Rulers Chapter 6 - "Response"

As the sun begins to rise and classes start to begin, at Keido Highschool an underling who is part

of "August" comes running to a classroom and pushes the doors, slamming them on the other side,

he says "PRESIDENT SHO! YOU NEED TO SEE THIS!.

A black-haired lean student with swept-back hair and perfect muscles with his feet on the desk leaning on his chair sleeping having a resounding presence and says "OMAE! (meaning you),

come here!". The delinquent comes near Sho and Sho kicks his

chest, making him kneel in front of Sho, Sho gets out of his chair

and grabs the delinquent's collar and punches his face multiple

times each time brutally making him bleed, making the victim's face

inflate and bleed as he says "please....stop....I-wi-ll do anything...".

Sho smiles as he moves his hips and body in a straight direction and punches his face again making the delinquent pass out! He grabs his hair and slaps his face multiple times with a prideful look saying "Know your place, you underling! I am the King!

Don't ever call my name with your filthy mouth!". He lets go of him and leaves the classroom as every student in the classroom watches this massacre unfold! Sho goes to the rooftop and sees all of his top 5 rankers knocked

out on the rooftop and he gets mad with his nerves popping out he sees a letter, containing

a warning by a person named Arnold Ryu! He crushes the paper and throws it away, he takes out

his phone and calls Matsukawa his advisor saying "MATSUKAWA! Gather everyone at the docks

today!". Matsukawa accepts this as they prepare to gather every August member at the docks!

Back at Mitsurin Highschool, Ryu walks happily with a smile on his face as he sees all the 1st years bowing while he walks, with a smirk on his face. Down at school grounds, a lot of delinquents see

see a tall (180 cm), black student, with a buzz cate and a low fade.

One of the delinquents with a blonde pompadour adorned with

several hair clips and his friends who are behind him, Takeda the

blonde haired delinquent says "It's my 2nd day at Mitsurin as a 1st

year, I need to prove myself!!!". Takeda sees a frail student with

glasses walking with books on the school grounds as he goes

and slaps the back of his neck and the student says "What was that for...

ouch...". Takeda smiles and says "For not bowing to me!".

Takeda's friend group starts hitting the student and then Takeda

sees this tall student and thinks "If I beat this small-hearted dark-

skinned bean pole I can become the king of the first years!!!"

He goes and kicks the student's knee and says

"Hey, you bean pole-ass bastard, who do you think you are walking all so pridefully in Mitsurin! Do you know who I am? I am Takeda Suchiro the

Soon to be the leader of all first-years! I am probably going to be Mitsurin Gang's 5th

Commander/President after Ryu-san retires! From now on you are my bread shuttle (someone who pays for other student's food forcefully) understood-". Takeda sees a

punch coming towards his face but can't intercept it, he gets punched very strongly, and it destroys his jaw! It sends him flying into a concrete corner of the school and the concrete wall cracks, his nose was broken and his face was disfigured in blood! Everyone sees this happen to wonder how a

person can have such strength! One of Takeda's friends comes from behind with a metal rod and

before he can even reach him, the delinquent gets hit by hook kick and it's not the tall dude but it's

Shen! Shen says "ALL OF YOU GET YOUR ASSES OUT OF HERE BEFORE I BEAT YOU TO A PULP!".

Everyone bows and says "SORRY FOR THE INTRUSION!!!!", and scram the school grounds!

Shen says "Sorry for the disturbance-", Shen's collar gets grabbed and the tall dude says

"WHO ARE YOU TO STOP MY FIGHT?". Shen can feel the heavy presence of this person and

quickly says "You are King-Kun right? President Ryu told me to escort you to the school...". King lets go of the collar and says "Sorry I didn't know Ryu sent you :)". Shen gets down and thinks, "I know it was for a second but the grip strength of this person is insane, I was trying to get out but I couldn't, what kind of monster is this guy! He may have more strength than Ryu!". Shen takes King to the school and they both see Ryu smirking while walking and Ryu hears a familiar voice saying, "get that stupid look off your face, you idiot...". The first-years bowing wonder who dare say that to the GREAT ARNOLD RYU! Ryu turns back and sees

King and says "KING! YOU'RE HERE!". Ryu goes to King as they both high-five each other!

