《The Legacy Of The First》Ch0: Consolidation

Chapter 0
The war of gods raged on for over a millennium with heavy losses on either side. The gods had worn themselves out of almost all their power, barely sustaining their very existence by a thread. Just when they were about to be lose themselves, they were greeted by a being cloaked in darkness or more like they were unable to perceive it's form. It declared the condition had been fulfilled and the war over. Just like that the remaining gods had inherited the new world.
The world itself had undergone significant changes. The barriers set up by the gods had spontaneously resonated with each other during the convergence and overlapped the space inside, creating a completely new system from the merging of the originals. The Earth which combined with Hermathera now was 1.6 times large, with its terrain haphazardly intertwined with Hermathera’s. The cities that initially crowded most of the earths surface were now larger in area, the extra area was in some cases just empty flatlands which was the better result but in other cases the infrastructure from Hermathera fused with Earth’s creating odd landscapes. Having mountain ranges randomly protruding out of highways and forests in the middle of cities were not uncommon as of now. Not forgetting the 3 moons that now orbited the planet.
The physical laws of the Earth had also merged with the magical laws of Hermathera creating a completely new set of rules. The gravitational force on Hermathera was initially lower than Earth's at 8.7m/s2 but now the resulting planet had a gravitational force of 12.4 m/s2. The new rules invalidated some of the long-standing aspects of both worlds like: Internet, Radio, MagiNet, Flight crystals, etc. conventional data was also wiped from existence like it didn’t exist at all, this included public records, measurement systems, research data, adventurer listing, magic theory documents, etc.

The solar system also now had 15 planets, which had completely different sizes and orbits to the originals. The solor system almost resembled the atomic model of Neils Bohr with the nucleus being the sun, which was now 2 times its size.
The consolidation of the systems happened relatively quickly to the end of the war is just over 500 years. The 12th entity used the extra time to slowly start returning the living creatures back to the new world in waves, by the time the war ended all of the unintelligent life forms had been transported and had been living in the consolidated world for over a few centuries. The final wave consisted of all the intelligent life forms and the gods. The stasis had not been lifted till now and it was only meant to be a transitionary phase, the final wave was met with misfortune as the number of beings that were being transported was quite large, some of them ended up being teleported into objects, losing parts of their bodies in the rift, sustaining mental damage and even disappearing altogether.
With the final transition from the old to the new, the 2 dimensions had now completely merged and become one. The gods that were nearly drained to death all went into deep slumbers right after they were abruptly returned to peace time after their 1000 years of war, leaving only Lumia and Enki to deal with the aftermath.
The journey begins now.

Second Life's Game: Hell
(LitRPG/Fantasy) *** Disclaimer: I changed the title of this fiction because I realised that religious people may be offended by it. This fiction is purely intended to entertain and is not based upon any religion. *** What comes after death? The Afterlife. A world split into three layers. Heaven, Nexus and Hell. The Afterlife is harsh, cruel, and sometimes downright unfair, with everything based upon luck. A world with a game system, which enables the residents to level up, and gain special attributes. A tower lies in the middle of it all, named the Core, which provides passage to God, who will bestow on you your greatest desires. Unfortunately, to get to God, one must conquer 27 stages and battle against others wishing to meet him too. Ikite, a young teenager, gets killed by a gang of criminals and reawakens in Hell with a different body and life. As his two new personalities meld into one, he becomes an 'Awakener', someone who has their previous life's personality sharing their mind. However, he realises he has no combat perks, a bad class and a peasant's life in Hell, the lowest layer. At first, he decides on a hardworking, yet peaceful life with his mother, but bad luck wouldn' leave him alone. Forced to journey where he doesn't want to journey, will he overcome his obstacles, change his perspectives, and climb the tower? Or will he sink into the lifeless state, just like many of those around him... Kick back and relax with this book as it's your traditional LitRPG, with a twist or two here and there. New chapter at least every two days (unless previously stated).

8 390Judas Valiant: Chorus of the Machine Giants
The world of Judas Valiant is bustling with Fantasy and a touch of Steampunk. This is an original tale made as an homage to the famed Studio Ghibli and Guillermo Del Toro, all-the-while taking inspirations from numerous animes and fantasies alike (Too many to love! Too many to name!). When a bloody catastrophe strikes a young boy's home, desperation brings about an unknown visitor. Plagued with gut-wrenching fear and an oncoming spiral into madness comes the boy's only hope of survival. Ripe with desperate opportunity, arrives the many-faced creature rushing to make a deal worth several lifetimes. "To find your way into your parent's arms again, you'll need to become a Valiant." He explained. "A Valiant?" I responded suspiciously. "...One must perform a 3-part task in which you must demonstrate the essence of a Mother, the essence of a Father, and earn the essence of a Gaurdian." He explained with haste. Innocently playing into the unknown visitor's tempting hand, the boy agrees to a deal hopelessly intertwined with a journey like no other and is sent to the mysterious and massive city of New Dwarden. Faced with outrageously colorful characters, towering and seemingly alien animal life, and even talking frogs-lemur's, the boy must adapt to grand adventure to complete his impossible task. This a steampunk story about a second chance at life, one that grows beyond life and death. Join me Frankie, as I guide you through the original tale of Judas Valiant: Chorus Of The Machine Giants Primarily Inspired by: Hayao Miyazaki (Studio Ghibli) Dedicated To: D-Ward Special Thanks: Erick M. Loxburg is the epicenter of the recent outpouring of eldritch beasts. Isolated and weary, the inhabitants of the village remain stagnant, quarantined from the rest of the world. They are dying. None who arrive at this forsaken place will ever truly leave. The living outside its gates cry, "Do not travel to Loxburg; it is vanquished, it is lost!" However, a certain peculiar sorceress does not heed these warnings. She boards a carriage to her doom. She carries a passion for witchcraft, for the occult, the strange, and the deathly. The villagers watch as she enters their gates, expecting a hero. She is not here to conquer the demons, she is not here to slay the beasts, no... She is here to use them.
