This story will actually include a lot of Xianxia elements in it but it will not really be strictly a Xianxia. For me I read a lot of different genres so it is highly possible that I end up including elements that are not in the Xianxia genre or excluding certain parts that usually appears in Xianxia. I researched what exactly Xianxia is and I think my story lies more towards a Xuanhuan genre.

For me I will not be following the cultivation stages strictly because as a reader who was unfamiliar with the stages of cultivation, it was very hard to follow the proper names of cultivation stages. There were a lot of times i went “???” and had to check to see where exactly the stage falls in the many stages of cultivation. So for me, I decided to simplify my stages to understandable ones for the readers and myself (mainly myself muahaha). I wanted a female main lead because in almost all (if not all) Xianxia novels I've read, the main character is a male lead and I wanted something different. I put into this story all the elements that I would love to read in one story instead of like different elements in different stories. This is my first time writing so I would 100% welcome any feedback or suggestions. If you have any suggestions on how you think the story can progress do leave a comment or message me or something. I would love to receive suggestions on how the story can be improved or the direction that it can progress in.

Each chapter will vary in length depending on how I think the chapter should end. I will do my best to upload regularly and to have consistent chapters. I aim to finish this book because I already have an idea of another related book to this story. So I am going to put all my effort in completing this story.

On a side note, my name is not Zi Yue. I had an empty space there on the cover picture and was wondering what to put and decided to just put the MC name on the cover as well.
