This is pretty normal, Alissa usually loves working alone but that doesn't mean she wants to be alone, sometimes, she just ties me down to a chair and talks to me as she does what she does

I got to prepare for the Queen's attack, she will avenge her King. I mean, if she didn't care, she would've had the bees retreat but instead made them go berserk on us, either that or she's playing with my head

I returned to our tent and saw Cynthia quietly cleaning my bed

"Thanks" I thanked her, now I know why bed always smells like flowers

"No problem, I didn't have much to do anyway. Oh, Gram told me to call you back to the strategic tent once you've returned" She notified me

"Is that so? then, wanna come with?"

"Yes!"

We left together and arrived at the tent, there are no guards here because Julius told them to guard the city instead despite their pleading to protect the city lord

Cynthia and I entered, we saw Julius, Gram, and Astarotia quietly sipping tea

"Now that you're here, let's get this started" Gram stood up

"Alright, let's go" Julius followed

"*sigh* can't I have tea with my darling?" Astarotia stood up

We all followed them to a separate tent just behind the strategic tent, inside was the demon tied to a wooden chair. He was now awake

The demon looked at everyone but his stare lasted much longer at Astarotia, I sensed hostility when he stared at everyone but at Astarotia? I didn't sense anything

"Well then, hello there, you know who I am but who are you?" Gram asked

"I am Reiggor, a strong and proud warrior of the hellfire demon clan"

"Alright Reiggor, why did you attack our city, well except for the fact that our races are trying to kill each other" Gram asked

"The reason is simple, we loathe you, we can't wait to erase your race's existence" Reiggor smiled

"You know, if you wanted to attack, you would've sent an army, I know your demon lord, he's a very cautious person" Julius stated

"An army? why would we send an army to destroy a city that has a very little population" Reiggor replied

"Stupid, I know you wouldn't send much but a team of 30 demons? I expected more from your demon lord" Julius replied to Reiggor

"Don't you dare mock our lord!" Reiggor lost in and tried to attack Julius but the chains firmly locked him in place

"Boys, boys, let a woman's charm do this" Astarotia smiled and pushed everyone out of the tent

"Their target was Gram, they knew that the city has fallen to ruins, they also knew that Gram was here" She announced

"No, without you, a lot more people would've died, you should know this by now"

"I know, I just feel like I could've saved more" Gram replied

I returned inside and noticed the demon, sleeping but the small droplets of blood on his neck didn't escape my sight

'Oh yeah, Alissa, can you please tell me the status of our Project Sunstrike?' I asked Alissa through the radio

A small sun appeared on my monitor, I tried pointing my finger and a small reddish circle appeared on the spot I pointed at

I just chuckled and started heading for the strategic meeting but we heard an announcement, an arrogant announcement

"Queen? then we have to get ready!" Julius started running

"Cynthia, let's go!" I looked at her

She nodded and followed me towards the northern gate, a queen was right there with an army of 100 blood bee

"Cynthia, get inside one of the houses and support me with magic, just be careful alright?" Cynthia is strong, I trust her

"Yes" She disappeared in one of the houses

I pulled out Azazel, Silver edge was strapped on my back just like my M4, my pistol was in a holster on my right leg.

"Cyborg?! what are you doing here?!" She furiusly askd

"I'm here to take your head, same as I did with your King" I arrogantly spoke out

"DIE!" She pointed her fingers at me and the army of 100 bees started swarming

I started running around, using the houses as obstacles and turning left and right randomly while shooting down the bees, anything that got close got slashed by Azazel.

I can take on a hundred blood bees in this environment but not in an open space like their hive, they swarm all over me and raise the temperature to the point that I'll be cooked alive

My M4 and pistol lost all their charge and are recharging, I saw a tight space between two buildings, I jumped in between and surely enough the Bees got stuck

[Crescent slash]! I swung down Azazel and unleashed a large arc that decimated the bees that tried to chase after me

"MY CHILDREN! HOW DARE YOU!" the queen roared out and flew above the building

She was just a large blood bee with multiple wings and stingers sticking out of her rear, she won't be able to chase me down here so she'll smoke me out

She pointed her rear at me and fired

20 stingers headed straight towards me, I was forced to run. All of the stingers didn't hit me but I'm back out in the open, I need to keep moving until help arrives

Three blood bee's attempted to attack me but got shot down by [Lightning]

"Meddling bitch!" The queen eyed Cynthia

"Oh no you don't!" I threw Azazel as strong as I can and was able to hit her abdomen

"ARGGHHH!" She roared out in pain

Kite her, all I need now is kite her away

I need to kill more blood bees if I want to use the Sunstrike without any distractions, I started running away as the queen removed Azazel and threw it away

'System, activate Azazel's GPS'

I now know where Azazel is

I kept running as the blood bees and the queen chased me soon enough, fireballs rained down along with arrows. Astarotia, along with a number of archers were on top of the rooftops

"Now!" Gram shouted and spearmen broke through house's windows and stabbed more blood bees before taking them down

"Useless children, only my King is really worthy of being with me" The queen was disgusted at her own children's weakness

"Well that King is now dead" I taunted

"I will take your head for it" She charged through the bloodbath of men and bees

"Come and claim my head then" I jumped on one rooftop then to another, taking the queen far away from the battle

I stopped at the city square where it was deserted except for the pile of bones and ash

"You finally stopped, did you finally resign to your fate?" The queen chuckled

"You know, a queen's strength comes from her colony and not with her abilities alone" I stated

"Heh, lecturing about what a queen is?" She laughed

"You are a failure, like that King of yours underneath you"

"What?"

She looked down and saw the dead King on top of the pile

"You really are asking for it heh..heh... I'LLKILLYOU!"

'Obliterate'

A huge ray of concentrated sunlight came crashing down, it completely enveloped the 13-feet tall queen. It was not only hot, it was also blinding, the attack blast lasted for 2 seconds before dying down. The now pile of ashes and bones turned to nothing just like the queen, it even left a 5-meter deep hole into the ground

'Zeno, did you use the project sunstrike? I detected a major ultraviolet ray near the city, you okay?' Alissa asked

'Just roasted a queen with it, you want some?' I asked

'...hmm, I'm probably breathing in the said queen so no thanks' She chuckled

I laughed with her as I retrieved Azazel and rejoining the battle, we won in the end but at the cost of 3 spearmen, the rest, injured

"We killed their queen, it's finally over..." Juliues sighed

"No, not yet, their hive still has a few children, a queen will rise from them so it's best to strike now" I suggested

"Then... let's go" Astarotia spoke out

"No, I'm doing this alone" I stopped her

"Why?" Astarotia asked

"It's better this way, and who knows, an army of demons might come and attack" I replied

"What he said is true, let's sit this one out" Gram patted Astarotia's shoulder

'Alissa, I need a ride, we're heading towards the northern mountain where the blood beehive is'

The reason I didn't want anyone to come is that so we can create a makeshift base to scavenge the fallen ship Mirigai

Cynthia might want to come too, I'll ask her later

'Sorry Zeno, know how I'm melting the materials... well I detached the ship's thrusters and turned them to fire blasters' Alissa apologized

'I'm not even mad, that's amazing' I praised her

Looks like I'm using a horse, but the horses were already harvested by the blood bees... looks like I'm walking... again
