'Calm down, let's understand the situation first.' I thought to myself as I looked around me.People who were beaten half to death could be seen in chains, looking at them made me think of one thing.
Slaves!
Of course, I was also one of these 'Slaves' so I can't say much.
Right now I need to find a way out of this predicament.
So let's look through my new memories.
The owner of this body was born in one of the great clans of a city called Elenor, the 'Usher Clan', he was a genius amongst the people his own age, he showed a great deal of talent for being a mage so his clan paid a lot to see if he did and it turned out he did.
When he was 6 years old the rival clan of the 'Usher clan' worried that if they let this kid grow they would perish so they grouped with the other clans in the city and stood against his clan.
The clan was very powerful but against the pressure and power of all the clans in the city they were killed off, the men and elderly were killed while the children and women were taken as slaves.
Including this kid and his friends, they were sold as slaves and went from one owner to another for two years.
It was months ago that this kids owner died and had to be sold to another owner because the kid didn't get enough food he died due to starvation.
It was at this time that I entered his body.
After looking through the entire memory that belonged to the kid I couldn't help but feel anger and sadness as it felt like it was I who lived that life.
I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.
'I will get revenge for you as a gift for letting me have your body.'I thought to myself as I opened my eyes.
Although I was your average high school student and had no combat experience or any experience at all, I was confident in my novel and manhwa level.

'I am really glad that I was reincarnated, into a world with sword and magic, now let the journey of my legend being!' I thought in my heart as I opened my eyes.
"First, I need to find a way out, let's see what kind of advantages I have first," I mumbled.
"Menu!" I said but nothing happened.
"Screen?" I said and still nothing.
'Can it be that I don't have a system? Shit, I really hoped for a system.' I thought as I felt bitterness in my heart.
'Let's try one more.'
"Manual open!" I said and a blue screen popped in front of me and I smiled.

"Hmm...I wonder how he died of starvation if his health is full." I said as I looked at my health.
I looked through my stats and looked at my Intelligence closely and frowned, 'How come it's that high, not even my strength is 30, is it because I am a mage?' I thought.
'I don't know if these stats are good or bad but the fact that I have system is a joys thing, let's see if those assholes of clans can stand against me after I become strong.' I thought as I laughed to myself, the people around me thought I lost it as they looked at me with eyes filled with pity.
After calming down the carriage I was in stopped and two bulky men with scars on their face pulled us out using the chains on out bodies.
"Move it!" One of the men said and we followed him into a building.
"Here are the bunch of slaves you wanted." The bulky man said to an old man with a crooked back who smiled at the man before giving him a bag.

