《Assassin Alonne》Prologue
Advertisement
Esen was once a world without monsters running around. In the mid 20th century rifts appeared out of nowhere and monsters poured out of them. After that hunters rose from the ranks of mercenaries and fought the monster for fortune and fame. The sudden rise in the new occupation was because of status' and special skills. After the rifts whenever someone became 21 they gained a special or 'innate' skill. The type of innate skill the hunter gets determined the type of hunter they are. There are normally 3 types of hunters(with exceptions). There are 4 types of stats that exist within the status'. They are strength, health, agility, and spirit. The physical fighters usually have high strength and health. Supporters usually have high agility. Spirit fighters have high spirit. Spirit fighters use a mysterious power called spirit to strengthen their bodies and use different types of spirit related skills. The most common of these three are physical fighters, then supporters, then spirit fighters.
Alonne(pronounced: uh lawn) is not a hunter. He is a different type of killer. He is an assassin that kills his own kind rather than monsters. When he was an infant his parents abandoned him and left him on the doorstep of an orphanage. However, someone who was not part of the orphanage saw him and picked him up instead. He was Alonne's new father and a master assassin who's name would strike fear into the hearts of any. He has never been seen by anyone and always kills his target. Alonne didn't have a name when he was dropped off at the orphanage. His assassin father gave him his name. Without anyone ever knowing it, Alonne II was born.
Alonne's father trained him harder than any athlete and taught him how to kill more efficiently than the Grim Reaper. Alonne never needed any innate skill to kill his enemy. Alonne never knew his birthday and just assumed he would never get an innate skill and trained his abilities and senses instead of hoping.

One day Alonne's father said:
"I'll be on a mission for a while. Don't contact me or you'll blow my cover. I probably won't see you for a while. Good luck, son."
That day was over 2 years ago. Alonne has yet to hear from his father.
A red-haired young man with deep black eyes could be seen standing on a 3 story high rooftop overlooking an alleyway bathing in the moonlight. A voice that could scare a ghost echoed throughout the area.
"Full moon, huh."
Alonne had just finished a contract and was enjoying the fresh air. Suddenly it hit midnight. Alonne heard a grandfather clock ticking its midnight tune, but he couldn't tell from where. He wasn't bothered by it and just took in a deep breath. Then he let out a long sigh. After the tune finished a blue window appeared in front of him. Alonne who was sure there was no one around suddenly got startled and lost his balance. He fell off the roof. Normally if he was prepared then a 30-foot fall would only provide minor injuries, but this time he was startled and panicked. Alonne blacked out.
Half an hour later Alonne woke up and opened his eyes. There was something blue in front of his face. He couldn't make out what it was because his vision was blurry. Soon his vision sharpened and he read what it said.

The Dweeb Prince and the Eight Cursed Princesses
Prince, despite his name, was more of a dweeb high school student, who often spends his free time reading instead of socializing. One day, he discovered a secret section of the library, and in it was a mysterious book. Then, his careless action of opening it unleashed eight curses of the different princesses living in the book. Those curse will jinx his fellow female schoolmates so each of them would suffer a tragic end.But hope remains, in the form of a fairy called Pixie. Together, Prince and Pixie will track down each individual possessed by the curse and guide them to their story's happy conclusions instead of the tragic ones. With that, Prince will have to deal with classic fairy tales such as Snow White, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, and others in a modern setting. Note: The 'HAREM' tag doesn't mean that the MC will explicitly enter a polygamous relationship with multiple girls. The tag was added because this story involves encountering and dealing with different girls without entering the dating relationship. So yeah, this is more like the harem tag in anime rather than the harem tag explained here in RR. Releases a chapter every Sunday.
