‘Lin Zi Yuan’ is one of the best high schools in the whole world with a ranking of first in China. It has a history of nearly one and half a century since its establishment. It’s entrance requirements are very harsh. Only genuineness among genuineness can enter to this school. No matter what kind of background one has if they are not academically gifted they cannot enter to this school. Since this school is jointly sponsored by both Lin family and Xia family, two of the four largest powerhouses in the world, no one dares to cheat their way in.

Today is a normal school day and a constant stream of students could be seen coming in to the school to begin their daily routine.

At the entrance an extremely beautiful girl of 16 years or so old could be seen waiting for some one. All most all the males are turning there heads in her direction while passing the gate. Some times people even collide with each other but shrugged it off as this is a common occurrence happening every morning.

After some time a hover car arriving at a breath taking speed stopped smoothly in front of the school entrance. It was a ‘Lumière d'argent’ ,one of the newest and most expensive cars in the world, worth more than 60 million Yuan. From the driving seat of the car another beautiful girl got out and tap the car saying,

“Return at 3 in the afternoon.”

Then that car without any driver, automatically raised to the air and moved away.

After that she looked at the smiling girl in front of her and went forward to hug her saying,

“Lin Shen.., I miss you…”

Lin Shen smiled at the girl currently hugging him and said,

“Xia Biyu, We just met last week. It’s just two days ago.”

“But it’s too long for me.”

“All right, let’s go to the class before school starts.”

“So Shen tell me, which level are you now. I already reached level 26 yesterday.”

“Mmm, I’m just level 5 now.”

“Whaat???…. What did you do all this time?”

“Aha, It’s a bit complicated. Lot of things happened and I just didn’t get time to play Asgurd.” he lied.

“Shen, you do know that your ability in Asgurd is very important right? Specially as the sole hair to the entire Lin family. I heard your cousin ‘little Chang’ taken the 5th place in world ranking. And that annoying little brat Rin is the first in world ranking. She even got a unique class. That ‘Berserker priest’ class is totally unfair.”

“Oh!, you met her in game?”

“No I didn’t. Didn’t you see those videos uploaded on the web. She’s a freaking monster. She can heal and damage at the same time.”

“Haha… that’s good to hear. You should be happy for her too you know. She's your cousin right. Well I’m going to my class now, see you at lunch time.”

While talking they have already reached near their class rooms. When he was about to enter to the class, Biyu cached his hand and said,

“After you reached level 10 come to Beilong city. I’ll help you level up OK”

Then before he can reply she ran off towards her class.

“Haa.. whatever, I’ll think about it later.”

At lunch he was waiting for Biyu in the school cafeteria. While he was waiting for her, he ordered some pizza and sat on one of the empty tables. After some time he heard some footsteps coming his way. When he looked in that direction he saw a senior student along with some other students approaching him.

He recognize the senior student as Xian meng. He was recognized by everyone as one of the geniuses in the Xian family younger generation, reaching inner Aura realm just at 18 years of age. He was recognized as someone with the potential to form a gold core during his life time. Although the Xian family is just a branch family of Xia family, he was chosen to be groomed by the Xia family enjoying same benefits as a direct descendent.

Xian Meng after reaching his table sit on one of the empty chairs across him.

“Yo…, Long time no see Lin Shen, the esteemed young master of Lin family.”

“Sign, what do you want here with me?”

“Come on, can’t I come here to learn from the heavenly genius Lin Shen. One who reached 10th level of body tempering realm just at the age of 10.”

“Oh I forgot you can’t cultivate any more. You are a cripple now aren’t you.”

“Hahahaaa..” he along with his group of students began to laugh.

“.….” Lin Shen deadpaned at them.

“What are you guys? Some elementary kids? Did you come here to say those C class villain’s lines and laugh. Seriously guys?”

Xian Meng’s face turned red from embarrassment and anger, but soon calmed himself down.

“Lin Shen, I’ll just say this once. Biyu is my women got it. Don’t ever go near her. Do you understand?”

“Hmm, No. Why would I stop meeting with my friends just because some one said so and when did she even become your women?”

Xian Meng’s face turned dark and he started to release a pressure to the surrounding with his cultivation of Aura realm. A suffocating feeling spread around him and he directed all the pressure towards Lin Shen.

“Don’t think you are same as before. Now you are crippled you will soon lose your right to inherit the Lin family fortune. Without the backing of Lin family a mere body refining cultivator has no right to argue with me.”

Lin Shen frowned and waved his hand. A terrifying pressure several magnitudes higher than the previous one crashed into Xian Meng causing him to slam into the table. An absolute suppression of levels possible only for for those of core formation level or higher descended upon him. Under the pressure blood started to trickle from his nose and mouth.

“That’s enough uncle yei.” Then suddenly that pressure disappeared.

He looked at the pale faced Xian Ming.

“I don’t know why you got a such stupid idea, but as I don’t like meaningless fights I’ll say this once. The truth is that no matter how talented you are, you are just a branch family member with a good potential. Your current cultivation doesn’t amount to any thing. Till you reach your full potential you are not worth much. But currently I’m the only hair to my Lin family. My Lin family and Xia family both had a very close relationship for generations. No one from the Xia family is stupid enough to break those ties for a mere aura realm cultivator.”

He walked towards the pale Xian Ming and patted his shoulder saying,

“I don’t know whether someone talked you into doing this or you are just naturally that stupid, but take my advice and run away got it?”

Xian Ming went backward so fast that he fell from the chair. Then he ran away along with his group of lackeys out of the cafeteria.

“Young master are you all right?” an old man appeared beside Lin Shen.

“Haa.., I don’t enjoy playing the bad guy but that idiot acted too rashly. I wonder why? I feel some thing fishy here.”

“Well it’s all right uncle Yei. You can go back.”

“As you wish!” old man then disappeared.

“Brother Shen, did something happen? Why are there people running out from the canteen and why do all these people looking at this way?”

“Aha Biyu, You finally came.” he looked up to see Biyu looking at him with a strange expression.

“Well few things happened. Don’t worry about it. Let’s eat.”

At a corner of the cafeteria a person was looking at the whole scene from the beginning.

“Hmm…, It seams that trash still has some influence. This will complicate some things. Well no matter, end result won’t change.”

After school was over, Lin Shen immediately returned to his home and cleaned up before going to the bed while wearing the link in his hand.

After lying on the bed he started the link to connect to the world of Asgurd.

When he opened his eyes he was back at the town centre of Risenburg.

“I finished one of the quests didn’t I. Let’s see,”

After reaching the quest board a notification appeared.

“Quest Goblin subjugation is completed. Due to the quest limit of 1000 kills per player, rewards for only 1000 kills will be given. The player has completed the hidden quest by killing the Hobgoblin living in the goblin den. Additional rewards will be given for that.”

Reward : 10 Exp, 1*1000 iron coins

Bones Reward : 1 Silver coin.

“I have two silver coins in total now. Let’s go out for some shopping!”
