Hello everyone, I'm going to try to get the chapters out as fast as I can so we can get the virtual reality started. It should be coming in a couple chapters so stay with me. Again if you have any suggestions, criticism, ideas, etc. please leave a comment. Ill try my best to address them. I hope you enjoy the chapter.

Chapter 2 - This Is Just Getting Embarrassing
“Hello, are you there?”

“I guess caller number 1000 isn’t there anymore, we will chose another caller at random in a second. Well that’s a sham…”
Finally realizing that it was his call that was the 1000th one, James started to panic.
“Wait! Wait! I’m here, this is caller number 1000!”
“Oh hi caller 1000 you finally answer us.”
“Yes I’m sorry I just didn’t think that I would actually win so I wasn’t really paying much attention.”
Giggle
Oh man they are laughing at me. This is so embarrassing.
“It’s alright, what’s your name caller 1000?”
“My name is James Oliver.”
“Alright James, how do you feel right now that you won a VR Headset and a copy of Absolute Authority?”
“Umm… I am really… excited right now… I can’t believe I have actually won….”
I was so excited that I was slurring and stuttering my words. *sigh* This is just getting more and more embarrassing.
“I guess that is to be expected. Well congratulations James for winning a VR Headset and a copy of the game Absolute Authority!”
Afterwards GR radio brought me to a private call and I had to tell them my address and other information so they could send the VR Headset and a copy of AA once it comes out in the summer. Which is in about 2 months.

I’m so happy right now, I think I might pee my pants. This is the best thing that has happened to me since I was… 12 years old. Ah man, now I feel depressed. Sigh Whatever let’s just go to work then go home.

When I got home from work I heard Haley cooking dinner
“Welcome back James, how was work?”
“Same as usual, fine.”
“Hey, I was listening to GR radio station earlier today and someone named James Oliver won a VR Headset and a copy of the game AA. Was it you?”
I started laughing.
“Yeah, it was me.”
“I knew it was you! You have such good luck. After hearing that you won, I also decided to get a part-time job so by summer I’ll be able to buy a VR Headset and a copy of the game. Then we’ll be able to play together, what do you think?”
Remembering my promise to my parents I said, “Nope, I forbid you from working. You must keep your grades up so you can go to a good college.”
“What, but I want to play with you!”
Haley started tearing up. Ah man, I can’t stand looking at my little sister crying.
“Don’t worry I’ll take another part-time job and then we’ll be able to afford the merchandise. Then we can play together, how does that sound?”
“Nooo, James you always use your time for me. Why can’t I do it myself?”
“Because I care about you and I want you to do well in school without any distraction.”
Knowing that she wouldn’t be able to change my stubbornness, she finally complied.
Making a pouting face
“Fine, just don’t work too hard for me.”
I started laughing. My little sister was just too cute.
“Don’t worry, I won’t overwork myself.”
We ate dinner and then went to bed