Ryu says "Aren't you supposed to be in class? I heard you were put in the same class as your sister!

We'll talk at lunch, come to the rooftops :)".

King is nervous and hurries to class 1-3 where his sister is at.

Classes begin and King heads into class 1-3, and the old teacher says

"We have a new transfer student from the States, his name is Shirai King!

But you can call him King! Can you introduce yourself King-Kun?".

Rukia is sitting in the chair and sees king as she waves happily towards him!

King smiles back and says "Urm... You can all call me King for short, I come from the U.S, and my hobbies are MMA, Cooking,

I love to customize motorbikes and Basketball! I am Rukia's brother and I hope to make new friends this

school year! (King bows as he says this)". The teacher teaches the class and after class, Rukia

comes up to King and says "When did you get here? It's been 5 years since we last saw each

other...". King and Rukia got separated when they were younger since King and Rukia were sibling

orphans, and King used to hang out with Ryu in the States but one day the orphanage got a call

saying that one of the siblings can live with their grandparents, King chose Rukia since she was

his sister and his grandparents couldn't take both in because of financial reasons, and now is

their first time seeing each other since 5 years...

King smiles and hugs Rukia saying "Sorry for being late Rukia...". Rukia gets embarrassed and says

"I- have-uhm to go now!!!". As she runs away! King smiles as he sits in his chair and a spiky brown-haired boy comes up to King and says "King-san, I am the leader of this classroom you can call me

Funk, President Ryu informed me of your arrival here at Mitsurin, if there is anything you need, please

tell me! After all, you are friends with that Monst- I mean President!".

King smiles and introduces himself to his classmates as he wonders, "What did that sadistic bastard

Ryu do to these guys to make them so obedient?". Back in Ryu's vision, he goes to class 2-1 and

opens the door, and the students all bow saying "GOOD MORNING PRESIDENT!!!!!!". Ryu says "Everyone chill out, I'm just here to talk!". Everyone sits down and Ryu says "Divison

6, you guys succeeded in defeating the top members of August! I wanna reward you but the battle isn't over yet! members want you to gather all the members of the Mitsurin Gang at the shrine,

I wanna introduce someone and discuss our next step!". Daomine nods as Ryu leaves the

classroom to get to class. Back at the docks, all of Keido High's August members are gathered!

Commander Sho walks in front of 550 delinquents and screams saying "YESTERDAY!

MITSURINATTACKED OUR TOP 5 RANKS! THEY ARE ALL HOSPITALIZED AND WON'T BE

COMING BACK FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS!

ALONG WITH THOSE 5 PEOPLE ANOTHER 150 DIVISION MEMBERS WHO HAD WEAPONS

GOT BEAT BY A SINGLE PERSON! THE NEW PRESIDENT/COMMANDER

OF THE TOKYO MITSURIN GANG! ARNOLD RYU!, SENT AUGUST A WARNING TO STOP

THE CONFLICTS WITH MITSURIN! HE ALSO TOOK DOWN OUR RANK 1 "KURO THE WARRIOR!"!

SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS WANT TO DO!". There is silence among the group, as one yells

out, "WE GO TO WAR WITH THOSE ASSHOLES!!!!!!!", they all scream, and Sho laughs and says

"Since we started this conflict we will end it, so here's the plan!".

(WHISPERS FILL THE DOCKS!)

Back at Mitsurin, it's almost time for lunch, and Ryu's classes are over and he goes to the rooftops

as he sees King standing, and Ryu says "So how did the introduction go?".

King: "Well, everyone knows that I'm friends with the "Great Ryu" or something like that, but the

good part is I caught up with Rukia and what did you do to get all of these delinquents in line?".

Ryu: "Well that's another story..., but I wanted to talk to you about what is happening right now...".

Ryu fills in King about the Keido Conflict and how he plans to take over them to know more about his

parent's death...

King says "Don't worry I am always here to help, after all, I am your sword!".

Ryu: "Also I want to make you the Vice-Commander/Vice-President of the Tokyo Mitsurin

Gang!".

King: "Me? What about that Shen dude, he's strong I could tell".

