《Transmigrated Into A Game》6: Bullied
Advertisement
Transmigrating into a new world, Rose experienced once again being the center of everyone's hatred.
Not specifically everyone, but almost.
There were hundreds of students in the Primary Department, and they all schemed to make Rose's life a living hell.
From her shoe locker full of dirt and crawling insects, to her desk full of obscene words and vandals. Wherever Rose walked, something eventful would occur. For every time she fell on the floor, jeers would resound.
If she wasn't someone with decades of years behind her, her mind would have gone crazy. How did the previous Rose survive this treatment? She was only a child, not even going through her puberty yet.
And why did she not share her burden to her father? What did she want badly to remain in this school where she was doomed to die?
Rose could not make a head nor a tail. After spending another day of hateful glares and deathly whispers, she understood the second case the blonde, whose name was apparently Ron, mentioned.
'Rosetta' was in love, to a guy who never paid her attention. 'Rose' was an NPC who had a story of her own but nobody deemed worthy. Except for her father, nobody had really shown her any kindness. Ron and Lance were smart and she knew they suspected her of something else, enough for trust not to sprout just yet.
She felt cornered, but she was not born yesterday and her will to overcome her current predicament only increased after piecing up clues from here and there.
The person 'Rosetta' fancied was an upperclassman in High School Department whose nick-name in the the Academy was the 'Prince' due to his gentleness, kindness and extraordinary appearance. But could someone like 'Rose' whose arrogance could reach the sky fall for someone that easily, even making her transfer into the same school? Apparently not. At least not what the current Rose thought.
There must have been more to it than external factors, and she was old enough to know that a real nice person does not exist. She lived amidst the masks and became one of the galaxy's center of attention due to her talent. Her world was not simple, so what did Prince Ben do to change 'Rosetta' considerably?
Rose kept thinking this when suddenly, she was tripped onto the floor once again. This was the 7th time of the day, and it was just her 3rd day after transmigration. If there was anything she gained from all the tripping, it was her knees bruising over and again. Painful, of course.

"Hmph, b**ches should remain crawling on the floor."
"Hey, that's an insult to female dogs..."
"See if you still dare flirt with men and flaunt your family name! You don't belong in this school, b**ch."
Rose slowly picked herself up, not even glancing towards the person who tripped her and continued down the corridor where she aimed for the Janitor Room. She could hear the jeers growing fainter with her stride as less and less students came her way.
The Janitor Room was situated somewhere isolated.
She was once again inside the familiar high-end secret room and immediately sat herself at one of the computers, ignoring the control table that filled one wall with monitors displaying different environments of what others may call 'dungeons'.
She was not very keen about the Danger Areas just yet, because her current aim leaned more on knowing her current predicament and how to make her life a little more peaceful. Tranquility was always what she wanted, and she would get just that.
There was no need to boot up the computer and her fingers immediately sprang into action. Her experienced fingers that had tapped on the electric piano for years were elated at being used once again, although for a different purpose. Soon, her mind was filled with background information of certain individuals, forgetting the time altogether. And by the time she was finished, the last class just ended. She was sure to get another earful, which most of her teachers loved to do.
When she left the Janitor Room, she did not realize the little camera hidden away at a corner. It recorded everything she'd done, down to the smallest detail...
"Here's Princess Rosetta of Kingdom Kliron, prancing all over the place without a care. Not even thinking that going to class is an obligation to a student like her. Poor us, far from the lofty Princess and must attend every class diligently."
Rose's classmates were leaving the classroom and encountered her in the corridor. One of them noticed her and immediately brandished the sword of jeer, enticing the crowd to look upon Rose whose serenity was interpreted as 'lofty' and 'arrogant'.
In their eyes, she had no redeeming features. Not even good enough as decoration for them to ignore. Soon, a few joined in with the fun, surrounding Rose before she could escape into the classroom to get her things.

"What's up, Princess? Not looking at us plebeians in the eyes? Why? Your eyes are too sensitive to look at us, is that it?! Well, look again b**ch! In this school, your riches mean NOTHING, so stop prancing around doing whatever you want!" A student rudely said to Rose's face, splattering saliva all over the place. Grandma Rose was obviously not pleased as her lips pursed into a line.
Her little reaction only made others happy and raved even more.
She didn't want to argue but if she continued not to say anything, she was not gonna be able to return to her classroom. She needed to get her bag, but even without it, she still wouldn't be able to leave since she was already surrounded. All around her, children her age were calling her names, insulting her status and derided her to dry.
'Rosetta', how did you survive a day in such a school? If you were arrogant, selfish and a troublemaker, this sort of treatment was worse than anyone could thought of.
Or, can it be the role of the NPC called 'Rosetta'? Was it necessary to the game? In what essence would 'Rosetta' be required to experience this unreasonable hell?
Rose eventually found her voice after allowing the children to jab at her with words. "I apologies for being a sight for sore eyes, but I was intending to leave your presence as soon as I retrieve my bag. If you have anything proper to say, please do. Otherwise, scram!"
Alas, the young children merely laughed at Rose's words. Although they were a little stunned at her eloquence that was far from the usual Rosetta, they were much too used at insulting 'Rosetta' like she was their toy-for-all.
"Scram she said! Hahaha! When did you learn to order us around, Princess??"
"Fool! You are calling her a Princess and saying that? Aren't you just contradicting yourself?"
"So what? Me calling her a Princess is meant to insult her!"
"Fine. So Princess, why not play around with us a bit? After all, you already had your fun."
"Just because your father is an influential figure doesn't mean you can just skip classes whenever you want! We still haven't forgotten your crimes of stealing Jerico Walsh and Prince Ben!"
"Sl*t who only knows how to flirt when in school! My mother always tell me to ignore people like you but when you are obviously this troublesome, how can I just sit and allow your to ruin our princes?! Shame on you, Rosetta!"
"Using your father to get whatever you want, you should be kicked out of this school!"
But Rose did not live for 80-some years to remain unresponsive as others deride her moral character. In a moment, she had a phone by her ear but then it was soon slapped away by another student.
"Tsk. Tsk! Calling your daddy, Princess?? No can do~! Guys, go!!"
After his command, a few students drew themselves closer to Rose, their hands ready to physically harass her. She couldn't believe such harassment was going on in this sort of institution and for as long as 2 months! Young children should have their limits!
Rose backed away, step by step but there was a wall of children behind her too. Her wrists were grabbed and pulled harshly, a slap smashed across her face.
She was utterly bewildered at how fast the situation escalated. She felt like a real villainess being ostracized and cornered by everyone in the world for murdering hundreds of their family members.
Did it not matter to them at all that her father was the current CEO of Electronic&Voltz?
She resisted but her strength was feeble. She had tried to use her self-defense techniques but there were too many mobs grabbing for her limbs. She cried and begged, but the bullying didn't cease.
In just a while, she was bruised all over, except for her face and the areas where wearing a dress can be exposed to. This only meant that 'Rosetta' had been through with their physical violence before, but why did her father never noticed this?
Soon, Rose was gonna find out.
Because after she was beaten up thoroughly and the chime struck 6 o'clock, her bruises disappeared and all the NPC students were gone. Some walked out out of the building, a few merely faded in the background.
What exactly were the rules of NPCs in the game? What of her?
