《Priestess Of The Land》Longing Period (Part 2)

Around noon, lunch arrived, and Tria was sitting in front of the table in the garden under a plum blossom tree, waiting on Crei's arrival. She was wearing a long tent lavender dress and looking out the sky.
On Crei's arrival, he saw this beautiful picture, he was stunned, and his heart skipped a beat.
Tria saw his handsome figure from the corner of her eyes, he looked like a true royal wearing a silk Navy tunic on. Seeing him make his way towards her, she respectfully stood up to receive him.
"You have come, your highness."
"There is no need to stand in ceremony, be at ease, please." He said while seeing the table full of food and two sets of tableware, his heart eased up noting her thoughtfulness.
"I do not know if you have eaten yet your highness, I hope you will hold me company."
"I have not eaten yet, it would be my pleasure."
There was quite a lot of food on the table, the kitchen prepared some roasted ham along with some eggs, sweet potatoes and some steamed vegetables. There were some fruits as well, which there were some that Tria never heard of in her previous life, but still ate them since they were juicy and sweet.
Silently, they ate for about half an hour, Crei had a lot on his mind but he was still able to swallow down his food. The servants cleaned out the table when they were finished.
"I have my decision your highness," mentioned Tria, breaking the silence, she was extremely calm. Her poise made Crei anxious.
"You have? Will you be leaving?" answered Crei, trying to keep his heart in his chest, he could feel his palms sweating as he was talking.
"Leave? Husband, would you like me to leave?" Tria changed her respectful demeanor and became playful.

Hearing Tria call him husband, he was startled then understood; he let out a big sigh of relief.
"Ha-ha, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to laugh", Tria really found him cute.
"Ha," waving off, he continued," I do not wish for you to leave, I want you to stay by side."
Tria did not think he was going to be so resolute in his feelings, she was surprised but she felt warm inside.
"I can see you have been thinking about my decision, I never wanted to leave but you did not give me a chance to tell you yesterday."
Crei really regretted sprinting out yesterday now, he could have slept in happiness instead of staying wide awake all night. However, this was fine too, it confirmed his strong feelings for her, and how much he wanted her by his side.
"I thought you would take this chance to leave, since there was no connection between us. Does that mean that you feel the same I do?", he did not express what he felt exactly, but he knows she knows about his feelings. He clumsily tried to hide them, he did not want to scare her away. He would not go full-on yet, not before he knew their feelings was mutual.
"First, I would like to thank you for helping me out when you did. As well as for your feelings towards me. Though I do not feel the same way as you feel towards me, it is not far off. Do not get distressed, we have the longing period ahead of us, we shall learn more about each other. Then, if you feel the same about me, I will consider you feelings."
Crei was bummed out, however, after hearing her words, he understood she was giving him a chance to earn a place in her heart. He smiled at her, while the sun shined upon his handsome face, starting his chase after her, he said, "My wife, be at ease, since you decided to stay, you will not regret it."

The Traveller from Afar
Lucas didn't know what he wanted, but it certainly wasn’t to get dragged into the middle of a another world. Too bad for him the universe had different plans and now he has to deal with the consequences of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. At least it isn't all bad, he gets to finally make use of those cooking lessons he was dragged into. Chapters 1-4 are kind of like a prologue, they are self contained and only give some background information for the rest of the story.*********This is my first attempt trying to write any type of longer form story so I have no idea if any thing I produce will be readable, I've tried to make sure I have a decent level of grammar and there are no spelling mistakes, but if you do find any please let me know. I am also from the home of tea and crumpets (the uk) so if there are some u's and s's your not used to seeing thats probably it. Uh I dont really know what else to put in a story description so just give it a shot and let me know what you think, any pointers would be greatly appeciated.