Ryu: "I am making Shen the General of Tokyo Mitsurin Gang, he can command and lead all the divisions in the upcoming battle, he will also recruit and test new people, I also

have a secret division I want to make in Mitsurin and he will lead it later but that will take time, so he pretty much controls all the divisions in battle and checks for traitors, so he is kind of like the discipline committee".

King: "Oh ok!, So I should just take my GSX400E, to the shrine after school!".

Ryu smiles and says "I'm glad you're here King!".

They both smile and leave to eat at the cafeteria, Ryu introduces King to Lee!

Lee- "You must be King-san, Nice to meet you!!!!!!!!!!".

King- "Nice to meet you, Lee!".

They all eat and laugh together!

Classes start again and Ryu goes back to his class and sits in his seat as he thinks,

"Maybe I should get a new bike!".

Classes are over as everyone in the gang makes their way to the shrine for President Ryu's

announcement. Shen gets his black biker gang type Mitsurin Unifrom with a Golden Crested

Hawk

on the back! He takes his Suzuki GS550E, and drives over to the shrine but from the back,

Lee running says "Shen-san you forgot your wallet!!!!!". Shen can't hear this as he drives away!

Lee gets worried and sees Pyo Eijun (RANK 9 and DIVISION 9 CAPTAIN of TOKYO MITSURIN GANG).

Lee says "Eijun-Kun! Can you take me to the shrine, I need to give Shen-san his wallet back!".

Eijun walks up to Lee with a mean demeanor and Lee thinking "I don't think he likes me, I

mean how could he, I'm just a delinquent nerd who was appointed the advisor of the Mitsurin

Gang!".

Eijun walks up and says "Sure, hop on!". Eijun takes his Yamaha RX250, as they drive to catch

up to Shen! Shen drives to the shrine as he drives upon a construction site he looks over at

the empty spot but all of a sudden a metal pole hits Shen from a biker hitting him!

Shen falls as his vision blurs and his head starts bleeding bleaching his eyes and

hair forehead fully! He sees 550 delinquents surrounding him with red biker uniforms and says

"AUGUST!". Eijun and Lee drive to the shrine but Lee says "Eijun-kun stop! I don't see any tire marks

from Shen-san's bike here, I think he took a shortcut from the construction site!

It's about 5 minutes from here let's hurry!". Eijun goes in another direction leading to the shrine.

Back at the empty construction site, an August member says "What kind of Monster is this guy!

He took down 60 guys by himself with a bleeding head! As expected of the "White Ghost of Tokyo"!".

Shen lets out muffled breaths and is about to pass out but smiles and says "Don't underestimate

me just because I lost to a first-year! You guys are too weak to beat me!". Another 10 guys run at

Shen but Shen thinks "This is bad I can only take about 10 more of them in this state and even then

I would sustain permanent injuries!". Amid the battle, all of the August members rush at Keido

but then a crowbar gets thrown in the middle and Shen sees Eijun and Lee running to him!

Eijun says "Shen, are you okay? You bastards wait I'll kill you all!".

Lee smiles as he gets in front of Shen and says "You forgot your wallet Shen-san!".

Lee thinking "I already sent a message to Ryu! They should be here any minute!".

A red-uniformed August member comes in front of the group and says "You! You're Pyo

Eijun Rank 9 and Divison 9 Captain of the Mitsurin Gang!!!, I'm Toso the 9th-in command of August,

I'm gonna kill you! Everyone lets GOOOO!!!!!!!!".

They all head towards the trio as Eijun comes up dodges punches and grabs the collar of Toso and

throws him onto the ground making him choke then he lifts him and uppercuts his jaw, leaving

him fazed! Shen says "Pyo is a Jiu-Jitsu prodigy, he is one of the best fighters at Mitsurin, he is

ranked low because of his stamina but other than that he is amazing!!!". Eijun grabs two people and

puts them both to the ground knocking them out completely the delinquents get mad and 2 people

with metal rods rush towards Eijun but then Eijun sees a delinquent heading toward Lee,

he tries to save Lee but gets distracted and gets hit by a metal rod causing him to freeze, Lee, on the other hand, gets hit by a punch and his nose starts bleeding but surprisingly he gets up! He

tries to punch the other delinquent but gets hit again and he falls over, Eijun sees this and gets up

as he grabs the faces of the 2 delinquents and puts them to the ground! He rushes towards

