Rewards: A random Common Dungeon Trait

Now the Gift wants me to create a weak Dungeon even though I am being unjustifiably accused of being ‘hard’. Tuan can kill the Antkins without a problem, I don’t know from where the people got the notion of ‘hard’ in this Dungeon.

You are the ‘boss’ here so I will obey you this time, I was wondering where I would put that monster spawner anyway.

[Please choose a name for you Dungeon.]

“So it is now that I can pick a name, what name should I choose? Let me think in the peculiarities of this Dungeon.” Leonhardt rocked his head to the sides. “I have [Time Revival], [Taming] and [Possession] as the biggest peculiarities. Then I have ants that can walk upright, a Dungeon Core that became a Monster, an extremely powerful fox that it is for some reason friendly to an annoying squirrel. And last but not least, a Patron that have Evolution powers and I share life and death with her. What name encompass everything that I have said?”

An idea quickly flashed through Leonhardt’s mind. “I now have many Skills and I can make any monster evolve from its weak origin like my title said to me do, so… my Dungeon Name will be Evolution’s Skilful Origins! Or E.S.O. Dungeon for short.” Leonhardt gleefully grinned at his bad naming sense that one day was able to create a cat’s name with more than seven words when he was feeling more creative.

[Your Dungeon Name from now on is Evolution’s Skilful Origins. The short name, E.S.O. Dungeon, will be shown on the beacon outside of the Dungeon.]

“Now let’s finally expand my dungeon territory in the way I want, not just twelve rooms with a small area.”

Leonhardt first increased the cave’s opening height and expanded his Mana to cover everything below the cave’s opening height. Completely covering all the cave’s extension, even the area where the cave’s animals stay, like frogs, critters, and bats for example.

The Core-Master felt bad for destroying the nature’s biosystem on the cave, but he sent his Antkins to kill the animals or at least chase them away from the Dungeon since they are considered intruders (without given DP for invasion) and will disturb the control of his Dungeon’s powers.

Now Leonhardt had a Dungeon with kilometers of length as his first floor to decorate and impress Aeglisa.

Leon will have to make sure to do something amazing with the little lake that exists where the frogs were, he is certain Lisa will be impressed if he makes something like a mini waterfall or a shining lake with gems.

Although he could feel something beneath where the cave ends, he will only discover what it is when he creates his second floor.

“I should study that inscriber’s novice scroll while my Mana is being recharged.” Leon brought out from the Dungeon’s storage the scroll he looted from the male mage’s body to pass his time.

Before the sunrise, his Mana should be full once again even if he doesn’t use his absorption ability on the resources he gathered in his interdimensional storage on this last week.

Leonhardt read aloud the scroll’s contents to memorize them. “Imagine your Mana flowing out from your fingers as a fine thread that will ‘weave’ formats in what you want to enchant or even create a Law Rune on an ‘object’, Law Runes are glyphs that when put on certain locations following certain rules will create supernatural effects or ‘Laws’ which have to be followed for as much as the glyphs exist...”

Leon first thoughts when he read this scroll a week ago was, isn’t this just a mixture of Dungeon Laws and painting? I need to ‘weave’ or paint a figure that will make supernatural effects appear, for example, the revival of dead bodies before they become motes of light.

He got the first level of [Inscribing] five days ago when he understood the way to Mana flow thinly through his fingers like he was holding on a brush made of mana and have to ‘paint’ certain images like bears, fishes or cats in objects to the inscribing work.

And two days ago he got his [Inscribing] to level five when he finished inscribing bear figures in all the Antkins’ weapons to make them sturdier and last longer.

The next step in the art of inscribing is to make Law Runes and it is a step Leonhardt is struggling to do it right because he is being too much ambitious and wanting to already make a Law Rune that can influence with time or gravity.

Now at the sunrise after reading the scroll many times, Leonhardt decided to test his inscribing abilities before decorating the Dungeon. “This time I will just try to make light appear from the Law Rune, this is will be essential when I began to decorate that lake.” The transparent Mana brush on Leonhardt’s hands glowed as he painted on the ground according to the scroll’s instructions and using the correct amount of mana, a butterfly’s image with small symbols that had the meaning of ‘light’ on its wings.

The only thing that lacked to the butterfly’s image evolve from a enchantment to a Law Rune was to Leon mix in the butterfly’s image symbols of ‘harvesting’ and ‘automatic distribution’ to it work continuously without needing to him charge it with Mana and it was don-

“The killjoy strikes back! Why am I not even surprised anymore?” Leonhardt said jokingly, not caring about having his plans every time being destroyed by the Gift. He is already past the stage where he gets angry at a sentient higher force that is only doing its job.

The Core-Master dissipated his Mana brush and began to look through his Dungeon’s lists for something that will highlight even more the beauty and complexity of the Antkins’ nest that had many holes inside the ground and even own small buildings made by the Antkins themselves with the Dungeon’s earth after receiving Leon’s approval.

