Fantasy Vs Science

in the city battle has broken out between the culmination of Science and Fantasy. Many soldiers are fighting in a slow push towards the growing tower "Gate Portal" with every strength. Looking at the corpses there are many demonic creatures as well as militia men on the ground with some of their body parts missing. From a towering building comes out a squad of fresh recruits with one veteran. The trainees seeing their first horrifying scene of war made some of them lose their meal. After trying to calm down her recruits the vet ordered them to move out in a raid formation in other words three parties were made from the squad. Moving while covering for each other they are moving towards their nearby combat allies. Moving through the streets the squad did not encounter any enemies yet and kept a vigilant eye out while following their assign formation leaders who is using their GPS system to move through the city.

Moving while pushing forward to the battlefield several monster ambushes occurred against the platoon injuring their unit but not enough to force their retreat. They continue until they see the backs of their comrades who are fighting with fervor against giant alien monsters who are wearing crude knight armor and using some kind of glowing magic formation to attack. in the eyes of this horrifying battlefield many should have gone insane from what they are seeing but many of the soldiers are able to maintain their sanity due to what they are trying to protect.

Liza and Miya have fought several of the humanoids and beast type aliens and sustained light injuries on their way to the battle field.

[Teacher(platoon Leader)]

"alright girls we will be helping out the milita pushing back those aliens and plugging the holes in the defense line so that they wont be able to attack us from behind!" shouting to her students

[Class(Platton)]

"Hooorahh!" (marine chant if you have heard it}

[Miya]

"haaa haaa haaa" breathing hard the same with her fellow squadmates when finally fighting through many ambush.

[Liza]

"I did not think that magic will be real!" remembering her vision she had the last night.

[Classmate 1]

"I know what you mean."

[Classmate 2]

"what do you guys mean?" looking at the two girls

[Liza]

"well for one we have only been using technology for a long time unlike in the novels for one."

[Classmate 1]

"and for sure there is no technology that can do anything magic like besides just the cg and computer related movies."

[Classmate 2]

"but there really should not be any magic at all and who knows what tech those aliens are using that can create those effects!"

Booooooooom. an explosion happens behind their cover.

[Miya]

"stop talking and start shooting!"angerily shouting at her squadmate/friends who are leisurely talking while she is shooting from cover after the explosion.

[Liza]

"ok ok dont get mad at me ok." starts shooting from cover.

the platoon shoot and shoot until there is a lull in the attack from the creatures and then the militia as well as the platoon charge forward to win back ground. Pushing forward from all fronts many of the demons that made it through the gate and fighting are getting push back block by block from all sides. yet the gate is still growing until it reaches the hight of a 7 story tall building. From the gate came out a blood red dragon that barely fit through the gate. after coming through the gate it spreads its wings larger and longer than what it seems to show. the dragon then fly high into the sky and begin to bombard the many soldiers that were unlucky enough to not be inside any nearby structure. luckily Liza's platoon was not outside during the attack and was inside one of the abandoned firefighter station nearby to rest and resupply. hearing the roar and cries of their allies they begin to radio HQ for heavy armored reinforcement.

[Platoon Leader]

"dammit we need those HMA's(Humanoid Mechanical Armors) ASAP now!" yelling into her comms

[Liza]

"dammit they better send in those bots to help get rid of that dragon now!" trying to use her helmet camera to transmit what they are seeing to HQ.

[HQ RADIO]

"...........rien...............way...................hold............til.............a................positi................." the reply from the radio is scrambled

[Miya]

"SHIT here they come!!" warning her friends of what she sees coming.

many many armored creatures are pouring out of the gate and are charging toward the platoons position. Many of the girls are shooting from behind pillars and makeshift cover from whatever materials that are in the building. The good thing about the building is that it was design to be a type of bunker for emergency use from the army with months of supplies for basic siege warfare, but the bad thing about it is that it's positioned in an area that is wide open to the crimson dragons flame attack and has pinned the platoon down. There are other platoons as well that survived but are stuck in other buildings and are fighting the waves of demons as well so they could not help their fellow cadets as well as isolated militia.