Lee and grabs the back collar of the delinquent fighting Lee, he punches him in the face, knocking

him out! 5 more delinquents rush towards Eijun and Eijun rushes towards him punches one of them

knocking them out! The other 4 delinquents, take 2 people and hold him! The delinquent gets a

baseball bat and hits Eijun in the stomach and he chokes but Eijun gets mad and he grabs the

collars of the two delinquents holding him and throws them backward, making them fall then he takes the baseball bat out of the other August member's hand and hits him knocking him

out! He then kicks one of the delinquents on the ground causing him to wheeze, and then hits

the other with the baseball bat causing the baseball bat to break he stands there with a broken

baseball bat and his forehead covered in blood and bruises! He took down 6 people in less than

2 minutes! Shen says "He's almost out!". They all hear a motorbike's motor and look towards,

the road as they see a person in a black uniform with a golden crested dragon on the back as the

uniform's hands are waving in the air, they see a lean black-haired, red-eyed boy with an angry look!

Lee sees this and says "Ryu-san, thank god!". Shen sees Ryu and says

"You guys are so fucked now is COMMANDER IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!". They all gasp as Ryu lets out a

cold breath saying, "DID YOU JUST HURT MY FRIENDS!!!!!!!! NOT ONE OF YOU IS GETTING OUT OF

HERE ALIVE!!!!!".

The Ranks 10-6 of August (Rank 9 is knocked out by Eijun), come out from the group.

Rank 6: "We don't get time for introductions, man I didn't think you would come here, I guess

I gotta stretch myse-". Ryu moves at almost light speed and overhands the delinquent sending him

flying and completely knocking him out! Ryu then heads to the Rank 7 and Question Mark Kick's jaw, knocking him out! The other 2 see this and head towards Ryu at the same time, as one

is about to kick and the other is about to grapple, Ryu, punches both of them at the same time.

making their noses bleed and then in motion grabs their collar and slams through the concrete!

Everyone looks at the knocked out bodies and whispers are saying "He knocked out 4

Division Captains like it was nothing, in under a minute this guy is a monster!!!!!!!".

Ryu walks up to the gang and hears a voice saying "WELL THIS JUST GOT INTERESTING!!!!!!!!".

He sees a black-haired lean delinquent with a white uniform and a blackfish on the back as well as

swept-back hair and perfect muscles. Shen says "S-Sho...".

Sho walks in front of almost 550 delinquents behind him saying "EAT THEM ALIVE!!!".

Ryu says "So you're the one who set this thing up...".

All of the delinquents are about to rush towards Ryu but hear the sounds of motorbikes screeching

the road, they look to see 500

delinquents on motorbikes coming towards the construction site as well as the Division Captains!!!

They all get off the bikes and walk towards the conflict and get ready to fight!

THE DIVISION CAPTAINS stand in front of their divisions while Division 9 helps Pyi!

August Delinquents freeze in fear as they notice that they are completely outnumbered in this battle!

Ryu says "You're all finally here...".

Rank 10 -Fu Nishiki (medium height, swept-back black hair, and green eyes: "You guys tried to

ambush the PRESIDENT!! HAH! GOOD LUCK! NOW THAT WE'RE HERE, DIVISION 10 WILL TAKE

YOU DOWN!!"

Division 10 Vice-Captain - Sera Roshi: "Let's do this everyone!"

Rank 9- Pyo Eijun (medium height, spiky brown hair, yellow eyes, who is almost knocked out):

"Take them out for me guys...".

Rank 8- Kai Mizu (spiky red hair, black eyes, tall) - "You'll pay for what happened to Eijun,

YOU MORONS!!!!".

Rank 7- Kaneda Mikasa (curly green hair, yellow eyes, with headphones, short) - "This is too easy...

at least I can MURDER PEOPLE!!! Kill'em all DIVISION 7!".

Rank 6- Daomine Raiki (Tall, Dark Blue Short Side Hair, blue eyes) - "TIME TO WIN THIS BATTLE!

DIVISION 6 BE READY TO KILL!!!! (DIVISION 6 SCREAMS IN ANGER!!!)".

Rank 4- Chun Tai (Coffe Brown Hair, Black eyes, short height) - "DIVISION 4, ATTACK ON THE

PRESIDENT'S COMMAND!".