Leonhardt used some metals and dyes to carve some paintings he one day painted thanks to Lord Second’s help as a test to see how well he could wield Lord Second’s abilities yet.

The result was… calamitous. The Antkins were just staring in wonder as if without souls at the carvings of a grandiose silvery white castle where Lord Fourth lived and to his mother’s carving that he asked for Lord Second paint before copying it.

Leonhardt immediately destroyed the carvings to save his Antkins, what a disaster, I even bragged in my mind how good I am at decorating things, how embarrassing. Leastwise nobody heard that. What am I going to do now? There is no meaning to carve something that will disturb both my enemies and allies.

I have to give up on the Lord Second’s Essence and do things in my own way, although it won’t be as beautiful or amazing as if I used Lord Second’s Essence.

Leon first has to create a believable ecosystem, which will be hard since it is a waste of potential in his mind to let small monsters populate his Dungeon to just let them serve as preys to his more powerful monsters, on his Dungeon’s entrance. “Since the Antkins will be the first enemy the Adventurers will meet, I can’t make the Dungeon’s entrance become a tundra or a volcano. I have to make the entrance like a forest.”

Leonhardt selected the most beautiful and enormous trees he had available to him, and adorned his entire Dungeon until the area where the Antkins’ nest is with various minor plants that were compatible in appearance to the trees he had chosen.

He started with plants and trees that had hues similar to the vegetation outside of his Dungeon to his decoration still not seem out of place yet. Not forgetting about selecting the option in the Dungeon’s list to his plants be extremely resistant to fire, it would amount to nothing if a crazy fire mage that doesn’t know about a basic common sense of not starting fires in caves came to his Dungeon and destroyed all his work, after all.

It cost him more Mana than normal to do this though.

Leon used beeches as the first trees and used moss to cover the stalagmites and stalactites, all this to prepare the viewer to the majestic Dragonblood trees that despite their fearsome name which is a reference to a mythological beast thanks to its dark red resin, it is just a normal tree that can live for more than five hundred years and until reaching twelve meters of height.

The Gift explained to him all the peculiarities of the Dragonblood trees, how they were big and had upturned, densely packed crowns with the shape of uprightly held umbrellas.

After the entrance where the beeches are, Leonhardt had to increase the roof’s height to the Dragonblood trees fit in his Dungeon.

The final result was satisfactory, making the Dungeon have a mixture of an air of a deep and dense rainforest and a jungle with all the moss. If Leon had access to Law Runes he could create rain inside of his Dungeon to make the atmosphere seem more like a proper jungle and rainforest.

Now just for an inside joke he has with his father of how the nobles nowadays act and to prepare the Dungeon’s viewers to the change in hue because he wants to make the Antkins’ nest become red, Leonhardt put flamboyant trees that have green-red leaves in the area next to the Antkins’ nest that is almost at the middle of the previous Dungeon.

“This area is lacking something besides rain and illumination,” Leonhardt said observing his work, it is also lacking a mesmerizing object full of beauty surrounding the area but I can’t think of anything that won’t make me use Lord Second’s Essence. “... It is life.”

Everything is too silent, you can’t even hear the rustling of leaves since there isn’t a strong air circulation here. Leonhardt sighed in resignation and used a combination of [Possession] and [Taming] in various smalls animals that would be in a forest with the help of a nearby Antkin to carefully knock out the animals, and transform them in Dungeon Monsters. “It would be so much easy to my mana’s reserve if I hadn’t chased away those animals in the lake.”

The difference from those Dungeon Monsters from his others was that he ordered them to never attack someone and just make noises outside of the Adventurers' attack range. He isn’t thinking of evolving any of them, they are just the background sound of his Dungeon.

“Can you guys momentarily leave? I am thinking of decorating this area.” Leon said to the Antkins that were guarding the entrance to the Antkins’ nest beneath the ground.

If anyone looks from far away, they would never believe a tiny red hole on the cave's corner is where the Antkins come from. The Antkins can easily expand and contract that hole whenever they need to leave their nest to protect the Dungeon and even make surprise attacks.

Leonhardt thought at first to improve the inside of the Antkins’ nest, but when he took a look once again at nature’s complexity and how they made the tunnels beneath the ground without his instructions. He decided against interfering even more with nature’s beauty that was able to create this environment. I am sure Lisa will understand my decision.

He still feels guilty by chasing away the poor animals living inside of the cave.

“Acacia is technically yellow and I think she will one day become a big tree, so I can’t already go with a volcano’s appearance in this area since she is close to here. But I can still make this area red because yellow is the intersection of green and red in the color wheel.” Leonhardt just put more and more flamboyant trees to him always have a laugh when near the Antkins’ nest and made this area into another forest but less dense, as if there was a path opening in the middle to show the way to Acacia’s region.

Later with Law Runes of illumination he will make this place more impressive, if not, it would become too much alike the Dungeon’s entrance.

“Acacia, can you cover this whole area with acacia flowers but still letting a path in the middle without any flowers?” Leon asked as soon as he arrived in the area that was the end of his Dungeon before completing the Beginner Dungeon Quest. He could make this by himself, but since this is Acacia’s area he wants to give her the leadership.

