《The Uncrowned King(LITRPG)》Ch 04- Grinding!

***3rd person's POV***
***On a higher plane***
"Hmm.." In the throne room on Asgard, an old man sat, drenched in robes and armour made from gold, his throne situated above a flight of golden stairs with mysterious runes etched on them, rows of soldiers were standing with spears in their hands along the walls as two crows sat upon his shoulders.
"So he awakened the eye?" Odin hummed as Muninn cawed in response.
"Interesting... but you acted too rashly, there was no need to send his memories back, you destroyed a potential timeline, he could have served well as a Valkyrie, Earth is a small planet after all..." Odin's right eye was covered with a patch, while his left eye observed Ryan rushing into a goblin camp.
"Hmm, he's certainly impressive, to have mastered the inferior eye of Huginn to such an extent..." Odin pulled his spear up and then slammed it on the ground, the runes etched on the stairs glowed as mana transferred through it. The wave of mana pierced through the city of Asgard and arrived at the gates, also known as Bifrost.
Seeing the approaching mana Heimdall activated stepped aside as the mana activated the Bifrost and went into distant lands. Heimdall looked as the spell went somewhere in the system's trial grounds.
"He will arouse the interest of countless powers, let's see if can make it..."
***Ryan's POV***
'Slow!'
My body was constantly in motion, daggers creating impressive arcs as I moved between 3 goblins swiping their swords at me. I took a step back and dashed sideways while slashing my daggers through another goblins neck.
'I need more points in strength ASAP, my current movement speed is ridiculously low...'
I bent down to pick up the two copper coins that the goblins dropped. A wave of nausea hit me as I stumbled, a feeling of pain arose from my left eye before it quickly passed, a notification popped up as I looked around at the surrounding warily.
Minor Blessing of the AllFather
-Hides ??? from other deities
- The Eye of Huginn(inferior)(E) -> The Eye of Huginn(evolvable) (E)
'uhh... what is up with the Gods taking so much interest in me... If you are listening I could do with a better dagger you know?'
Upon receiving no response I looked at my status and focused on the Eye of Huginn(E).
The Eye of Huginn(E)
- Huginn the diety of thoughts gives you the ability of Hyperspeed.
-(At E grade): If combined with the Eye of Muninn, gives the ability Hyperreflexes and AllSeeing Gaze.
-Evolvable (Kill a D-grade being in single combat)
The description changed and now the ability has an evolvable option with it. I always thought my eye would evolve automatically into D-grade last time but it turns out that the system hides a lot of things. The inferior title was never shown in the description last time around so I quickly focused on the eye of Muninn to confirm something...
The Eye of Muninn(Sealed)(C)
- Muninn the diety of Mind and Memory gives the ability of improved motor functions.
-(At E grade): If combined with the Eye of Huginn, gives the ability Hyperreflexes and AllSeeing Gaze.
-(at D grade): If combined with the Eye of Huginn, gives the ability to perceive HyperSpace.
- (at C grade): ???.
-Sealed (Reach D grade to unseal)
'So the Eye of Muninn is already at C-grade, but I probably can't use it because of my current strength, reaching D-grade huh...'
My thoughts wandered as images of Mike, Remi and some other superstars who reached D-grade by the time we challenged the 99th floor of the tower flashed. Each one of them carried the blessings of some major god of different Pantheons.
'Anyway, at least I levelled up a couple of times...'
I looked at my stats and deposited all my points into strength once again, The stronger I am the faster I can go, currently, speed is the only thing limiting me from hunting more dangerous monsters.
I surveyed the dead goblin camp before heading out once again to the jungle, the goblins were a fodder race spawned by the system, some of their territories are ruled by a Hobgoblin, but they are mostly in the deeper regions of the forest.
'Currently, I should be in the outer layer, why didn't I encounter a single outpost though? was I teleported too far from the main island.'
Throughout the entire island, there should be many outposts made by the four kings, they are D-grade beings, part of one of the four families that once took refuge with the system, instead of working as an administrator like the Pisca, the four families had a long feud with one another, one after another these families took refuge in the system to avoid extinction and the system integrated them into the tutorials.

