'If I remembered correctly, it was the holy church's army's commander Lightbringer who released Arzeus. I need to stop them before it's too late.'
With that thought, Noboru stood up and interrupted the conference when it was about to start.
"We need to stop them before it's too late. Princess, we actually don't have any time left. Please give me your accord."
Alexia who noticed the urge in Noboru's tone and his worried expression nodded.
"You can leave the conference with Felius and the troop. Just go."
Alexia didn't ask anything but felt somehow that Noboru knows the reason why the holy church's army entered the abandoned mine.
