"One month's salary," Abhiram said as his eyes shined. In his opinion, there was an 80 per cent chance of him winning the bet.
Aditya nodded as he said, "If you win I will give you not just a month but three months pay but if I win, you have to work wearing a frog costume for a week in our office." this was Abhiram's punishment for disturbing his thoughts.
Abhiram's eyes popped when he heard the bet conditions which were clearly in his favour. He grinned widely and agreed immediately as he feared that his boss might withdraw. Aditya also smiled as he started imagining the fun he was going to have in the coming week. He was going to buy seven different frog costumes of his own choice. He would have Abhiram wear a different frog costume every day, it would be more fun.
Just as Aditya was entertaining these evil thoughts, a slender figure fell on him and was about to slide on to the ground. Aditya sighed as he caught Charita from falling on the ground, he had been keeping an eye on her ever since she started drinking without restraint. This girl had taken his rejection close to her heart. In the beginning, Aditya was sure that she would recover quickly as it was just over a month that everything started. But clearly, Charita had exceeded his expectations by dragging it for these many days. Aditya did not think that a month could change a person's heart in any substantial way like how he developed feeling for Anupama over a duration of a year. Aditya did not take into account that Charita was different from him.
Jagvi's smiling face also receded when she saw Charita's drunken profile, she had already speculated that a person like Ishaan might already have a lover. So, when her boss let this news out, she was a little disappointed but felt nothing more but Charita who had filled her heart with her feelings for Ishaan did not take this well. Jagvi did not expect that her best friend who always stayed away from matters of love and romance in college would be so passionate when she truly pursued someone.

Charita wore a sparkling grey lace knitted sheath dress with an attached lining and straight hem which came up to her knees. This dress had a cowl neckline and if Aditya wished to see anything that might ignite his blood, he just had to move his eyes downward just a little because this girl had practically fallen on him and was refusing to get up. She held Aditya's collar as she muttered incoherently, "Why should you have a girlfriend? Am I not here? Why did you not wait for me?"
'Girl, if you don't release me soon, I am going to lose it and you would definitely become my woman tonight,' Aditya thought as he looked at the face of Charita whose cheeks had an alluring pink flush contrasting with her milky complexion. Fragrant sweat could be seen forming on her forehead which further weakened Aditya's constraints as he inhaled. The atmosphere in this pub further added to get his blood boiling. Also, all his employees were either rascals who were eager to see some action or too polite and formal to interrupt this moment. Jagvi was looking at this scene as she was reminded about what happened between her and Ishaan in the elevator the other day as a small blush formed on her face. She had never felt so weak and out of control in her life.
"Tya, do something, it's happening again," Aditya shouted in his mind when he saw Charita bring her face so close to him that he could practically see the lines in her iris as well as her dilated, blurry pupils.
"Elder brother Adi, didn't I say that it is not good to suppress these actions forcefully as it might build stress in your mind. Your body and hers clearly show that they want to mate with each other. Why are you stopping yourself forcefully? Take my advice and do her," Tya spoke in his adorable voice except that there was no cuteness in the meaning of his words. Though Tya said like that, he stopped the ejection of male pheromones from Aditya's body but did not stop his other reactions.
Aditya almost fainted when he heard these words. These were the moments that reminded Aditya that Tya was not a little kid but something different. He did not get the affairs and rules to be followed in society. Even If he did not take Hamsa into account, Aditya was actually okay to satisfy his sexual urges with a one night stand with Charita but he knew that this was not what Charita wanted. If he did something like this, he would have taken advantage of an innocent person in her most vulnerable state. This was obviously not okay with him.

