《DemonLord_Floof - The lack of common sense isekai》Chapter 27: The newly discovered dungeon.

After having lunch and rested, the group headed East, where the dungeon was according to Teacher Jessica. They encountered no more monsters, so they arrived at the destination faster than planned.
“Woahhh!” Blob_Blob gasped. He had never seen a such a big tree. Looking at it, one could easily imagine the treetop reaching Heaven, and if not for the normal trees nearby, one would have thought that they somehow shrunk into the size of an ant.
Not sure what kind of tree it was though, but the leaves were dark green and shaped like hearts. Its roots were huge, crawling on the ground surface and would move if you looked away for a second.
“This thing is.... massive! But if it’s this big, why couldn’t we notice it earlier? I mean, we should have seen it wayyyy from in the village, right?” asked Blob_Blob.
“Good question. You might not notice it, but we just walked through a barrier, kids” Teacher Easy patted Blob_Blob’s head. “And although it seemed that we have walked a straight path, we actually just came out of a very complexed maze. I’m surprised that there’s such thing inside this forrest.”
“Ehhh!??” all the kids looked up at the teacher with big surprised eyes. It was not hard to tell what were on their thoughts though:
Are you serious!?
“So you knew?” Teacher Jessica was also surprised.
“Not really. I was also fooled at first, but then I noticed the position of the sun and stars was very unusual.”
“Woahhh, teacher, how unusual?” asked GeorgEy_168.
“Mister Green, which direction is the sun?” Teacher Easy then looked at the little boy.
“W...west?” Georgey_168 answered.
“Correct,” Easy nodded. “And with the sun continuously changed position like that, it means that we were NOT walking a straight path.”

“Woahhhhh!” The kids were amazed by Teacher Easy's answer.
Well, it might sounds weird, but with the world of Online being ring-shaped and has a giant sun at the middle, it became the West-indicator if you were living inside the country of Cauco.
“Hmmm, so that’s why it’s a new dungeon...” Teacher Easy then, for some reason, furrowed his brows. “ Very dangerous.”
Jessica smiled.
“Easy, I’m so surprised that you can understand this thing even though it’s your first time here, you know?"
But Easy didn't smile back. He had some questions.
“But how did you discover this dungeon, Jessica?”
“Not really discovered it, but more like… survived...” Jessica answered.
She then gave a big sigh.
“I see...
...Man eating dungeon, huh?”
“Oh boy, Easy!”
“Ehhhhhhh?” the kids totally had no idea of what was going on here.
So Teacher Jessica explained:
“I suppose you can call it that way. This dungeon has no real entrance, so you just enter it without noticing. Then once you did, like having its own consciousness, it will lead you straight into the very center, and from that, you might never be able to get out.”
The kids titled their heads.
“If it can make the way in straight and simple for you, it can also make the way out very complex, and full of monsters encounters as well.” Teacher Easy further explained things.
And just by saying that, Easy made the kid’s faces turn pale.
“So... it’s a new dungeon, because…” Meetty spoke with her shoulders shaking.
“... no one have ever....” Riku gasped.
...returned…” and Ilsa finished the sentence.
“Good job!” Teacher Jessica nodded and you could tell by the smile on her face that she was extremely satisfied. “Well, I was very lucky to had just awoken the Cartographer job when I first came here. But it did take me months to get out though...”

“I see… it's even worse than I thought.” Teacher Easy said. “So, what kinds of monster spawn inside this thing?”
“On the surface, level one to twenty monsters, like Horned Rabbit, Four-armed Grasshoppers, Fartmushrooms and such, maybe even Giant Frogs. Hmmm... Then underground, we will meet higher level fellas like Twin-headed Worms and Wingless Bats.”
“Typical monsters, huh?”
“But there will also be some unique ones as well. Like... you are going to see a lot of fairies at night, but they have scary faces, so... I called them Grumpy Fairies! And... Chocolate Chickens! Because they drop some delish chocolate drumsticks!”
“Chocolate…” some of the kids drooled and gulped.
“Interesting.” teacher Easy then said. “So what are we going to do now? Where are the hunting grounds?”
“Monsters above ground are mostly low leveled ones, so shall we will go a little bit underground then?” said Teacher Jessica.
“Okay. Sounds good.” Easy agreed.
“Yes. So please stand back a bit.” Teacher Jessica gave the signal for everyone to take a few steps back. Then, she drew something on the ground with her hunting knife. “I was a Trap-master, so when I first came here, I discovered this secret passage. UNLOCK AND REVEAL! SHOW THY SELF! ENTRANCE REVEALEOS!”
Brrrrrrrrrr!
The ground shook vigorously and part of it cracked open. Magical runes glowed red and white and tree roots parted, revealing an entrance hole just big enough for one person to go through at a time.
There was even stairs made of rocks and vines.
“Well, what are we waiting for?” Teacher Jessica turned back and asked the group. “Let’s go!”
OliseEE then searched her inventory and lighted torches for everyone. They all went through the entrance and it closed right after that.

Kawaii_Story_Bot's note:
~Demon~
They are extremely powerful monsters, bringing forth destructions, disasters and chaos. Demons are spiritual beings, and are not born with a physical bodies so they need to possess other creatures if they want to interact with the physical realm. Their targets can be both Dungeon or Non-dungeon monsters. Once possessed, the body will slowly change it shape, morphing into a terrifying form.
Demons lives inside Purple, Red and sometimes, Yellow Zones. However, they cannot enter Green Zones (Safe Zones) without suffering from the protection that the Gods and Angels have placed all over the world. However, powerful ones can sometimes overcome that challenge, go straight into Green Zones and kill shits.
The protection can also be weakened if the area is attacked by a large army of demons. After conquering the area, it becomes a Red Zone and Dungeon Monsters will be spawned.
Purple Zones are where the Demon Kingdom lies. They are mostly located on the other side of the world (remember, the world is ring-shaped with two sides and a giant sun at the center). When the sun passes to the other side of the world, it changes color to pitch black and becomes freezing cold, and the sky is dyed with a bloody red color.
Don't even think about entering the Purple.
