《Jormungandr's calamity》Book 1: Chapter 6 : A New Specie

For the transformation that is happening, we will take Vroul's point of view, but once this is over, we will continue the rest of the fight with Snar.
I had just drunk the blood from the vial. After I finished the vial my body suddenly went into an uncontrollable convulsion.
Vroul (writhing in pain): "It wasn't supposed to happen, I feel like my body is rejecting this blood because it considers it a danger. But I can't give up now. No not after the death of all my subordinates. What will I tell them if I meet them in the afterlife? I'm sorry everyone, but even with all your deaths, I was unable to defeat our enemy and I'm the one who lost the fight. No, that's not possible they will hate me for that."
As the pain became more and more unbearable I noticed that my body was beginning to change.
Indeed my body was getting longer and longer and my coat, which was normally black, was starting to turn white.
What's happening to me wouldn't be the legendary mutation phenomenon. This means that if my body can resist all this pain and accept the blood I have just ingested as something from my body I will become the first being of a new specie and much more powerful because, during a mutation, your body will just keep the positive elements and replace the weak points to try to reach a perfect form.
Rest of the chapter with Snar's point of view.
After the Bogir in front of me had swallowed all the liquid that inside in the bottle his body began to shake in all directions as if he was trying to defend himself against an infectious agent, suddenly the shaking calmed down and I noticed that the color of his coat was beginning to turn white.
Snar: "What the hell is going on ?"
I couldn't believe what my eyes saw, the weak Bogir who was licking the ground just ten minutes ago turned into another animal but which one I still couldn't identify it.
Gradually his coat began to turn white. He was growing too and after a good minute, the transformation was over.
He was now 1. 70 m long and 3. 40 m high when he stood on his feet. But once his metamorphosis was over, he could no longer stand on his legs because his body had become too fat.
It looked like the fusion between a bear and a wolf, looking at it you could see that it had lost every relationship that he has with its ancestors because when you saw it you couldn't associate it with a Bogir or a rat.

So I began to analyze him to see if my waiting had provided me with an enemy that could make my blood boil and this Bogir had become an opponent who could light this flame in me because by looking at him we can see that he had lost mobility because of his weight and height but in return, he had gained a monstrous strength with a good defense.
The only thing I thought was a pity was that the wounds I had inflicted on him had disappeared because his whole body had been reformed. I was hovering around him to find a good angle to attack and I had three places to attack first :
-First I could hind his legs to limit its mobility.
-My second option will be to attack the party under his head and try to tear his carotid because the flesh in that place is tender and finally that would be the place I could give him a very severe injury and hurt him because that place is not protected.
-My final option will be to attack his eyes. Indeed, if I can deprive him of his sight, this fight will be one-way because without the sight you could never defeat an opponent and only people who were born blind could maybe defeat their opponent because they never use the sight so they can fight without it but for someone who mainly uses their sight during a fight the loss of that will a major threat.
So I was the first to attack because I wasn't going to let him get used to his body, I crawled with the fastest speed I could use and threw my tail in the direction of his face but he avoided it with a simple head movement and as he was preparing his retaliation by giving me a paw attack.
But suddenly his movement was stopped because my tail was stuck in his large dorsal. ( this muscle is at the same level as the abdominal muscles except that it is located at the extremities of the back just next to the obliques).
The author during this fight, both opponents will try to do the most damage to each other so they will try to target the muscles so I will use the muscles of the human body and specify where it is during the fight. But just for Vroul because he has the body of a bear and wolf so I can use the muscle of the human body to tell which muscle was injured but it's not possible for Snar because he is a snake so for Snar I will just tell the place where he is hurt.

So I pulled my tail from where it had just lodged and took a little distance to be out of reach of his attacks.
Vroul: "How could touch me?
Author for those who wonder why Vroul talks like this, I will explain to you that in Urdu all the species have a different language but one language is spoken by almost everyone and it's the Trall.
But the Bogir is one of the few races who don't know how to speak the Tral because they are dumb.
Snar: You think that I'm gonna tell my opponent my secrets if you think I am, then you can go dream."
Snar had managed to hit Vroul even though Vroul had dodged for one good reason and that is the fact that his body has no legs so he can move it as he wishes which he did and just change the direction of his attack after Vroul dodged his attack hopefully Vroul doesn't have eyes in his back and don't know that what he thinks is the trump card of Snar is just a simple change of direction.
The fight started again but this time it was Vroul who initiated the attack, he ran towards Snar and crushed his paw where he was standing but of course, when he lifted his paw he found nothing but a small crater.
Snar had taken advantage of the smoke from the blow to take refuge and hide in the forest. Vroul immediately used his sense of smell to hunt down his enemy and the scent led him to the center of the forest.
So he started running inside the forest to look for the reptile. Finally, Vroul arrived at the place where the smell was the strongest but what he found surprised him. He could see a spot of blood in the center of this little clearing.
This blood belonged to Snar he used the blood from the wound that had he afflicted him to lure Vroul here.
Vroul: "Show yourself, coward.
Snar: Who said I wasn't there and the noise disappeared again.
Vroul looked everywhere to find the source of the noise but nothing.
Suddenly he heard a noise again.
Snar: Looks like you can say goodbye to your left and right paws.
No sooner had he said that than a projectile was lodged in the biceps femoris (this muscle is located at the back of your leg just below your buttocks).
The problem was not the injury but the fact that Vroul did not know where the attacks were coming from because his sense of smell was useless and also he could not remove the piece of wood that was in the back of his leg because he could not reach that place with his paws.
Soon Snar began to target all the muscles in his legs. vastus lateralis externa (just above the biceps femoris) the anterior rectus and then finishes vastus medialis (again the muscles of the back of the leg the anterior rectus is below the biceps and above the vastus medialis).
Finally, Snar came out of hiding to face Vroul.
Snar: It looks like you can't move and he looked at all the branches in his paws. Don't worry, I'll put you out of your misery and he flicked his tail right to his neck.
But this was the moment that Vroul was waiting for with a will beyond imagination, he managed to move his paws to deliver a devastating blow to Snar.
Snar wasn't expecting it and was hit hard by the claw, but he was still able to heal a terrible wound at Vroul. Vroul had a diagonal across her chest.
Vroul got up and saw that both of them were seriously wounded and he thought that the death of his subordinates was useless because he had succeeded in defeating the enemy.
Vroul: We both die and he starts laughing.
Snar: No, you're gonna die alone.
Vroul saw that the skin covering Snar was starting to fall off and finally, it fell off. He could see Snar was safe.
Vroul: "No way.
Snar: I just molted but it saddens me because I can only do that once every 3 years. Normally it makes my body grow but I had to use it to heal myself you should be proud of yourself. Now, what am I going to do with you ?"