[Militia 1 stuck with platoon]

"SHIT im not going to go down dying and I have a family to go home to!" shooting blindly from cover at the many small gremlin demons approaching them.

[Liza]

"get back into cover!" pulling the man back into cover just in time when a crimson lance flew over the place that was where his upper body was.

[Miya]

"Dammit anything from HQ yet!" talking to their comrade who is continuing to call for reinforcements.

[Classmate using Radio Transmitters]

"I'm calling but the signal is not getting through clearly and what I can tell from what they are saying is that help in on the way but it will take time to deploy them!" shouting back to her companions who are shooting.

[platoon commander(remember she is their teacher)]

"alright girls we will hold the the fort until help comes so don't be reckless and cover each other and all of the openings I don't want any of those things getting in here!" giving orders and then shooting from cover helping her cadets.

[Militia 2 stuck with platoon]

"Dammit I don't want to die a virgin!" shouting out his inner feelings getting the girls nearby a bit uncomfortable.

[Militia 3 stuck with platoon]

"GODDAMMIT you damn monsters just had to appear during the summer comifest that i was gonna go to today!" info that tell the girls that they are safe with the otaku.

[Militia 4 stuck with platoon]

"DIE DIE DIE DIE you monsters just when i was able to get my boyfriend to come on to me you just had to ruin our date!" man revealing that he was gay taking out his anger on the monsters as well as getting the other three guys to shiver.

[Liza]

"dang-it out of ammo, anyone have a spare mag!" still searching her pockets for any spare magazine for her weapon.

[classmate/squadmate 3]

" here use it sparingly!" throwing her spare to Liza who immediately reloaded her weapon.

[Miya]

"Shoot they are getting closer and closer!" reaching into one of her pockets.

[Miya]

"Grenade!" shouting that she is going to throw one of her grenades.

she stays behind cover but put some immense effort to throw the bomb like a pro baseball player right smack dab into the middle of the horde.

BOOOOOOMB a loud explosion ensues throwing dust and debris everywhere besides corpses. after the explosion Miya does a fist pump after peeping at her handiwork a little bit.

[Liza]

"NICE Miya! that should slow them dow....GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" while praising her friend she was distracted just a bit that it was enough of an opening for one of the crimson red arrows to be able to spear through her shoulder and enter into their bunker and causing a crystal like explosion into their midst.

[Miya]

"Liza!!!" shocked that her friend has been heavily injured and that many of her comrades are severely injured and some of them may be dead.

[Militia 1 Lucky or unlucky]

"shit have to stop the bleeding! hey!!(light cheek slap) hey!!(light cheek slap) concentrate on the battle I will handle your friend we need to get through this if she is going to survive!." snapping Miya back into doing what she needs to do before hurrying to do first aid on Liza.

[Liza]

"Argggh Dammit!" pulling out her pistol she attempts to help cover the man who is treating her as well as bearing the pain even though she is crying.

the heavily injured platoon and the few militias futile try to keep the demons at bay when the crimson dragon appear behind the horde getting ready to fire its breath at them. just when all hope is almost lost they see a bright light flash before their eyes. the big creature stand as tall as the crimson dragon and then shoots out a surge of lightning from its horn in a wide area arc towards the many monsters and the enemy dragon itself. the energy of the lightning was so powerfal that it impaled through the dragon and enter into the gate effectively killing all who has touched it.

afterwords the metallic being is engulfed in light again just after it gives out a loud roar. with the crimson dragon dead many of the demonic legions begin to retreat when many metallic like robots start to appear being dropped from the sky into the battlefield.(imagine titan fall but the robots look like front mission versions)

Many of these HMA's appeared and pushed back the tide of battle and forced the many monsters back through the gate and effectively begin to cover the gate so that any monsters that attempt to push through the gate will end up dead with oversize bullets as well as lazer blasters.

this marks the end of the battle.

looking upon the battlefield from above a white being is nodding his head at what he just did to save his realm as well as the future of his followers that will enter through the gate in the future as well as getting a glimps at the being that he knows that will save the multiverse.

[God???]

"whew summoning that being was the right judgment against that chaos dragon!"

nodding his head at what he did.