Rank 3 (who is a girl) - Mia Santomi (Long Black Hair, medium height, blue eyes) - "DON'T

UNDERESTIMATE BECAUSE I'm a girl! I beat Daomine, Yami, and Chun by myself separately,

gey ready DIVISION 3!".

Rank 2- Han Bo (Big muscular, tall height, brown hair spiky, yellow eyes)-

"AFTER THIS FIGHT, YOU WiILL ALL BE OUR UNDERLINGS!!!".

Rank 1- Manny Onigiri, (Yellow Hair mixed with Brown Hair ponytail, medium height, orange eyes)-

"I'm killing you all!".

Walking in front of them is King and Ryu says "All of you, when I am fighting take orders from King!

also, LEE take Shen to the hospital, Division 9 is taking care of Eijun!". Lee agrees and runs towards

the fallen Shen!

The delinquents look towards each other ready to tear each other apart!

But MItsurin Delinquents find out that Keido has weapons while they don't!

While they wait for who is making the first move Ryu says "Mia take Division 3 and try to break apart

the battle, then Manny with Division 1 try to knock out as many people as you can, after that

Chun take Division 4 to the rear sides of battle so you can push them into the corner, so then

Mikasa stay here and defend our territory with Division 7, Divisions 10,9,6,5 will follow their

captains and attack them when I run!

Ryu yells "MITSURIN FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". Each side of the

groups yell ferociously as they run toward each other ready to

rip each other apart, some of them smile since this is one of the main

ways of delinquency are about the "Thrill Of The Fight!".

Ryu runs in front of 500 delinquents screaming their lungs out,

and King right beside him as well as the division captains following

his plan! An August delinquent has a metal rod and tries to hit Ryu,

but Ryu sees this coming from a mile away as he prepares to

counter, Ryu and the delinquent see a punch that smashed the

delinquent's face, as he flies back and passes out! It was King

and he says "Go Commander, defeat their leader, I'll handle all of them!!!". Ryu smiles as he runs toward the group! Division 3, runs with Mia leading,

and Mia runs at a ridiculously fast rate and she catches up with Ryu, and arguably lets her

and Division 6 fight through the front and thinks, "I wonder how Mia fights, but never mind

that, I gotta END KEIDO for what they did to Shen!". August Delinquents run at Division 3 and Mia,

goes in front of the squad and drops her waist, and then rotates her hips with a hook kick coming from the back with insane momentum, it hits one of the delinquent's nose and makes him kneel,

and fall on the ground leaving him knocked out! Mia runs at a ridiculously fast rate and axe kicks

another delinquent, one of the August's Delinquent who is tall tries to attack Mia from behind but Mia

dodges his grapple and does a taekwondo back kick to his solar plexus knocking him out, Mia

sees Division 3 fighting with other August Delinquents she tries to make space for Ryu so she runs to the top! Mia jumps and dropkicks a Keido Delinquent while, then calf kicks another,

but from behind 2 other delinquents try to attack Mia, but Mia is fighting others so she can't react,

but instantly both of them are knocked out by an insanely powerful punch and uppercut, Mia looks to

see who it is and it's Division 3's Vice-Captain, Mizuki Kano, she has blonde hair, and is

relatively short but packs insane strength! She is feared throughout the delinquent world as the

"Mad Snake of Mitsurin" because of her misleading appearance but undeniable strength!

She says "Mia-san go ahead!!". Mia smiles as she rampages through the August Delinquents!

Some people slip mast Mia and Division 3's extermination, so they run towards Mitsurin smiling but,

one of them gets knocked out by a single jab, people look to see who it is and Manny Onigiri yells,

"YOU'RE ALL DEAD!!!!!". He rampages through the people who slipped past Division 3 through brute

force and some get scared and try to escape the battle but one get's hit by a moving arm causing

him to fall on the ground and then get hit's by an elbow drop making him frozen! It's Division 1's