"Excellent, here is your payment." The old man said and looked at us.
"You follow him." The old man said and the bulky man gave him out chains.
I was surprised, this old man who seemed weak could drag over 20 people in chains with only one hand.
'What a monster.' I thought as we followed the man into a dark room.
"Stay here." The old man said and we didn't dare move.
'If I fight right now, I doubt I will live, even if I got the system what use will it be.' I thought as I stood still.
"A now, we have over 20 slaves here, don't underestimate, there are 3 mages in this group and the rest are all Warriors who have all reached the third level." A loud voice could be heard.
'Slaves?'I thought before the black room turned white and light shone on us, looking around I could see the gaze full eyes of people who were below me and the people upstairs, looking down on me.
I was on a stage.
The people started to mumble amongst themselves.
"The starting price is 20 gold coins." The voice said again and I frowned as I realised my situation.
'It's an auction house.' I thought.
"21!" Someone shouted.
"AHAA...looks like we have someone who wants to buy already...Anyone else?" The voice said.
"30!" Someone else said.
"Looks like it has gone up to 30, mister Frank really has good eyes." The voice said.
"100!" Someone said.
Everyone was stunned, someone would pay 100 gold coins for mere 20 slaves?
Bullshit, everyone looked at where the voice came from, I also looked over but due to the blinding light I could not see much.
"Wonderful looks like young master really has good eyes...Anyone wanna bid higher we got 100." The voice said and no one replied.
"100 going once."
"100 going twice."
"Sold for 100 to the young master over there, you are able to collect them after the auction." The voice said and the curtains closed leaving the room dark again.
"Move it." We heard someone say behind us as he dragged our chains.
He brought us outside the dark room.
"Wait here, your new owner will be with you shortly." The man said before he left us in a room alone, thanks to the sunlight we did have some lights.
'Fuck! Why am I being sold as a slave.' I cursed in my heart.
I thought about it for a while 'I guess it's not all bad, once I get more information about this world I can always flee.' I thought and agreed with my conclusion.
'But I wonder who my master will be.' I thought before a white haired young man entered the room, he had deep blue eyes with a normal white skin tone, he had on a very noble like attire and gave off a calm and aloof vibe.
He looked at us before his eyes laid on me and a shiver ran through my backbone.
Behind the youth a middle-aged man stood, he had long black hair with brown eyes and with average looks. He also had on a noble like clothes but not as fancy as the kid.
Behind him stood the man who dragged us out of the stage.
"Here is the seal for their chains." The man gave the kid a paper with weird lines all over it.
"Here you go." The kid said and threw a bag of gold towards the man who grabbed it.
The kid looked at us "Let's go." The kid said and left the room, A sudden feeling took over my body which made me follow the kid.
'The Slave Chain' took control of your body, host is too weak to resist
A window popped up and after reading it my face went pale.
'Does this mean that even if I get stronger I can't run away?' I thought before memoirs of how the previous host of this body lived in slavery entered my head.
The chains were only used when traveling and not when working or else they get in the way.
I let out a sigh of relief as I followed the kid.

Void Breaker
Note: Sadly, this story is currently on hiatus :( Elizabeth Sayler had lost everything in the bombing of Reaver Stadium. Her career, her fame, her power — all of it vanished the moment she lost use of her legs. Now, she's beginning to lose hope of ever healing herself… until her world integrates into the Void. When the apocalypse comes in a flurry of System messages, everyone on earth is given a choice: give up what they value most in themselves, and acquire a path to their heart’s greatest desire. Most would hesitate, but for Liz? She has nothing to lose, and absolutely everything to gain. Armed with newfound powers in a world teeming with monsters, she’s determined to not only survive, but to somehow break the Void’s endless assault. * * * This is a small note about the portrayal of disability in this story. As much research as I do and as many people as I ask, I will in the end only be able to understand a small portion of paraplegia and similar disabilities. Therefore, if there is anything particularly disrespectful, please do not hesitate to contact me. I always intended to portray disability in a respectful way in this story, but please know that Liz as a character does not start out with a healthy view of disability. This is intentional, and a large part of her character development comes from this view changing as she learns. Disability is not something she simply "discards" at the beginning of the story, but an ongoing theme and a part of her journey.

8 206Epoch: An NPC's Tale
Epoch is a slow-burn LitRPG/Gamelit novel that tells the story of Luke, later named Lucius—a natural inhabitant of the game-like realm of Elyssia where thousands upon thousands of detached, virtually unkillable entities known as the Players were suddenly introduced right after the dusk of the magnificent Age of Heroes. Shortly after the Players arrived, the balance of power in Elyssia instantly shifted. Kingdoms fell, wars were waged, alliances between races were made, and Lucius, after ten years of training in captivity, found himself being used as a pawn in a prophecy that he had no intention to fulfill. With aspirations and desires of his own, Lucius must find a way to cautiously adapt to the drastic changes in the very foundations of the realm after being sent 300 years into a future that was forever altered by the outcome of the war that his captors had lost and the Players won in a victory that resounded throughout the ages, all for a terrible price. Author's Note As an avid fan of the LitRPG genre myself, I wrote this novel with character progression, heavy Gamelit elements, and some degree of world-building in mind. If you like these, please feel free to give this novel a try. Oh, and the MC is also an NPC, in a sense. And wait, isn't this also an isekai story? Well, it's all a bit complicated to explain here. Maybe you should start reading now?
