The tree was rather satisfied with the turn of events. According to its original plan, the tree would guard Zhen Han until he awakened the memories of his third past self. When that happened the one who would protect him would be the astral projection of third self.

Zhen Han has nine past self. The first one was the formless form of energy and the second one was the tree. His other seven forms were unknown.

Lin Li felt last twenty-four hours have been a roller coaster for her. She was growing numb to shock and surprises the world has to offer.

First the beasts mating with a human. Then the arrival of Celestial Tribulation followed by the appearance of tree and death of the poor woman by suffocation. If that wasn't enough the tribulation clouds were scattered by a single word. Perhaps even this wasn't enough so a meteorite shower along with a complimentary sword was offered by the heavens.

Now the tree was laughing after supposedly getting defeated. Lin Li has heard the tree saying it admit saying the heavens won. The winning was related to my son definitely!

"Sir...Ma'am," Lin Li didn't know if the tree has a gender so she wanted to ask if. Ordinary trees are gender-less but the tree in front of her was nothing but ordinary. Besides the behavior so far it seemed it was related to her son.

"I don't have any gender though all my future-self have gender. Some were male and some were female."

The tree's statement made things more difficult for Lin Li. How is she supposed to greet it?

Lin Li tried to calm her nerves.

From its voice, it was clear the tree didn't think much of the opportunities this world has to offer even though it said the people from higher worlds would be jealous.

"Your Continent lives up to its name: 'Endless'. While its size is finite, most of its space is in hidden dimensions. If you count the length of the Continent after taking the hidden dimensions then it would be almost Endless with the number of opportunities and treasures it has to offer," the tree explained.

"Though people of this continent are far too ignorant. You call a person at the peak of the first step as 'Dao Ancestor'. In the higher worlds, even the strongest cultivator who has achieved the third step don't dare to use Dao Ancestor as a title," the tree patiently explained to Lin Li.

Lin Li was surprised. In the Endless Continent, the cultivation realms are divided into Awakening, Blood Transformation, Golden Body, Divine Sea, Dao Awakening, Divine Manifestation, Divine King, World King, Empyrean and Dao Ancestor.

All these realms are a part of the first step in cultivation?

She understood the tree's hidden intention. The tree wanted her to pass this information to Zhen Han at a proper time.

"Many of the hidden dimensions in the Continent were unsealed due to my confrontation with the grey matter sword. Your continent would soon fall into chaos. You should prepare yourself," the tree continued on.

"Anyways, its time for farewell. I don't think we would be able to meet again though I would love to meet you again."

While the violet bead was heaven-defying object it too has its limitations. It was only able to bring the astral projection of the tree when more than half the memories of the tree were transferred to Zhen Han. It used Zhen Han as the basis for everything.

Now that Zhen Han's memories about the tree were erased the tree wouldn't be able to exist. If the bead tried to transfer the memories again then the heavenly laws of this world would interfere again along with the sword made of grey matter.

"Ah! I almost forgot!" One of the tree's illusory leaf fell on Lin Li's head.

Lin Li's body started emitting a violet radiance! The leaf sucked out the violet radiance and then disappeared.
