Rulers Chapter 4 - "Infiltration

At lunch, Ryu goes to sit next to Song Lee.

Song Lee- "I still can't believe it, you took down Shen, and now you are the leader of the MItsurin Gang!".

Ryu- "Yeah, whatever, did you look at the finance as well as the place me, and Daomine Raiki's division is going to fight at?"

Song Lee- "Well, Mia-san handed me the financial status of the gang, in total, we have about

217,528,000.00 yen ($2 million U.S dollars) available at our disposable in 10 years of the Mitsurin

Gang's conquest, as for the location in which we are going to attack 5 main members of the Keido

Highschool's "August", I have found out that the Rank 5 and 4 are going towards a local arcade,

while Rank 3, 2 are going towards a collection of money spot in Keido".

Ryu- "Ok, then send Daomine and his division towards where the Rank 5 and 4 bastards are going,

I will take care of Rank 3 and Rank 2 tomorrow!".

Song Lee- "You should be careful Ryu, the Rank 3 and Rank 2 are also known as the "Son-Ma Duo",

they call them the "Duo of Terror"!, they are also in the "Tokyo Kingdom Rankings", as the 20th

strongest delinquents in Highschool for Tokyo!"

Ryu- "What's the Tokyo Kingdom Rankings"?

Lee- " The Tokyo Kingdom Rankings, are rankings that Schools like Keido, Mitsurin, and others formed a ranking order, to keep power in the gangs of Tokyo so it dosen't result in an all-out war,

the higher you are in the rankings, the more power and authority you have in Tokyo, if you are in the

top 10 rankings you will most likely be scouted by the Yakuza, and if you are number 1 in the Tokyo

Kingdom Rankings, you will have control over all schools in Tokyo, a member of the rankings has

to declare a "challenge" so they can fight a rank higher than them, it is viewed by at least one of

the top 10 rankers in the Tokyo Kingdom".

Ryu- "Huh, so what rank was Shen, and since I beat him, what rank am I? Also who are the top 3?".

Lee- "Well normally, someone who is in the Royals of the Tokyo Kingdom Rankings has to view the

battle but since Shen was Rank 10 and was a Royal in the Tokyo Kingdom Rankings

as well as Manny Onigiri being Rank 21, since they had enough proof that you beat Shen

already talked to the main top 3, they said they

will replace you with Shen, as Shen will be Rank 11 from now on, meaning you are Rank 10 of Tokyo

as a Royal Kingdom Rankings, the top 3 of the Tokyo Kingdom are all from "Akuma Highschool", the

top delinquent high school in Tokyo, competing with Mitsurin, aside from the Tokyo Kingdom

Rankings, there is also Territory wars, where every main delinquent Highschool in Japan fight for

more territory, Mitsurin is number 2 and Keido is number 3 in territory battles!

Not much is known about the top 3 rankers of the gang even I can't find anything on them..."

Ryu- "So much to take in, Tokyo Kingdom Rankings, Scouts, Territory Battles, the top 3 and

"Akuma", but for now we are focusing on Keido Highschool, then territory battles, then Tokyo

Kingdom, as well as "Akuma, then to find out about the Yakuza!

Well thanks anyway, I'm going to head back to class :)".

Ryu goes to class, and kicks the door open! He goes and sits in his chair, and thinks "I can take down this Keido, Tokyo Kingdom but the Yakuza is going to be tough to beat, Imma needs to phone

a friend!". He takes out his phone and calls out a number, and this person answers.

Ryu (In English on the phone)- "Hey, King what's up man what you been up to? When you coming to

Mitsurin in Tokyo?".

King- "Hey how you doin'? Did you takeover MItsurin? I'm coming to Mitsurin in 2 days, just you

wait, I told you we're taking over Japan!".

King is one of Ryu's friends in American when Ryu got bullied, King was the one who always

defended him because King got bullied for being black, but King was not one to put up with this

crap, so he used to beat up all the bullies. After Ryu started fighting, King was the only one in

America whoever made Ryu fight at 90% of his full power but Ryu always won since, after King

pushed him into

using 100% of his power, he could barely stand up but never gave up, but after Ryu entered "Beserk

Mode" in which he was unbeatable, causing King to just forfeit.

Both of them took over every school in their City! King became Ryu's "Sword"!

They were famous in their city and King was known "The Lion" and Ryu as "The Invincible Dragon"!

King was moving to Mitsurin since King was an orphan but had a sister who lived in Japan,

Ryu told him to come to Japan with him so they can start a new era of delinquency in Japan as well as look for King's sister, Ryu found out that King's sister, so he was going to look after her.

Ryu- "Yeah, I took over Mitsurin, their leader was strong enough to land one small blow on me, but

You're still stronger than him King!".

King- "Woah! He landed a blow on you! He must be strong! Of course, not your breed of strong but

strong, hey also did you look into my sister at Mitsurin?".

