《An Upgraded Soul》I Like Your World

Aditya was feeling a multitude of emotions right now, how could someone adapt to the fact that he was speaking to some 'unknown' entity with his mind right now, he was not sure if Tya was in his mind or consciousness or just physically present in some part of his brain. All he was sure of was that at least this entity did not seem bad or harmful but felt intimate and safe.
As Aditya was slowly adapting to this fact, Tya seemed to have no intention to give Aditya the required time as he asked, "Adi, is this your world? I like it, it is so different than mine."
Aditya rubbed his forehead with his fingers as he said, "it is not 'my world' as such but the world of which I am a part of."
"Can you explain about your world to me? I have already known everything there is to know in my world, as your world is so different than mine, it will be very interesting to learn, right?" Tya did not seem to stop anytime soon. Aditya was really trying hard to not imagine his future where he would be stuck conversing with Tya answering his infinite queries.
Aditya asked with hope in his eyes, "Tya, can I block the connection between us and each of us could go our own ways." he really wanted to get this over. He had no time to think about love let alone babysitting. He had to think about his next plan of action. Aditya had figured out that staying in this school was not going to get him any closer to his parents. He was thinking maybe he had to go to the city and start from there.
Now that he had this super memory, he did not need to worry about his studies and exams every day. He had to employ his skills in a more productive manner. But of course Tya's answer crashed his hope into an abyss, "I don't think it is possible Adi, otherwise I would have cut this bond when you were absorbing my energy in the past. Also don't you think it is interesting this way, you can see my world I can see your world, we could compare."
Aditya's curiosity was ignited when he heard Tya's words, "Could I also see your world? how is it done?"
"Just close your eyes and think back to your first experience, you will appear here."
Aditya sat cross-legged on his bed like when his mother taught him meditation and closed his eyes and thought of his experience in Tya's world. Some things had to be admitted, just like Tya was fascinated with this world, Aditya was equally enchanted about Tya's world. He had never seen so many colours in his life, though they were no other living beings in that world, the world itself felt alive and mysterious to him. Especially the process in which the spheres transformed into waves and back, it felt like the world was in a perfect state of balance which brought peace to the onlookers.
When Aditya thought he would see a black space when he closed his eyes like when he meditated, he was shocked to see that he was standing in that mysterious space with Tya hovering in front of him. The scenery of this space fascinated Aditya even though he had already been here before. Except that this time he was not afraid of this baby ghost anymore, so he could spend time appreciating this space. When he saw that vibrant colours of this world, he was dazzled. They were spheres with blazing colour radiating luminescence, they were also spheres of mild, gentle colours. They were spheres which consisted of multiple colours, then there were spheres with only one colour.

The fog floating in the space with sparkling colours reminded Aditya of those photos he saw of milky way galaxy, though now with all the light pollution and air pollution in the city, it would be a miracle if you count to more than ten stars in the sky. Aditya felt that just seeing this world every day could calm down his soul immediately. At least one good thing from Tya being stuck with him.
Only now did Aditya notice that even his body look a bit transparent and foggy in this world, Aditya thought that since his body was not able to enter this space along with him, this transparent body could be termed as his consciousness or soul reluctantly. Then he noticed that his body apart from its transparent nature had some sparkling spheres floating around his body. These spheres were also of the same nature as those in this space, interchanging between solid and liquid states. But Aditya also felt that these colourful spheres did not interact with this space in any way but was only confined to his 'body'.
When Aditya looked at Tya with puzzling eyes, Tya cutely replied, "that was the part of my energy which was absorbed by you, now it is yours." Aditya nodded as he understood that this energy was the basis of his mental abilities.
He turned solemn as he did 'Namaste' (Indian way of showing respect) to Tya as he said, "Though I didn't ask for this energy, I still have great use for this, so I shall be very grateful for this favour 'Tya', if in the future there is anything I could do for you, please let me know, I shall do everything in my power to repay you."
Aditya's mother had brought him teaching him the philosophy of 'Karma', he knew that he had to repay all his debts, so Aditya always remembered all the people who favoured him. Though Aditya did not view himself as being philosophical, somethings just get stuck to your heart and there is no way you could forget them by reasoning logically. This was one of those things for him.
Tya did not understand Aditya's gesture but he scratched his messy hair which looked unreal as he said with a silly smile, "Then, I want to know about your world, could you help me."
Aditya was shocked that he would get a chance to repay this favour at such a small cost. If it was before, he might feel it burdensome to indulge Tya's curiosity but now if it could pay back this favour, Aditya did not mind procuring all the books in the world to satiate Tya's curiosity. So, Aditya happily nodded and agreed.
On Tya's instruction Aditya learned how to access this space, he also learned that as long as Aditya willed it, he could block Tya's perception of this world. Like usually Tya could see what Aditya saw, he could hear what Aditya could hear, in brief Tya could have the same experience of this world as Aditya. But if Aditya wanted to stop this sharing of experience, he could block this connection which actually relieved Aditya as he thought that his privacy would not be intervened as long as he paid attention to block Tya on time.

