《The Dragon’s Kin》Friends

Arriving at Ephiliana's place, both of us landed at the courtyard. Looking for any signs Ephi, we moved towards the main building. The mansion was of appropriate size for a daughter of noble dragon family. She is Goldenscale after all.
As we were about to knock, the door opened and the energetic golden dragon bursted out them.
"Aaaah!" seeing our bodies standing there, she happily shouted "Tama, Aurora! You finally came!"...both of us already got used to it.
She was as energetic as when I met her.
I bet, that if we didn't need to return back home, she would keep us here as her daughters. She even told me, how she wanted a cute daughter like us.
"Big sis Ephi!" Aurora shouted in response.
After hugging us, Ephi guided us towards the living room. In middle of the table, were all kinds of sweets. Seeing them, Aurora and I looked at Ephi.
"Aurora, you can have some" she said with a smile.
With a sparkly eyes, Aurora quickly reached for them. Since both of us were looking forward to them, she didn't hesitated to start eating.
It's not that like we came here just for the sweets. Well, it was 90% of our reason. The remaining 10% was to play. Before I even knew it, I became a dragon of my actual age. *sigh*
Wait, big sis Ephi said something strange...just Aurora's name? What about me!
"And what about me? " I asked, placing an objection towards her words.
"Tama, you can't!" she firmly answered.
"But what have I done?" first thing came to mind, that I did something wrong, but her next words confirmed my second guess.
"Alicia found out, that you are secretly eating sweets at my place" she answered while lowering her head.

"She scolded me..." she added.
"But...how did she found out!? I was careful not to slip!" trying to find an answer, I mumbled those words.
"When we were young, she was exactly the same. That is probably the reason she knew..." that was the only thing that came from Ephi's mouth.
I might have inherited more things that I originally thought. Oh crap! My snacks!
I have to find a way to get them.
After pondering for a few seconds, there was only one way...
"But big sis..." *sniff* *sniff*
"Ahh! Don't cry, please!" in panic, Ephi hurried towards me. While embracing me, she said "Okay, just this once! But you can't tell Alicia! "
I'm sorry for her...I resorted in using underhanded tactics. But all that matters are sweets!
As I walked to the table, more than half of them were already gone. Turning my head, all I saw was Aurora with her mouth stuffed.
"Didn't we agreed on eating them together?" I asked her. To be honest, I was looking forward to it.
"I'm sorry!!!They were so good!" she apologized while still had some of the sweets in her mouth. She gulped the remaining sweets in one big gulp and then said "But I left you your favorite ones" while presenting me with several of my favorite ones.
I guess I can't be angry at her. After all, she is my friend. No, best friend!
