This is where I will put any ret-cons I make. it is a little inconvienent, but if anyone read the story before these, the ret-cons will be up for 3 weeks.

Rewrite 1:

1: I didn't know exactly what I was going for in the first chapter, so I smoothed some things out.

2: Drade does not use a plastic bag to carry Bite and Smite 2(nobody remembers this, I'm sure, but it wasn't in-character for him)

3: The walls of the cult's headquarters are not black.

4: There are no pink polka-dot badges.

5: Drade states that the deal with Wurn is off but he later does his side of the bargain anyway. He no longer says this.

6: I accidentally used 'psychopath' and not 'sociopath to describe Drade.

7: Drade acts a little too...not deadpan later on. I fixed that.

Rewrite 2:

CH 1:

Drade tries more to escape Kai'Vra on their first meeting

Drade reacts entirely differently to Onei on their first meeting

Drade also reacts entirely differently to the boy with the coat of ethereality, paying for his mother's cancer treatment like it was nothing.

Drade now has green eyes.

CH 2:

Less cultlike dialogue from the Friends, especially Datai.

Drade acts nicer, in general.

Datai is called when Faio is found dead and goes to handle the situation.

Faio is foreshadowed as important.

CH 3:

Not much.

CH 4:

Lumia, Saphi, and Saina are introduced alongside the Schoolers, though don't do much.

Only Daio, Faio's father, ends up seeing Faio's death.

CH 5:

Isaphela gets more character, and we learn her father was a slave-trader and generally terrible person who Drade killed.

CH 6:

Not much.

CH 7:

Not much

Character logs:

Luuko cannot give people superstrength.