Aditya had also asked Tya about his dreams which he felt like they were from an alternate world where his parents were with him, Anupama rejected his proposal heartlessly etc but the answer of Tya was not surprising at all, 'I don't know'. So Aditya had regarded these dreams as a lateral side-effect of absorbing Tya's energy.
When Aditya opened his eyes, he found to his surprise that only one minute had passed since he closed his eyes, he asked Tya about this in doubt. The answer shocked Aditya as much as the existence of Tya. The timeline of the real world and the mysterious space were not in sync. He did not calculate the exact time ratio but still, it meant that Tya viewed this world like it was a slow version. Just as Aditya was thinking of all the potential benefits of this feature, he heard some knocking at the door. It had just been 10 minutes since he returned to his room, Aditya reckoned that Bhadra and Jatin had bathed, changed to their night clothes and came to 'interrogate' Aditya about the 'accident'.
Aditya looked at himself, he was too busy figuring out Tya to care about this, he also knew that it was fishy for him to almost die by electrocution and yet for the school management fail to identify that the pond was electrified.
Aditya who had drowsiness take over him while he was thinking about his parents had tried to splash his face with the pond water to refresh himself. He had not imagined that this water was electrified. He still remembered that the ducks were still swimming without any obstruction, he did not find any fish floating with their bellies facing the sky. He was still puzzled whether the electric shock was due to the pond being electrified or due to other reasons. He could still feel his hands slightly trembling due to the repercussion of the shock.
Aditya cleared his thoughts as he jumped from his bed and ran towards the door before opening it. As he had expected, it was the Bhadra, Jatin duo. Bhadra wore solid round neck white t-shirt and brown lounge pants, his dress covered up this fellow's muscular frame otherwise both Jatin and Aditya were envious of Bhadra's godly physique, no wonder Kavya fell for this fellow.
While Jatin wore shorts with sleeveless red round neck t-shirt, Aditya always wondered what would happen if Jatin was exposed to wind currents atop a mountain. He was pretty sure the wind would carry him away given his bamboo stick physique, though it was not Aditya's turn to mock him as Aditya also had similar physique. If Aditya didn't have a good set of shoulders, he and Jatin would be like brothers. Thankfully that didn't happen.
But shockingly Jatin was able to be a successful playboy with this physique which was a wonder to Aditya. The power of money was apparent, though Jatin would argue that there are many urban girls who have started falling for these lean physique. It still had to proven in Aditya's case though. Though Aditya fooled around with his classmates in his tenth grade, it was still very superficial and could not be counted.
Jatin was smoking a Cigaronne while Bhadra was texting in his phone (probably to Kavya). Aditya opened the door and asked them to wait while he bathed. After Aditya finished his bath, he sat on his bed cleaning his hand with a towel while glancing at his friends who looked like they were waiting for a film premiere to start in the theatre.
Aditya repeated his experience to his friends as he also laid down his speculations. When Aditya finished narrating, Bhadra had the same blank face while Jatin's face was tightened while brows drew closer. Actually, Tya had also heard this experience when Aditya narrated but it could not comment on anything as he was not even able to understand some words, his knowledge was incomplete right now. But it could understand that Aditya had an accident previously and that they were discussing the possible cause for it. Luckily it did not link up this accident to the breaking of energy absorption bond.
Jatin's face was serious when he asked Aditya, "do you think that this was not an accident?" Aditya shrugged and shook his head, he did not know what to think.
Jatin then asked, "Do you think it was 'them'", Aditya shook his head confidently this time, if what his uncle told him about this so-called 'shadow organization' was legit, then he knew that if they wanted him dead, he would have been dead long ago. He did not think there would be a 'misfire' like today.
First of all, Aditya was not sure if it was an accident or not, but if it was not, Aditya did not know who wanted him dead. So it was a dead end from all sides. Though Aditya did not really underestimate the system, he knew that they were many bigwigs in the society who could ride over these rules laid down by the government. Let alone others, Bhadra's father was a famous real estate businessman in Bangalore, Aditya had heard from Bhadra that his father could get all the permission from government authorities for his construction granted in a matter of hours while those who followed the procedure had to wait for weeks at least.
So Aditya had to wait and see, he really was powerless right now, even his uncle had been suspended and Aditya did not want his uncle to bear any more burden from him.