Vice-Captain, The Wrestling Prodigy "Natsu Mirai! He is known as the "Executioner of Mirsurin"

because of his prodigal wrestling skills that make opponents suffer, he earned this nickname by

beating one of his senpai (older student), to a pulp after he only bumped him and smirked he

put him in a "Figure-Four Leglock" which is one of the most painful moves in wrestling that

opponent face (The "Figure-Four Leglock" is a submission move in wrestling where the wrestler applies a hold which the wrestler places his left leg into the gap that is created by the position of his opponent's legs)! Division 1 and Manny wipe out August's delinquents at a ridiculous rate! Division 4 and Chun Tai (Cofee Brown Hair) go to the rear sides of battle where

they see Mitsurin delinquents getting overwhelmed, Chun Tai goes and elbows an August delinquent

making him seize, and the others are scared saying "It's the Division 4 Captain Chun Tai the

"Prying Mantis of Mitsurin!", then he rushes and palm strikes multiple delinquents in the solar plexus

leaving them on the ground! A division 4 member says "Chun came from China to Japan when he

was about 5 years old, he got bullied for it but never backed down and used his grandfather's kung fu to leave opponents fazed because of his brutality but then there is his brother...".

An August delinquent rushes toward Chun but then gets hit by an elbow to the forehead leaving

him fazed! It's the Division 4 Vice-captain Shun Tai he has silky

black hair and is about 170 cm!

He has a boring expression as well as yawns in the middle of battle,! Chun smiles and says "We

both learned Kung-fu from our grandfather, I was the better one at first but one time when I was in middle school, 50 high schoolers ganged up on me with metal rods because I beat their high school friends! I got demolished and Shun was right there and screamed in rage, his eyes turned white and he rampaged through the high schoolers and didn't care about anything! Before I knew it all of the 50 high schoolers who were armed, were hospitalized for months since all of them had injuries such as a rib which cracked or another boy ended up with an inverted jaw and other fatal injuries! Once he rages he is way stronger than me but I'm the captain because of his unstable

and not so used style of fighting!". Division 4 starts to fight off the rear sides while Division 3 and 1

rampage through the battle like monsters! Commander Sho of August says "OMAERA! (You guys),

FUCK UP THEIR DEFENSE!". Sho thinking, "What the hell, is happening right now, it's like someone

just knew how August members were gonna attack and developed a perfect counter-strategy, as

much as I hate to say it that bastard Ryu is a fucking genius! He only took a glance at our battle

strategy... this guy would make a good war general! But When we demolish your defense, I'll

recruit you!". August members scream and run towards Mitsurin's Defense, but Kaneda Mikasa

kicks a guy's groin, leaving him frozen, and then kicks his jaw, leaving him knocked out! Mikasa

smiles and the August Delinquents say "What the fuck are you doing playing dirty!". Kaneda yells

"Assholes, smirks, this is a street fight, not a regulated match! In a fight, there are no rules,

SO THAT MEANS I CAN KILL YOU ALL!". They all get angry and 4 people rush at Mikasa, one

of the delinquents tries to kick Mikasa but Mikasa dodges and kicks the delinquent's throat and then the other one tries to combo punch, but Kaneda puts his guard up and slips through all of

the punches and slams his hand onto another delinquent's ears, leaving his

senses fazed, but the other two attack him at the same time, Mikasa smiles and grabs some a brick

on the construction site and throws it at one of the delinquents, knocking him out, then the other

delinquent tries to punch Mikasa's face, but Mikasa dodges and uppercuts his face and kicks his stomach leaving him on the ground! Other guys try to attack Mikasa while he is damaged but Division 7 swoops in and defends their turf! Delinquents pass through the tightly guarded defense, but red-haired delinquent flying knees one of them leaving him on the ground!

It's Izuna Kobashi (Division 7 Vice-Captain Mitsurin Gang)! Izuna screams saying

"Kaneda is the only person who beat me and you extras think you can beat him! Kandea's defense

is impregnable it's almost impossible to land a hit on him because of his unparalleled instincts

it's like he can read all of your guy's moves but he has no power or technique in his attack so

he relies on so-called "dirty tricks" but this is a street fight there are no dirty tricks, that's why I'm

here, I have no defense but my attack is all I have but I am relentless in attacking! Division 7 defends with all of their might! Divisions 10,9,6,5 move in and fight out with the remaining delinquents

Sho gets frustrated saying "He even made a counter for our all out attack on their defense with and

attack force breaking our forces to counter their loss in numbers! This guy...". Lee carries Shen

outside the construction site as he calls an ambulance and they say that they will be there in
