Whilst stretching my arms boldly, I greeted the new day with an audible sigh, showing how much I've enjoyed my sleep.

Ahh... A lot sure happened yesterday.

Yesterday, after our audience with the king and the signing of contracts, we were dragged by Vanessa-neesan into their mansion. There, she kept asking me to make pizza for her. Luckily, Ranzel-san was there to keep her in check.

Although what happened yesterday was quite hectic, it was still fun spending time with Kurt, Vanessa-neesan, and Ranzel-san. Still, with everything that happened, we can't help but feel exhausted.

Besides me, Yuna was still sleeping soundly and hugging her pillow tightly. She looked really cute while sleeping. Luckily, I was used to the scene and was able to suppress my desires to cuddle and kiss her.

Alright, now that it's our second day at the capital, I should probably plan how we're going to explore the city, and since we already became lovers, I think it could now be considered a proper date.

Not having the chance to finish her sentence, a growl from her stomach interrupted her, making her flustered.

「Pfft. Alright, alright, I'll cook curry for myー pfft... cute and considerate girlfriend. But I'llー pfft... have to ask Veronica-san for herー pfft... permission first. Pfft.」Grey

「Stop laughing!」Yuna

Yuna protested with a pouting face as she flapped her arms in an adorable fashion, but her reaction was just too cute that it made me unable to stop teasing her.

I was really lucky to have a girlfriend like her.

After that little scene of ours, we then headed down to the first floor and asked Veronica-san for permission to use the kitchen which she quickly agreed to.

And hearing that we were cooking at the kitchen, Galvin and Elnart watched me and Yuna cook dish after dish with eyes full of curiosity, excitement, and expectations.

「Hey, hey, Grey-niisan, what's that?」Galvin

「It's curry powder.」Grey

Of course, it goes without saying that the children asked us questions while we were cooking. Thankfully, the other chefs weren't bothered by them

「Curry powder...」Galvin

「Do you want to help us cook too, Galvin-kun?」Yuna

「Y-Yes! I'll do my best!」Galvin

Seeing his younger brother excited over helping cook breakfast, Elnart raised his hand and asked to help out in cooking as well. Of course, we accepted his request and we had a merry bonding time together.

When we had breakfast, Galvin was so excited reporting to his mother about how he helped out in making breakfast. And Veronica-san hearing her son talk about it so happily wasn't able to help herself but smile sincerely as well.

After breakfast, Veronica-san left to finish some paperwork and we were left to play with Galvin and Elnart for a fair bit of time. It was only when Galvin's seemingly boundless energy depleted when we stopped playing.

「Seriously, this child... He really doesn't know when to stop until he runs out of energy. He must have caused quite the trouble for the both of you.」Veronica

「We also had fun, so there's no need to worry about it Veronica-san.」Yuna

「Right, and it's nothing compared to letting us stay over. You even allowed us to cook in the kitchen.」Grey

「Well, it's only proper to treat guests like that. Anyway, aren't you two still going somewhere?」Veronica

「Ah, but before you go, you should probably dress up a bit more.」Veronica

When Veronica-san said those words, Yuna and I looked at our outfits simultaneously and realized that we were wearing casual clothes.

Heeding Veronica-san's reminder, I went to our room to change into an outfit fit for going out and fix myself while Yuna went with Veronica-san to apply make-up and pick out the perfect outfit from the ones Yuna and I brought from Galderia during our day offs.

Veronica-san said as she prepared a certain type of powder and lightly tapped it on my face. After my face she then did my eyes, my lips, and sprayed some kind of perfume on me.

It took a few minutes before Veronica-san finished and during that time, I felt like I was a mannequin that can be seen on display inside clothing stores.

「Alright, you can open your eyes now.」Veronica

When I opened my eyes, what greeted me was my reflection in the mirror. Although my appearance didn't change that much, I noticed some changes like my lips being more glossy and my cheeks having a slight reddish tint.

「Since Yuna-chan was already pretty, I'm sure with these little touches, Grey-kun's heart will skip a beat.」Veronica

「Really?」Yuna

「I'm sure of it. Actually, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that you will garner the attention of all men during your date.」Veronica

After a few minutes of travel, we finally arrived at our mystery destination, and after paying the coachman, we then hopped out of the carriage and once again became the center of attention.
