《The Demon Child - Awakening》Chapter 69 - The final attack

I opened my wings and flew at Feuer, trying to hit him as he tried to hit me. Because I had no right arm, I instead used the chains on my back instead, blocking and attacking at the same time. With my chain, it found I was able to control it a lot better than my arm, because my chain free, unlike myself which I am stuck to a body with limits.
Every time I hit Feuer, I made small dents somewhere around his metal skeleton, some of them just popped back, but if I'm quick enough, I was able to make massive dent's in his armour.
I could see why the liquid crystals were so important, giving this amount of strength was invigorating and addictive. But I wouldn't let the feeling surpass my own will, I wouldn't let it control me, as it was doing to him
During the beatdown, I was wondering, why wasn't he attacking back, I wasn't until the last moment when I saw his right hand almost touching my chest. I backed away at an almost lightning pace, using the steam created as a smoke bomb to cover my escape, but looking down was a whole other story.
There were tremors in the earth, and I flew higher than the steam cloud could disguise my whereabouts, and a massive beam of light almost hit me.
"And there is Feuer's Soul ability! To partially change or charge up a mass amount of energy! The barrage of Dyestral's attacks was able to make him crack the earth!" The commentator announced.
To shut him up, I quickly flung an icicle towards him, being put into the massive crack in the ground by a portal. Now, this fight was finally getting serious, and I saw Feuer get up and look at me. His feet began to turn a bright red, as concentrated flames melted the ground around him and at a speed even I couldn't react to, he caved in my head, something that I had not predicted, but was glad to.

Barely alive, that is what made a vampire truly strong, the power of its nightmare would take hold. I heard the commentator begin to celebrate Feuer's victory, the crowd cheered, but around that time, I had lost control over my body.
A screeching roar came from me, as my body changed. My legs and tail fused, my arms turned into wings, and ears sprouted around my body, I could now hear everything. Trying to fly, I couldn't, as one of my arms was missing.
But to my dismay, something happened. The chain on my back which I had fainted with was still there, so my body covered it with blood wings and froze it over.
Before I could realize what had just happened another beam came towards me, my body opening its mouth in retaliation. A small beam of sound went into the middle of the beam, neutralizing it and piercing Feuer straight through the heart.
Opening its wings, my body took to the air and surpassed Feuer in height for some reason. Even I was confused at what my nightmare was doing until I heard what was behind me. A massive shockwave collided with Feuer, breaking some bones and denting his armour.
That was the plan, to weaken him with a fast and large attack in which he can't guard. By the time the first attack had hit, Feuer's hole in his heart had healed, looking angrily at my nightmare, before I attacked again, still within hitting range, and another massive shockwave hit him.
Very slowly, my body traversed it's way up slowly into the clouds before it seemed that I was back to normal. I regained my sight and feeling, my chains turned back to normal and I unfolded my normal wings, looking at the half-dead Feuer.
Even unconscious, it seemed that it still knew what to do, what my nightmare was trying to do. I flew even higher piercing the skyline, looking down to see Feuer right behind me, reading his lips he had taken the third vial, and it was time to end this or die trying.

Feuer lost the sense of him being a machine, yelling and finally showing emotions as he tried to blast me with his four-metre radius beams of light. Since he was in a rage, it was predictable of where he was going to strike, so I simply dodged them.
Screaming and yelling at me to stay still, following me as I flew higher and higher, we were above the clouds, and I clicked with my left hand. A lightning bolt struck Feuer, his eyes began to spaz. Then I disappeared from the world, falling down safely, getting ever clover towards Feuer.
The dark clouds below us began to crackle with black and white lightning, Feuer looked down wondering what happened, and that was his downfall, my finishing plan was finally complete. I appeared before Feuer, his face looked surprised.
Before he could blast me away, I covered him with all the chains I could muster and grabbed his throat. Falling down, Feuer was struggling, as lightning began to hit me and him, creating a light in the clouds.
This was my plan, to survive my own attack before I died, and as my chains tightened around Feuer, finally burying themselves into his skin and bones. His right arm got loose, and he put it to my head and began to fire a massive beam.
I stopped focusing on freezing my body to stop the lightning and rather only my head. Both yelling, the last thing I saw was Feuer's melted face as we hit the ground of the colosseum. As soon as we made contact, I released all the steam in my body, into my remaining hand which was clutched around Feuer's throat, ending the battle.
By compressing the steam in my body, I released it all in one moment, decapitating him, and ending the battle. The remaining steam went up into the air, creating a massive cloud, and I heard the struggle, even the commentator didn't know what was happening anymore.
I got up, the skin on my face was torn off, parts of it black whilst the other half was showing bone. My left eye was gone and my right eye was hazy, but still, I saw a figure, he was talking. My ears were ringing, but I could still hear him, an unusual voice, similar to Wilhelm's, but a clear difference, anger was in his voice, and I immediately knew who it was.
Geoffery, the man who made Feuer as a child, and as a machine, I saw in the steam what looked like a dagger, so I also looked at his Aura, seeing that the colour was indigo, all focused on his hand.
"Dyestral Blutrot, defeating my baby, I have to say, I am sad, but unfortunately, it's time for you to die," Geoffery ran at me and tried to attack me.
I noticed that Feuer's head was decapitated, and I could still see movement, so I kicked it up in the air and disappeared into the soul world. I vaguely saw Geoffrey make contact with the head, and he was confused, saying "But How!!".
I appeared behind him replying to his statement.
"You underestimate my abilities." I created a massive Icicle in my hand and I pierced Geoffrey with it, straight through his brain.
He slowly looked at me, still alive, so I clicked my fingers, and his head froze over, making him tip over, and it shattered. The steam cleared up, and gasps were heard, two people were down, and only I stood up high.
In the final moments, I put my head up high, pointing my finger to the sky, and yelled one sentence.
"One man and one boy tried to face me, and both failed, for I am standing, at the death of a man with a machine!"
I fell over, losing all feeling everywhere, but I knew one thing, I was victorious, and I deserved a rest.