Ryu- "I was just going to talk to her but hey don't worry, I won't let anyone mess with her!".

King - "Thanks Ryu! I'm comin' wait for me!".

Ryu- "Yeah, I'll wait, don't be late!".

Ryu hangs up and says "Hey Jun Pao, I want you to look into a girl named Rukia Kozuki".

Jun Pao - "BOSS I KNOW THAT GIRL!!! She should be in the 1-3 classroom, but-".

Ryu - "Ok, thanks!".

Ryu cuts off Jun Pao's words and heads to class 1-3, and kicks the door open!

He doesn't see Rukia so he asks the classroom Leader Funk where she is.

Funk said that she was in the hallways so Ryu went to see her.

Ryu sees Rukia and is happy about to greet her when-

Sai- "Please go out with me Rukia-san?".

Rukia - "Uhm.... I can't I'm sorry, I have someone else who I love...".

Sai gets infuriated and says "Hey you bitch, you think you're pretty, I'll just fuck you up with my friends!"

Sai slaps Rukia in the face, and Ryu can't stop this since he is far away.

Rukia screams in pain and when Sai is about to kick her in the stomach-

Ryu does a taekwondo Back Kick and kicks him in the solar plexus to make him stay, down he starts spitting blood and his eyes go white.

Ryu is mad that his nerves are popping out of his hand

Ryu says "Rukia give me a sec".

Ryu grabs Sai by the collar and says "Hey asshole, I'm gonna give you a warning this time but next

time if I see you around Rukia, I will kill you!".

Ryu punches Sai in the face hard knocking him out completely but for some reason, something in Ryu reawakens and he gets infuriated and kicks Sai in the stomach even when he is knocked out, making him

start to wheeze. Ryu thinks "I did it again, damn it!"

Ryu picks up Rukia and takes her to the Nurse's Office.

Ryu says "I'm sorry about that jerk...".

Rukia says "You didn't do anything wrong and didn't I tell you to not get into fights?".

Ryu kisses Rukia on the forehead and says "Just wait a little longer I won't fight anymore".

Rukia blushes as Ryu leaves.

Ryu punches the wall cracking and thinks "I couldn't protect her-!".

Ryu calls King.

King- "Hey what's up".

Ryu - "I met Rukia, this asshole was about to start beating her, but I think I gave him a concussion... but anyway she seems fine, she's popular among the girls and I will tell the leader of girls at our school to look after her...".

King- "Well I'm glad she is okay, and as usual I owe you one, but come on you had to give him a concussion, even I wouldn't have done that?".

Ryu - "Hahaha, I was just mad but anyways I gotta go".

King- "Ok, I'm coming Ryu, I am your "Sword" after all!".

They hang up.

It's almost coming up the takeover of Keido.

Ryu goes up to the rooftops since school is over and calls up Mia Santomi (Rank 3), Han Bo (Rank 2), and Daomine Raiki (Rank 6).

Ryu- "Mia have you found a meeting spot where we can have casual meetings at a bigger space

in our territory other than the rooftops?".

Mia- "Well, I found 2 spots in our Territory that can be used for meetings, we have the Tokyo

Docks which Shen took over from a smaller school, and it is very huge so we can hold meetings

there, and this one is more like a secret base since the previous third-years gave us a meeting spot at a shrine but it is completely organized in which we can call up all the people of our gang".

Ryu -"Okay, Domine your division is going to go to the shrine, and come with your bikes and

I'll also be there with Mia assisting, you can go now".

Domine bows and leaves.

Ryu- "Next Mia, I want you to look after a girl named Rukia who should be in class 1-3, she

is a very important person that I consider family".

Mia- "Of course president, I'll make sure that nobody messes with her!".

Mia thinks it's Ryu's girlfriend and gets jealous but she bows and leaves.

Ryu- "Okay Han before we check out Keido's bases, I want to talk to you, Manny and Shen,

so let's go visit Shen".

Han says Manny is at Shen's hospital.

They go on their bikes to visit Shen at the hospital.

Ryu opens the door gently.

Shen looks at Ryu and is surprised to see him but smiles.

Ryu takes a seat next to Shen.

Manny and Han come into the Room and stand.

Ryu- "How are you doing?...".

Shen - "I should be fine by tomorrow, so why are you here".

Ryu - "Well I wanted to check on you, I have nothing against you Shen but I only hate the Yakuza and the third-years who were at Mitsurin...".

Ryu explains his past to Shen, Manny, and Han.

Han and Manny start showing tears, saying "We've judged you wrong...".

Ryu also explains how he wants to takeover Keido, then know more about the Yakuza. After that

Ryu wants to take over the Tokyo Kingdom Ranking and Gang to get scouted by the Yakuza and

says he will tell his plans later after they reach that stage.

