Health: 61/100
After waking up, the first thing I could feel is a slight pain, but I can see that my health has slightly regained a couple more digits.
'Groan'
I massaged my head as I was mentally and physically exhausted.
[Everything wasn't a dream...]
I was inside a strange hut, laying down on a straw bed with my stomach area being wrapped around with bandages.
[Oh right, I killed a dungeon boss? But it didn't feel like I was inside a dungeon at all]
Your right, this is because that dungeon had turned 'Berserk' which meant that a party had failed in clearing the dungeon. A Berserk dungeon meant that the creatures are allowed to exit and run rampant in the outside world.
[Did the normal orcs disappear because I killed the boss?]
No, these dungeons monsters are powered by a dungeon core, and once the core is destroyed, everything related to the dungeon is destroyed and that includes the dungeon itself.
I think you have a tiny bit of potential so I'll answer only one more of your questions, then that's it, you'd have to find out everything by yourself.
[Tsk, shameless... I'll take a raincheck then]
.......
Apparently, I destroyed a Grade 1 Dungeon Core, and I have gifted 1000 Apex Coins in return. What an unexpected treat. I can surely guess that a grade 1 core is the weakest type but I would need to confirm with Leon.
Leon wasn't in sight but he should be back soon, I really hope he didn't run off since he still has my gun... And not because he's a little handsome.
'Sigh'
Then, I took a look at my inventory and there laid a small Dungeon Boss Shard.
I summoned it for examination. It was a white hexagonal crystal shard with a painting of the boss I recently defeated on one side.

Dungeon Boss Shard Activated - Choose 1:
- 25 Legend Coins
- Dungeon Boss Ability
25 legend coins? I didn't know if that was worth it, but the dungeon boss ability was one that could shrink anything. With fantasies of becoming an Antwoman hero, I decided that the choice was obvious.
You chose Dungeon Boss Ability
[Tectonic Shrink] is now available in store.
"Wait what? Available in store? Do I have to buy it after unlocking it? Isn't this a scam..."
"What the heck!"
I honestly didn't want to see the price of the ability in case I die of a heart attack but at one point or another, I have to check out the store anyway. I mean, I do have 1150 Apex Coins now which makes me feel like I'm rich.
After staring at my cryptocurrency for a few more seconds, I opened up the store.
Apex Legend Shop
Guns and Ammunition Armour and Supplies Abilities Miscellaneous Legends
Damn, everything is so expensive. I skimmed through a whole lot just to get a look at how the general prices overall but all that did is make my 1150 apex coins seem pitiful.
I was curious about the 'Legend' category so I decided to dive into that next.
Legend
Summon a random Legend in their Prime:
1 minute = 5 Legend Coins (No ultimate)
1 hour = 295 Legend Coins
Permanently Summon a Legend: (Summoned with no gear)
Wraith - 95000 Legend Coins
Bangalore - 85000 Legend Coins
Lifeline - 75000 Legend Coins
BloodHound - 75000 Legend Coins
Gibraltar - 75000 Legend Coins
Pathfinder - 65000 Legend Coins
Mirage - 65000 Legend Coins
Caustic - 65000 Legend Coins
[I can summon a legend on my team?]
[According to the description, renting a legend will make them spawn in their prime for a limited time. This could mean that they get are spawned with gears like armour and guns, and have their abilities ready to be released. But there is an exception for the one-minute rent option with there being no legend ultimate ability being available for use]
[Legend Coins seems much harder to gather than Apex Coins, which means I can only be content with renting for now]
Suddenly, I heard slow footsteps coming from outside the hut and a familiar head poked in from the doorway.

Shadowrun: Blake Island School of Magic
It's a high tech, low life. It's the Seattle Metroplex in 2074. It rises like a steel and concrete cancer out of the earth. Poverty is rampant, corruption is everywhere, crime is out of control, corporations basically control everything, the old United States is fractured, magic has come back and now it turns out that humanity has been joined by elves, dwarves, orks and trolls. The old world ended but the rent is still due. Life goes on. You'd be surprised what people can adapt to, especially if they don't have a choice. One of the places where life goes on is just west of Seattle. Surrounded by the waters of the Puget Sound is an island. On that island is the Blake Island School of Magic. A decade ago it was known for producing some of the most talented awakened in the world. That reputation was hijacked by the wealthy corporate elite who now park their teenage children there. And since it's a boarding school, their parents mostly forget about them. Three young people, who are certainly not wealthy or elite, are chosen this year to attend this school of magic in hopes of revitalizing their reputation for talent. One from the ash drifts of the Puyallup Barrens, one from the most densely populated slum hive in the world and one from prison. This is their story. -- This story is set in the Shadowrun universe. If you're not familiar with Shadowrun, it mostly tells the stories of deniable mercenaries called shadowrunners in a cyberpunk dystopia. Instead of telling another story solely about shadowrunners, this story will tell the tale of young people navigating a world that is indifferent to them at best and actively hostile at worst. Shadowrunners will be in the story and we'll see them operate, but they won't be its main focus. This story originally began in 2017 as a passion project and continues to this day on the Somethingawful.com forums. The unedited version is over a million words strong. There are currently seven books in this series and I am currently in the process of editing them.