After the talk with Taarini, Aditya had used the meditation techniques that he learned from the dream world to list the rules he would follow as a human and the moral bottom line that he would adhere to, at any cost. This included all kinds of conditions that he might face in the future like being rich, famous, killing, collateral damage, aid to the needy etc.
He had also thought about his sexual life in this process and designed a set of criteria before he had sexual relations with a woman. If Aditya wanted to live a life with a clean conscience, Aditya had come to the conclusion that it was not going to be easy. He had come to the conclusion that he had to be careful every moment of his wakeful life as one mistake could sabotage his psychological foundation.
Given his abilities, many things which are otherwise impossible for normal people to achieve or experience can be acquired quite easily by Aditya. He had neither the moral strength nor the required spirit to deal with this sudden change in his potential. As Taarini said, now that he was preoccupied with the thoughts of saving his parents, he was able to keep his imagination in check. But it will already be late if he failed to select his path until then. He did not want to do things that he might regret later in his life, he was living two lives to know that ignoring this would only make matters worse.
To think too long about doing a thing often becomes its undoing. So he had been actively taking time to analyse about each and every aspect of his life. In a way, Tya's quantum world gave him ample time to think these things peacefully. His mother's words would help him from time to time when he was confused or in a dilemma. It was very true that one's parents' words and actions become a child's inner consciousness as well as form a moral compass.
So in any angle, Aditya knew that he could not make a move on Charita but it was also a fact that Aditya's increased libido made it very hard to keep his mind clear. Her blurry, intoxicated eyes, her soft red puffy lips which were inviting him to ravish them, her hot fragrant breath which brushed his neck, the soft feeling he was experiencing as he held her waist, her soft but firm mounds which were pressing against his chest, her legs which intertwined with his legs as they rubbed against each other. This was an assault of multiple sensual feelings in one instant which caused his mind to flutter as he began to fall into a honey-filled abyss.
Just at that time, a sharp pain broke these thoughts and woke him up from his trance. He saw Charita bite him near his neck strongly as she started beating his chest, face and whichever part she could reach as she cried, "Rascal boss, idiot boss, stupid boss, heartless man, you didn't realise how I loved you and you say that you already have a lover, I hate you, hate you, hate yo…" Charita slowly slid into sleep as she rested her head on Aditya's chest.
Jagvi and the others who saw this scene rolled her eyes when they saw Charita spoil her own prospects with her own hands. There was clearly going to be some action the way their boss looked at Charita and leaned forward. Jagvi felt like she understood a crucial aspect of Ishaan, it was that he was weak to a woman who took the initiative to approach him. She had a strange smile when she saw Aditya's face which clearly showed relief as he shifted Charita to the side. She giggled a little when she thought how Charita would feel when she knows that she is her own enemy.

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.

The Villain's Double Life
“The Villain’s Double Life as the Hero’s Mentor," “Demon Nobles Want to Live Too: A Hero-Raising Simulator for the Transmigrated Villain," “Just Because I’m a Villain Doesn’t Mean I Want the World to End!” Cyrus Calvide was the second son of an aristocratic lord; haughty, vain and power-hungry. One day, when his ancestral inheritance manifested, he discovered he was able to steal other’s powers and abilities using demonic magic. Taking this as a sign that he was destined to rule over others and become the new king of this land, he poisoned his father, killed his elder brother, and embarked on the path to greatness, taking advantage of a demonic invasion to consolidate power and harvest the abilities of others in a cruel and bloody fashion. Until he was summarily defeated by the Hero as a mid-game boss battle and executed for his crimes, of course. When a dedicated fan of the RPG “Next to Eden” awakened in the body of the cruelest future Count, four years before the beginning of the game, he pledged to live humbly. He would let his brother lead and support the Hero from the shadows to ensure the demon invasion would be defeated and he could enjoy life in peace. Rather, he would have, if he hadn’t gotten the Hero’s mentor killed in a freak monster attack before the Hero’s training could even begin. How was he supposed to live a life of peace and luxury if the Hero couldn’t stop the end of the world!? Donning a mask, Cyrus took up mentoring the Hero himself; how hard could it possibly be? . . . Four years later, the kind jack-of-all-trades hero Leon had become a twisted powerhouse: alienating his party members, clearing enemy encounters in a single magical blast, and coldly ignoring the affections of the girl whose love would have allowed him to clear the final boss. He seemed to have plastered himself to his Master’s side, instead. Cyrus bit back his despair while the hero reached out to grasp his hand. “Please stop ignoring the saint, Leon; you can't beat the Demon King by grinding stats! You need the power of love, remember?” “Don’t worry, Master,” Leon smiled as he traced the lines of Cyrus’s palm gently, almost reverently. “I have all the love I need.” VDL is two parts plot and worldbuilding, one part slow-build gay romance, starring a man far too proud to admit he's in over his head and the hero who loves him. Should be updating weekly.
