《The Uncrowned King(LITRPG)》Ch 03- The Tutorial!

***Ryan's POV***

I grabbed both the daggers, the design was a little longer for my liking, especially considering my backhanded grip fighting style, but I guess beggars can't be choosers. The blade was 12 inches long, looked to be made up of mithril, it had runes inscribed along its length that made a sea wave kind of pattern along its edge. I injected my mana coating it slightly along the length and the blade sucked it in, a sheen of blue-white light covered the dagger. A notification popped up as I expected and the disappointment I felt didn't lessen no matter how much the daggers looked cool.

Acquired Broken Daggers of Diana (Replica) (Uncommon) -Due to mismatch in your Pantheons -20% ATK

'Sigh'

"I'm Done" I looked towards the Pisca who stood motionless for a second before I felt the mana around me tumbling.

While I was teleported once again to the tutorial ground I cursed the system for its unreasonable restrictions on everything, 'the weapons system for example, if you use a weapon not suited to your pantheon, like any weapon or equipment not from the Norse mythology, I won't be able to use its full power... It was one of the reasons there was so much distance between the Roman and Greeks, most of their Gods had conflicting domains, many people who got a powerful weapon or equipment of another camp just betrayed their Pantheon, although the penalty imposed by the system was enough for some people to consider it carefully, some did leave which caused a lot of unrest.'

A bright light enveloped me and in an instance the peaceful surroundings were replaced with new scenery, looking around, this time I seemed to have arrived near a beach, small waves lightly crashed at my feet as I looked at the jungle in front of me.

'Let's see if I get the same Island this time...'

'I got island 0001 instead of 0473 this time, did the system assign these in the order of who completed the initial assessment first?' I looked around and manipulated a whisp of mana to enter my left eye.

'First things first-'

Lv 2-Goblin

HP = 80/80

MP= 40/40

'-there, that should do it...'

I summoned my dagger from the inventory and threw it straight towards the goblin. The dagger glowed menacingly and the goblin hurried to run away but it was too late, soon its headless corpse collapsed on the floor.

'Damn there are a lot of system windows...' I went through each one of the windows calmly analysing the situation.

'Alright, I don't know where the outpost would be on this new island, and looking at the unique questline, I need to take advantage of the situation as soon as possible...'

I walked towards the goblin's corpse, it was slowly disappearing, I looked at the measly 1 EXP and 200 CP in my status window and the empty ground.

'Tch! stingy-'

The levelling system of the new world was pretty simple, from an F-grade beast to an SS-grade God, no matter who you kill only 1% of the total EXP they have gained in their life would be divided among the attackers based on the contribution. To level up, the amount of EXP needed rises exponentially, the required exp doubles every level. So a level 1 needs 100 EXP to level up, a level 2 needs 200, but a level 3 needs 400. This prevents people to gain level just by grinding on weaker monsters.

'The amount of mana I have is almost half of what I had in the end last time, this initial grind should be easy...'

I activated my left eye and dashed towards the goblin camp that I could see in the distance...

***Anita's POV***

'Shit! why the fuck did we get separated...'

On another part of the Island, an Asian girl dashed between the trees, today has been particularly bad for the Ura tribe and Anita, first this blue box appeared out of nowhere telling her and her brother to get ready for some trials. Along with her, there were 3 other children from the tribe who were struck by this sickness. Afraid for her life she hid in the forest surrounding her home along with her brother, she thought no matter what happened they would be alright as long as they were together, but now somehow Rinku had disappeared in front of her eyes and she had been transported to this weird island.

Her dark black eyes looked around warily as she climbed on the tree to avoid making unnecessary noises, at least the surrounding terrain was a lot similar to that of home, she pulled out a revolver from her waist and then threw it away, stupid thing almost called out all the monsters in the forest when she fired it.

'Okay Remi, calm down, think what mama would have done-'

I looked around surveying the surroundings before slowly climbing down and then swiftly gliding through the forest, '-first of all, gather a source of food and water-' after an hour of searching she found a clearing, a small stream of water was flowing through the island, '-find somewhere to sleep or rest-' she followed the stream upstream and found herself in a cave, a small canal-like crack ran right in the middle of the path leading into the cave which she followed slowly, the bow she had got from the system in her hand she slowly crept into the cave.

Skill Generated: Stealth Lv 1 Makes you 5% harder to detect

"I smell human...I definitely smell human..." She heard some whispers and stopped in her tracks at the sight of 3 goblins looking around at their surroundings.

'They're just big, ugly pigs, just aim and shoot like normal.'

She stretched her bow took aim and fired before quickly repeating the process...

Barely a few seconds later the three goblins lay dead with arrows sticking out of their bodies, Anita sighed in relief before vigilantly walking towards the corpse and looked at the few copper coins lying on the ground.

Anita was born in a rebel tribe in Jharkhand, India, having lived in poverty and fighting for survival her whole life, she knew the importance of money, so after quickly pocketing the few coins she slowly started to creep deeper into the cave.

'-then make some tools to drive animals away-'

***3rd Person's POV***

Throughout the 1000 islands, millions of people went through their first encounter with the new reality, while many survived a few succumbed to the first trial faced by humanity, as people got ready to face their new reality, many gods and demons looked in interest at the surviving humans, searching for competent people to influence the new world.

Among them, two crows who sat upon Odin's soldier were looking at a human who was culling through the goblin camps with a terrifying efficiency...
