《No Face, No Life》060

“Oh, my,” Natalia-sama murmured. “Alright, that’s enough for today.” Her voice was more stern. “And besides that, you’re an adult, Rui. We all know you don’t like male genitalia.” I remembered her sign taped up by her office’s door. She’d known the shape of male genitalia enough that she was able to crudely draw them. There was a red circle with a line across them and even roaring flames below. This is Rui’s hatred for men. “Relax. If you want to honor your family name, then you need to complete any case you take. Your father wouldn’t decline one.”
“... Y-yeah... Daddy would see it through, no matter how annoying his client was.” I saw Rui stand. As I’d mentioned, hiding under the blanket didn’t blind me in the slightest. “Never do that to me ever again, Susumu!” she yelled.
“And don’t call me that horrible name ever again!” I shot back like a talking rock in Natalia-sama’s office.
“I think you’ve established the terms for continuing your cooperation.” Natalia-sama took charge with her natural leadership quality. “Excellent! Now just agree that you disagree. However, I don’t think you’ll stand a chance against Noh-face. Therefore, I propose a solution. I’ll need to waste a bit more of your time. Susumu, as a yokai, you have spiritual power. We’re going to look into giving you a foundation. This is how I can help you the most.”
“Ehhhh?” My noh-jaw dropped. “Are you expecting me to fight it?”
“Probably, yes.” Rui smirked.
“No way! Fighting is brutal and horrible!” This from someone who loved fighting video games. “HELL NO!” I protested, shaking more.

Natalia-sama watched as I changed into my repaired bodysuit. Meanwhile, Rui was still crouched beneath her desk. I tested the new seat of my suit. I didn’t feel, hear, nor see any tearing. Her work was good. Natalia-sama smiled and applauded. “You look positively heroic in your costume, Susumu-san! Put on your helmet, and then we’ll take my car to another property nearby with more room.”

I nodded, posing dramatically with my cape fluttering. Rui sighed. “I don’t think we have time for whatever you have in mind, but I’m sure it’ll help, somehow.”
“What can you do to help me, Natalia-sama? What can a clothier do for me?” I asked, perplexed. Rui lifted my helmet which had been resting on the desk to throw it to me. I caught it and pulled it over my noh-face.
“She’s a millennia-old Kitsune,” Rui pointed out. “If Natalia was inclined to do so, then she could go after Noh-face herself, but she has a business to run.”
“You’re a fox? Really?” I grinned. “I suppose I should just believe what you’re saying until I see it.”
“You will soon.” Natalia-sama chuckled. “When I use my abilities, my true nature will be visible. When you used some of your noh-face abilities, you took on the full semblance of one. It isn’t just about missing your face. It’s also about your physical appearance changing.” She gestured with her graceful wrist, beckoning us to follow.

She led us downstairs to the lobby of her store. People stared once again. A woman stepped up behind me to flip up my cloak cheekily. She had a grin on her face. Apparently she liked what she’d seen earlier. I blushed redly, even though she couldn’t see anything this time.
“It’s an advertising campaign! You’re a genius, Natalia!” she exclaimed. “We expected nothing less from our genius fashion leader!” Everyone on the floor gathered around us.
“Why, yes.” Natalia-sama smiled modestly. I knew what everyone was discussing. “It won’t be effective for more than this one day, probably, but another day I might ask you to go parading around the city again for me, Susumu-san.” She winked.

Everyone got a good look at my butt. I’m sure you’re curious about why. Maybe you guessed it. A large advertisement had been patched over the seat of my bodysuit. I was a walking billboard for Natalia-sama’s business. Rui giggled and others imitated her while the rest cheered for Natalia-sama.
“Do a sentai pose for us!” one requested, delighted. I left my pride behind. I did a dance and ended with my butt in the air, arms extended.
“That’s exactly the right pose! Do that a lot, today please! It’ll be super effective with women! That butt will bring me even more business after today!” Natalia-sama cheered with a big grin.
