' That son of a bitch!' I had just woken up and remembered what happened last night.

' So, how the hell do I even pull up my map?' I wondered to myself when a blue screen appeared in my head filled with information about the island I'm on now.

Suddenly I felt information on how to use the map, enter my head.

' What the fuck, the map isn't even a proper map. '

" This is the most freaking useless ability ever. Fuck, this man scammed me."

" Okay, let's think about this logically. The map is blank, except the 4 seas, Paradise, and the New World are labeled, and anywhere I go and explore the map fills itself up. But as I explore it'll give me details that no normal map can give me, like exact locations of cliffs, ledges, bodies of water, or anything else including hidden passages.

So it forces me to explore, but the benefits of doing so are worth it. It even said as long as I'm near the vicinity of a Devil Fruit, the map will show me that I am near a Devil Fruit even if I haven't touched it. If I do however make contact with the Devil Fruit it will tell me the name of the Devil Fruit, and its classification.

So it's beneficial and definitely not useless, but I still wish he gave me a damn system." After reading what the map does, I definitely felt better about it. Essentially if I explored an island it would enable me to find hidden treasures, devil fruits, and riches. Not as big of a win as I hoped, but most definitely not a loss.

" Now what about the Mythical Zoan that I chose?" As I thought about my Devil Fruit a red dot suddenly popped up on the map, far, far away from where I currently am. So far in fact that the dot was in paradise.

I felt inclined to click on the big red dot. As I did words popped up telling me information about the dot.

" The heck is a Minokawa?"

{ This Devil Fruit grants the user the ability to turn into a hybrid or the full form of a Minokawa, a giant dragon-like bird. Further information will be revealed upon contact with the Fruit itself. }

" That seems nice. It's based on a dragon and a bird, and it's a Mythical Zoan so it definitely has potential. Besides the Fruit is far enough till the point I'll most likely encounter many other Fruits that I can eat on my way to it."

" So I'm not stuck with having to eat that fruit, though I will most likely try and make contact with it to learn more about it. After all, it's still a Mythical Zoan."

I prepared myself for the day before I went downstairs for breakfast and some morning training.

And that's the end of the chapter. I know it's short but I didn't want to make it longer for no reason and burn myself out. But longer chapters are coming as the story develops further along.