Shen- "I can see you take over Keido but the TOKYO KINGDOM! I can't even go up against them! and

then the YAKUZA!".

Ryu - "Yea, but also after me and Domine finish taking care of Keido's main members,

I am going to talk with their leader, on that day one of my best friends is coming to Japan his name

is King, and Shen, he is vital for our reign if we want to over the Tokyo Kingdom because he is even

stronger than you, he is the first person who ever made me 100% of my strength but dropped, when I

started using "Berserk Mode", although I have a technique above Berserk, I want you to escort him to

the rooftops and I want you to be ready in 2 days after you recover so we can face Keido's

August's President.

So I can talk to him also look after his sister Rukia!. Sorry If I am asking you too much but this is

essential If I want to make Mitsurin the Best, as well as making a new age for delinquency and finding

about my parents!".

Shen- "This the least I could do, but with you, I feel we can take over Japan! Thank you for visiting me

president!".

Ryu smirks and leaves and says "Manny watch over Shen, I don't want him getting hurt".

Manny bows and agrees.

Ryu calls Han and they prepare to check out Keido Highschool's August Gang Territories.

After Ryu left Shen thinks, "This guy, I know he can take over Keido but the TOKYO KINGDOM! I

couldn't even lay a finger on them especially their president, the "Red Emperor of Tokyo", and

then the Yakuza, I don't know much about them but we're just in high school! But I'm trusting you Ryu

the future of Mitsurin is in your hands".

Ryu gets on his Kawasaki Zephyr 550 that he inherited from his father before his father left to go to Japan.

Han gets on his Yamaha R1, and is surprised that Ryu has one of the best classic bikes out in the

world.

They both drive to Keio Highschool's August Gang's Main Territory where they occasionally have

meetings and it is at a shipment cargo containers' headquarters located as transportation of

cargo ships, they took over this huge territory from actual gangsters, even this headquarters

that even the Tokyo Kingdom and Yakuza had their eyes on.

Han and Kiryu park their bikes outside of the territory and look at their base.

It is heavily guarded by 100 guys covering 4 sides of the square territory, 25 guys on each side.

Inside are its division commanders and core members of "August".

Ryu says to Han "When we take out the 5 members, I'll take out the "Son-Ma Duo" (Rank 3 and 2)

by myself while Damonie and his division can takeout their Rank 4 and 5, after

that only 550 members of the August will remain and Rank 1 as well as their President will

be in the war, since we will hospitalize the Ranks 5-2, after that, I will talk to their leader, if he wants

to surrender, if he does it will be fine, if he doesn't we're going to war in their territory!".

Han is surprised by Ryu's perfect plan.

Ryu explains to Han that they need to know more about this location.

Ryu and Han see one of the guards exiting from the territory.

Ryu says "Hey, can we talk?".

The delinquent guard walks up to them, and Han elbows his face as a Muay Thai Strike, making

his drop.

Ryu says "Muay Thai huh? Not bad!".

They drag him into a corner of a dark alley.

The guard gradually wakes up and says "YOU WANNA FIGHT ORAAA!".

Han slaps him in the face, knocking out one of his teeth, and says "OI! Listen to what the president

has to say, you peasant!".

The guard quivers and Ryu says "Sorry about Han elbowing you, well I wanted to know

about what's happening inside the headquarters?".

The guard immediately says "Well sir, All I know is that all of the main members of the August Gang

meet to discuss plans as well as preparing for war, and since I am good friends with one of the

core members, I know that this school named Mitsurin is one of August's main targets, and they

are going to start beating them up to occupy their territory, I heard that they got a new leader,

so we were planning to surprise attack them next week".

Ryu laughs and says "Thanks for the information, I know where the Ranks 5-2 are going tomorrow,

but the Rank 1 of August where is he going tomorrow?".

The guard says "Well, all I know is that Kuro-san who is the Rank 1 of Keido is going to go to

Mitsuru Highschool at Night tomorrow to infiltrate their base and break everything there, but

our president is going to take the day off tomorrow...".

Ryu says "perfect", he thanks the guard and tells him to be a spy.

The guard gets scared of Han and Ryu so he doesn't do anything about them.

Ryu tells Han that after the attack on the ranks 5-2 of August he will go to the school at night and take out their number 1, Han agrees and they leave the territory.

Ryu goes home on his bike and after he reaches his grandparent's house he sees his grandfather

greeting him and

saying "Oh Ryu, I didn't know what to do with the extra money I got from working as a Cafe Owner,

but I bought this phone for you, I heard that youngsters these days can't live without one! I'm sorry

I didn't get it sooner but this is the latest model out!".

Ryu says "Oh grandpa, you didn't need to do that". Ryu thanks his grandfather and enters his house

to eat dinner.

Ryu goes to bed thinking about the attack on Keido Highschool's August Gang tomorrow!