Each time a tutorial takes place, a galaxy is integrated into the system, all the life forms present in the galaxy are divided into 1,000,000 islands each containing 10,000 people. These Islands have branches of these four families set up, and through each tutorial, they integrate more knowledge, preparing for a war that would take place in the upcoming weeks.
'Last time the king was king Lem, he was laid back but he was competent enough to easily handle all the affairs, the name ruined emperor this time doesn't fill me with confidence.'
I was worried about the state of Narmae, It was the most beautiful city outside the ones in the tower.
'Wait, aren't those wind chimes... finally...'
I rushed towards the seemingly innocent-looking artefact that produced soft chiming sounds every few seconds, the runes on them were imbued with wind attuned mana so only people with wind attunement can hear them, the sound flows in a certain direction and by following it we can safely reach an outpost.
I followed the direction and soon arrived at a small castle, it wasn't much but runes of protection were visible along its walls, no beast below D-grade can breach those walls, I stepped towards the gate where two human guards were standing, they were decked in silver armour, it took me a second to realize what was wrong, 'that armour did look like it was made up of silver, or maybe it was polished a little too much?'
I ignored the weird armour set and stepped forward, "Is it an outpost for the Wind Kingdom?"
One of the guard, a male, stepped forwards and said, "Yes human, you arrived earlier than expected, we thought it would take you at least 2 more days to arrive this deep in the island..." he scratched his beard nervously and said, "To be honest, one of your kind, a representative had already gone in and we are waiting for confirmation if you are allowed inside or not..." He awkwardly waved his hands as I looked at him confused.
"wait, what do you mean we can't? How are we supposed to learn our attunement skills and quests or win the war?" The whole concept baffled me.
"We don't know, the emperor said he doesn't trust you humans and doesn't want you to participate in his glorious war..." the guard explained.
'huh... how will he fight the 2500 human forces that other kings will surely accept and train.'
The concept of tutorial cities was that it allowed for controlled growth, you can easily form parties to go out to hunt, there was an academy in there where you can train your wind attunement, and various quests to gain CP.
"By the way, is that armour made of silver?" I asked the guard.
"yes 100% pure silver for all the guards..." he said proudly.
'WTF is wrong with this emperor's head.'
Just then a notification appeared in front of me.
Tutorial Quest Generated: Exploration
The Ruined Emperor has accepted to provide humanity with a safe house, you have been granted temporary citizenship to the Floating Castle, Narmae. You can now work through the mercenary office, Alchemy hall and the Inscription Palace to gather Citizenship points and thus advanced your rank in the city. Combat within the city limits is prohibited and any action against the Narmae laws will be swiftly punished. Time left in the Exploration period 30 Days 27 hours 59 mins.
Current time in Narmae: 24 h: 0 m: 0 s
'Thank god whoever the representative was, at least I can enter the city now...'
"Can I go now?" I asked the guard who nodded and said, "Yes but you only have 24 hours, if you want to increase that time, visit the mercenary office and join the workforce." The guard finished his customary reply and then waved me to go in, inside the fort towards the right wall was a long archway, it was brown in colour and had glowing runes along its length, connecting the pillars was a blue film like mana.
'Alright here we go, I need some equipment, especially new shoes... and maybe hook up with a succubus!'

The Voice of the World
Jason Elric used to be an ordinary college student living in the heart of San Francisco. He had a part time job, he played online games with friends he got along moderately well with, and he earned reasonably good grades. The worst he really had to worry about in life was turning in his coursework on time and not being late to class. Now, though? Now fighting for his life and running from a horde of giant frogs that want to make him their next meal is just another Tuesday. Thanks to a summoning ritual gone terribly right, Jason has found himself trapped in a world eerily similar to the role playing games games he used to play for fun. Unfortunately for the now ex-college student, everything happening around him is terrifyingly real and if he wants to survive, he’ll have to figure out how to exploit the system for his benefit before it’s too late. The Voice of the World is the first part of what is planned to be a multi-book, Isekai LitRPG story with crafting elements, set in the fantasy world known as Verdania. This is my first time posting online for public consumption, so bear with me as I work to find a style that people like. While I may occasionally write scenes that may deal with heavy concepts, expect this story to be primarily light hearted high fantasy. There will be a lot of common fantasy tropes involved, as this story got its start as a simple practice exercise, rather than any plan to actually post it. However, it’s grown on me, so I felt it’s worth sharing after all. Thus, if you’re looking for more serious/original/unusual stories, you might want to look elsewhere. For the rest of you, feel free to leave suggestions, as well as to point out grammar and spelling mistakes; I’ll do my best to make edits to correct them. I do my own editing currently, and it’s easy to miss things when you know what’s supposed to be there, so such call outs are highly encouraged. Content TLDR: No harems, probably no romance (unless it makes sense for the story later on) (it did, eventually), definitely no sex (keeping this PG-13 or close to it), limited profanity. Does/Will contain mixes of magic and technology (think Warhammer, Final Fantasy); copious amounts of blue tables; race, gender, and sexual equality concepts; crafting sequences; and (slightly, but not overbearingly) strong protagonists. If you don’t like these things, go elsewhere instead of downvoting people for content instead of writing quality. Update Time currently varies, due to personal injury, but the goal is 1/week on Wednesdays, with a possible smaller chapter on weekends if time/health permits.
