The Internal Force Foundation Technique are similar to Qi cultivation Technique. The difference is you can cultivate the two at the same. What does it mean? It's like two people are put in the same. Example a person with one tank fighting another with two tank. The one with the two tank are favorable of winning.

After knowing these techniques, Meng Jan can't wait to cultivate it. But first he need to check the resources left by the God of Resource. Then he immediately first start cultivating in order to condense the Divine Sense.
