《Seize The Stars》6

I walked into the library through the large doors.
There I saw him sitting with his circular fan and this time, matching clothes. He wore a white and red robe. I walked towards him and bowed.
“Good morning.” I said. He seemed to be immersed in the book he was reading but when he heard me he was jolted back to this world. “And good morning to you too.” He replied. Every word that came out of his mouth reeked of nobility. I will never get used to such a noble presence I realized.
He got up and walked towards a table grabbed a chair and sat down. I mimicked his actions except the part where he got up since I was already standing.
“Now lets get started on some basic Chinese shall we.” He gestured to some books he had ready for me on the table. “Okay.” I replied.
In all honesty I was stoked about having him as a teacher it was just that the solid aura of nobility around him made me fell uneasy.
Throughout the day he taught me a bunch of letters, even now that I’m at the 4th stage of the Neophyte realm it still gave me a headache which I of course solved with heaven and earth energy once again.
What if I channeled heaven and earth energy into my brain? The idea gave me goosebumps.
Ri Chu was once again immersed in a book, its sort of cool how he can just forget about everything that goes on around him when he starts reading.
As I started channeling the energy my brain got fuzzy all of a sudden and my headache returned this time with even more zeal to tear my brain open. I realized I was probably not channeling the heaven and earth energy properly through my brain which resulted in a backfire.
I took a deep breath. I tried again but this time slowly and feelingly. It was sort of like I could see inside myself through the heaven and earth energy, and finally everything cleared.

My headache was gone and my senses were improved. I realized something else in this process. I realized that my talent “Martial Inclined” sort of gave me a sixth sense.
I went at memorizing again and this time I learned every single character in the book. With the way I can utilize heaven and earth energy I could probably manipulate my body and mind and even other peoples bodies and minds in so many different ways.
I looked at Ri Chu. I could probably just take out another book without him realizing to memorize, since I was done with the one he gave me. I picked up a book that talked a lot about unique weapons. I flipped to the first page and I was immediately drawn in by the beautiful illustrations.
One in particular caught my eye. It was a long spear with and end that kind of looked like a spider lily. It was a perfect silver with red, gold and black linings.
After memorizing that I finished my homework which was to write down 60 characters and then I left.
The first thing I wanted to try was to master Fury Waves so I went to the training courtyard. At this time in the day all the older kids were at some academy or the other and the adults had jobs so the training room was deserted, thankfully.
I took out the book and read through it again. Ran it through my mind a couple of times and then tried executing it. To my evaluation I probably grasped all of the first level.
Wow. In just two days I reached the 4th stage of the Neophyte realm and even mastered a level two martial technique to the first level.
After a couple of hours I had managed to take it to the 8 level which was even further than my dads. I was a martial genius. I was proud of myself.
This entire day something felt off. But I just can't seem to put my finger on it. OH! Yes EI he hasn't said a word this entire day.

"Hey EI. You there?" I activated my martial eyes and saw he was just looking at me. "I merely a couple of hours you mastered Fury Waves to the 8th level.". It had no doubt seen many geniuses.
But someone like me? Yeah definitely not, I realized his silence was my fault.
In one of the memoir books I was reading before I learned that killing would develop an items spirit. Now the item's spirit had a major impact on the sword itself. The sword I was holding was a level 2 sword, very expensive for many officials.
But the item spirit was strong enough to probably be from a level 4. There were a few thing that were very important in a good sword.
First, good material, now this sword was made from level 1 material. Now coupled with the item spirit it is a level 2. Another thing that impacts this is the smiths skill. If he was a bad martial smith you could expect the sword to be a complete flop. But if he was good enough he could probably make even make a level 4 sword from level 1 material.
I had an idea. "Hey EI. How about we go hunting." I asked EI. "No, even though you are considerably strong now you would still die if you went out in the wilderness by yourself."
I did'nt expect that answer from him. "What is so dangerous in the wilderness the demons and beasts around here are probably only in the Neophyte stage." I thought out loud.
"Sigh, I think that with your current strength you could probably go against someone at the 7th stage and win. But it won't always be just a demon or beast that is at merely the 7th stage and a lot of them live in packs which are just as dangerous."
"Ok then, we will surely head out in due time however." I backed down. After such a long day I went to dinner. My stomach was rumbling. I would swear it was trying to attack me or it was cursing at me if I did'nt already know that it did'nt have a mind of its own. Even though I technically did'nt even need to eat anymore I still miss food. Also that I have to try appearing normal.
When I finally got there my parents my sister and Ri Chu were already there eating. "Oh finally you came honey." My mom was the first to greet me.
I took my seat and started eating. Oh, gosh I missed food. I thought longingly.
"So how was your day today?" Asked my father. "It was great." Well it sort of was great.
"Your son really surprised me today he did everything in about three hours." Praised Ri Chu.
We all talked to each other in between bites. Even Ri Chu, why was he even here?
After dinner my big sis walked over to me.
"Hey little bro.(She was already four when Long Youfu was born and now she is eight.)" That's what she calls me.
"Yeah." I answered. "How has it been so far for your cultivation?" !!!! WHAT!!! How am I even supposed to explain this. After a while I said. "I broke through to the 1rst stage." She was shocked.
"Wow, already thats so cool. How much of Fury Waves have you memorized?" She asked ugh yet another hard question."I mastered it to the first stage." I replied with an innocent look.
She was speechless. "I promise to protect our family when I am strong enough sister I am not just going to slack off." I said with some real zeal. "Yes, that's the spirit." She was my elder sister, yes. But somehow I feel like I am the older one.

Except, when all hope had been extinguished and all possible solutions were swept away by the hands of darkness… ...An unknown black-haired magician bestowed another chance to this realm overwhelmed by the darkness, by turning back the hands of time.
