Chapter 12 ~ Hero and Goblin Extermination

-Hero City; Central Medical Center-

My body is held in the best medical center in Hero City. Currently, Yoshino, Myuser, and Eleina are guarding my body.

"Miss Yoshino, Why are you so familiar with brother Nishihara?"

"Brother Nishihara Actually tell me that..."

Myuser Hug Yoshino while both crying. Eleina sits on the window and looks faraway.

Like the other fictional story, I read and watched Hero fighting the demon exist here. Of course, I didn't know about this. Because I'm currently in Historia City.

A large Magic circle glows and 4 kid on the age of 12 has been summoned.

"Our Hero! Please lend us your power to fend off those Demons that devour our kind!" One of the old men that wearing priest clothes talks.

"Where are we?"

Soma Sora-Former classmates, She is the Vice president. Beautiful and kind-hearted.

"I thought, I'm already dead. I've been struck by that light!"

Uyemura Haruko-Former classmate, One of the Yoshino friends.

"Why are we here? Is this some kind of another world?"

Amaki Yori-Good looking. But he only plays games even in school.

"Why you guys here too?"

Watanabe Takeo-Like me that always got bullies in the past life.

"Our heroes can I know your names?"

"Hero?...Ummm... I'm Sora, Soma Sora..."

"Haruka. Nice to meet you!"

"Araki Yori. This really looks like a game."

"W-Watanabe Takeo... nice meeting you."

The priest explains the situation to them. Sora is a Hydro Hero, Haruko is an Anemo Hero, Yori is a Pyro hero, Takeo is a Geo hero. Unlike other anime, that hero always fights demon lord. The hero here is only supposed to defend the Human continent from the demons' invasion. They hesitate to agree at first, but they agree afterward after seeing the damage of the demon invasion in the past.

They have a monstrous growth and also both Augus and Jinx. They have the blessing of the goddesses. So they say, but not quite sure about it.

-Historia City-

I've also started my Adventurer life. The mission or quest for F class adventurer is almost about collecting herbs or finding a missing pet or things. The most common for E quest is about goblin subjugation. Wolf's subjugation.

I saw a goblin extermination quest. It requires a party to proceed. I will paste it back when a group of men talks to me.

"Hey, brother. Let's do that quest, what do you think?"

"Is it really ok for me to join?"

"Of course! But before that. Where's your weapon?"

"Ohh. *create a sword" Here."

"Woah that's awesome! Right guys?"

Everyone member agrees. They seems a people that I can trust but without Eleina divine eye. It's hard to tell.

So we begin to do the quest. We just need to clear out a horde of goblin in the plains. My new comrades are all D rank and seem veteran in this.

We've come to the site. But there's no goblin at all.

"This is suspicious... Why there's no Goblin in here?"

"Leader! There are 2 dead bodies on the west!" One of the men chasing his breath while running.

It's really suspicious I would say, but I didn't know the behavior of it. This is the first time I'm going to fight a Goblin in this world."

A horde of Goblin corners us. It's almost a whole army, it holds weapons.

The leader said; "Tortoise formation!"

Every shielder forms a circle. While the offense mages are in the center. It's quite a good strategy. After a while they able to kill all of the goblins.

"It's quite easy than expected. Wooh!"

"Leader you are so powerful!"

The member praises the leader a lot.

"Look's like I didn't do anything..."

"It's Ok! You just joined us. It was your first time right?"

"Yeah."

The leader and the party member are all caring. This kind of party has a great future. While they collect the loot. An earthquake occurred. No! It's not an Earthquake, It a footstep of a big entity.

Everyone runs on the side when they saw a Goblin Lord and 20 HoboGoblins.

"W-what do we do leader?" The members are already panicking.

He uses a 3RD tier Fire magic. But It didn't even leave a scratch on hobogoblin.

"Hey, kid. You should run... We're going to hold them. We can't let you die on your first quest because of us." The leader talk

"Y-yeah Kid. You still have a future ahead of you."

They seem to support each other and actually tell me to run. I run but I only hide on a tree then, observe then.

"Ok! If we didn't stop this here. The village will be destroyed. We should fend them off!"

Everyone on the high spirit and started to charge an attack. On only one Hobogoblin they already take 7 casualties. No one died but only 3 of them can fight.

"Leader. It's good to be part of your party. But I still have siblings." Then Run.

Even one of the member-run, this leader is brave enough to defend the other member.

"You guys should run too!"

"We cannot leave you, leader! You are the one that gives us a second chance. We can't leave you here!"

"Looks like we're going to die here."

They weren't even able to take one hobogoblin and the goblin king is also, approaching them. These monsters are not ordinary. It looks already like a mutated monster.

When the leader is going to get smashed by a large sword. I butt in now.

*Clang*

"You guys already fight. (Phantom mode) Let me take from here. *smiles*

After the battle with one of the Dark Guild. My hex has been boost drastically. I didn't even feel the pressure of a hobogoblin.

"Y-your strong. Why you didn't tell us at first?"

"It's my first time-fighting goblins. I'm not that sure of my abilities yet. But let me heal those subordinate of yours." (Water Element, I command you to heal those People.)

A water circle form. Healing all of the bruises and wound of the party members.

"H-how did you do that!? Magic circle?"

"Let this keep a secret, Ok!"

"*nods* About that Black aura? Is that a magic item?"

"It's not. It's a Shadow Element..."

Another hobo

goblin attacked me. I forgot about them because I didn't feel the pressure of the sword pinning mine.

"Later. These guys are still alive. *rub the back of my head* HEHEHE"

I started to obliterate all of them. The goblin king able to defend my first swing. But my second take off his head.

After that. I hear a girl running in the south forest.

"Leader. I'm going to check something. Wait for me here!"

"Ok!"

And then I started to run toward the forest.

Who could that be?
