《Chocolate Obsessed Genius Mage》Chapter 26. Black and Blue!

Anaga's POV:
I failed.
I guess I should have expected it? Since I was up against the strongest magician I have ever met before, even considering my travels in countless countries and visiting many royal palaces. You would imagine that the rulers of powerful kingdoms - ones incomparable to this small rural place - should be employing only those truly skillful and strong but the power I could sense from Alexander was way more than that. Even after attacking his weakened defences, I managed to do exactly zero damage to him. Without considering the mental part, as it seems.
I seriously can't believe it. How in the world could a person who has a wife, say that I stole his first kiss? His completely flabbergasted and somewhat embarrassed face right after the act was proof that it was the truth! But how? Why? Did he never... 'do' it? But he's married! He has a beautiful wife so how come he never experienced kissing?
Could there be... a problem down there... with him OR her... and they never even considered trying 'it'?
Many random thoughts run through my mind but it was soon interrupted by an uncomfortable feeling.
...I couldn't move. Eh? When was I paralyzed? I haven't even noticed, too absorbed by this confusing puzzle. I looked up...
-Uhmmm. - a weird noise escaped my mouth while I tried to scream loudly without moving my mouth. Oh No. It's confirmed now, I'm crazy. I'm seeing double. It's an illusion. A hallucination brought by my new realization of my insanity, which I wasn't aware of until now.
I could see two identical Alexanders. Seriously! The only visible difference between them was the colour of their clothes - black and elegant, as well as a deep blue, more casual one with no long collar or something like 6 layers of clothing which is considered very fancy for noblemen.

I closed my eyes and opened them again, blinked what felt like a thousand times in 10 seconds but the previous image was still there.
...
Just that they both, simultaneously almost shouted one word: 'Chocolate'. In perfect sync, with a happy tone of voice too. Incomprehensible. Am I under some sort of drugs? Since when? I have no idea when it could've happened.
Hearing the conversation after that, I was more and more sure that this isn't real. It can't be. I understood nearly nothing from what was said and that means something.
This is all truly bizarre.
...
One of them said they're the same person. What?! Soon both of the men's faces turned towards me. Eh?! What now?! What do you want from me?!!
The blue one started walking towards me and in one swift motion put his hand on my head. After that...
Darkness.
Alex's(the world-traveller) POV:
My blue-clothed friend didn't take too much time erasing Anaga's recent memories. She won't remember anything from the time when she met us. Specifically, she won't remember my other self appearing before her and she'll probably think that she passed out before she was able to 'attack' me and my mouth. After 'my' work was done, the woman limply fell on the ground, planting her face in the dirt under her feet with a loud 'thud'. Still paralyzed and unable to support her body while unconscious because of the magical ritual, it's no wonder something like this happened.
...that doesn't look too comfortable but it actually works better for me. She won't be able to resist while I take her out of this world. Any sort of resistance could end up badly for both of us. Why didn't I think of it earlier? If I put her to sleep right in the beginning, there wouldn't be so many problems because of it! Dammit! There was actually such an easy solution and I lost so much time trying to convince her with words! I know myself I'm terrible at it, so why did I even try?! It seems like using force is much faster after all. And easier. Less time-consuming too. Simply perfect for every situation! I recommend it with every problem, works wonders each time!

...not according to Lucy{the wife} or anyone else when I mentioned it... But that doesn't matter. Right? As long as it works it's good.
-Need my help? - asked 'me' politely.
-Nah, I can handle it. If you could make sure she doesn't wake up when it's time to leave though, I would appreciate it.
-Of course. I'll do it as if I was you.
-Heh. Good one, 'me'.
-Thanks, 'me'.
...actually...
-Ok, it's weird when we call ourselves as 'we'.
-Yeah, it really is.
-Maybe... I'll be Alex I and you can be Alex II. - I proposed.
-What?! No way, I can be Alex I! I'm the original of this world, you know! You can be the second one if you want to!
-No way!
We both stared at each other angrily. And it was going so well before!
-I got another idea. - he said, trying to convince me. - You can be 'The travelling Alex' and I could be named... Umm...
-'One world Alex'?
-Both sound so weird.
-Both sound so weird.
Yup. We said it at the same time. I know I don't have a good naming sense and he is 'me' so whatever we think of will not be good. I looked around, checked our looks and I suddenly got an idea!
-Black and Blue!
-Blue and Black!
-Hey, I thought of it first!
-Hey, I thought of it first!
...
...
The only difference between us right now is our clothing, hence we both had the same brilliant idea at the same time.
-...it's our idea.
-...it's our idea.
Again, we said it simultaneously. Well, it's hard talking to yourself, isn't it? We both think of the same stuff after all!
-Hah... - I sighed deeply. Blue did not. -How about we just do our jobs and I get out of here? Our talk is rather awkward anyway. I'm sure you have other things to do, as do I.
-Yeah, you're right. Let's do that.