“Master, it is easy to me do so. But why do you want to me make this area more ‘tolerable’? By what I remember you aren’t too keen to adorn anything in the Dungeon.” Acacia with the sleeping squirrel above her head said after ending the Skill training she was doing with her flowers. “And I would like to inform you I noticed several plants’ roots suddenly appearing in the Dungeon, it could be an enemy’s attack, most likely an earth mage.”

“I had made a bet with Lisa that I would decorate the Dungeon, so I planted trees and now want to make a path in this area if an Adventurer one day reach your area. And if this area is full of acacias, it should be easier to you fight since you can move yourself if there are more acacias flowers to you ‘connect’ your body to, right?”

“Master, thank you for your consideration. Just give me a moment to gather my mana to cover this area with acacias flowers, I still haven’t done it because I thought you wouldn’t like of me tampering the Dungeon without your permission.”

Acacia obeyed Leonhardt and in five minutes the whole area where she lives until the lake’s area became an acacias’ flower field. The striking bright yellow flowers will look even more beautiful when Leonhardt arrange a Law Rune to illuminate them.

“The final barrier to my reward,” Leonhardt said seeing the crystal lake, the final area of his first floor, which he intends to put gems under water and strong illumination Law Runes to make the lake shine in different colors if the notification that appeared to him one second ago didn’t exist.

[Intruders detected!]

[You earn 550 DP for the invasion.]

It was supposed to Leonhard be happy with this invasion since it means he only needs more 80 DP to buy the permission to use traps, but he learned the DP given rate is based on the strength of his intruders, meaning the force that is attacking his Dungeon is at least twice strong as Tuan that was able to easily kill Kleber if not distracted or burdened with dead weights like greenhorns.

“Before panicking I need to see their basic status.” Leonhardt hid his Dungeon Master’s body on the lake and went to his Dungeon Core’s body to spy on his enemies while relaying orders to his monsters prepare themselves for a tough battle.

There were three intruders wearing the same black clothes and masks, two men and a woman.

Suddenly Leonhardt began to mentally laugh in exhilaration after discovering their identities and hearing their conversations as they tread through his dense forest. The fear of death completely disappeared from his mind even though one of them was so powerful that was killing his Antkins with one swipe of his sword.

“Grigor, you are so amazing! You just balanced your sword and those disgusting monsters literally became ashes. I am so envious of you, I would kill for become strong as you.” Rachel said with her most high-pitched girly voice while searching for an opportunity of stabbing Grigor with the Gift’s Usurper without Ogden, her father’s weak-willed counselor, interrupting her just because the Invaders need the naive aspirant to be Hero not die to make him a puppet to be controlled as soon as he receives the Hero’s mantle.

“No, I still have a long way to go to become amazing like my mentor is,” Grigor said embarrassed, turning off his fire sword that has fire crystals embed on it to mimic Charles’ fighting style. “What I find amazing is these trees, they didn’t burn at all even though some fire sparks reached them and they are so big and weirdly looking, they look like upturned umbrellas.”

Ogden silently used air magic to them not become suffocated because of the crazy otherworlder boy using fire in a space like a cave, not mattering if said cave is looking more like a jungle than a normal cave. The old man wondered in his head the reason to the past ‘unnamed’ Dungeon abruptly receive a name and an ecosystem.

Leonhardt watching all this couldn’t stop from laughing, seeing Rachel deceiving someone is always so funny, she is the worst actress I already saw in my life, he is the person that most knows about Rachel in the entire world, no even her mother knows that her real daughter died when she was only three years old after being struck by lightning and a stray soul from a distant planet took control of her body. And that she is a lesbian too ashamed of her own sexual orientation to be true to herself even though she always looked with lustful eyes at Leonhardt’s mother.

So Leonhardt knows exactly what Rachel is feeling and thinking when she says ‘envious’ and ‘kill’ to the adolescent masked man, ‘he will die today, no matter what I have to do for it happen’, that is Rachel thoughts at this moment and Leon can guess how she will kill the man named Grigor.

She is most likely to use the present, Gift’s Usurper, he gave her to help him make his paintings become famous worldwide with her Royal Authority and also to put a leash on the dangerous existence know as ‘Rachel Jotand’ thanks to the Eternal Soul Contract she had to sign to receive the Primal Artifact, as she needed the dagger to ‘accidentally’ kill the concept of ‘beauty’ and ‘violet eyes’ in her sister’s body to her survive through the Royal Selection, a contest that chooses who will be the only Royal Princess.

The Jotand’s royalty can be quite brutal when choosing their heirs.

Rachel isn’t powerful or smart as she thinks she is, but Leonhardt could see behind her lustful eyes a strong ambition burning inside of her since he was an eight-year-old child that saw a three-year-old baby being electrocuted and talking in a strange language just after it without a single injury.

That ambition can drive her to do things normally impossible and even one day destroy the world, Leonhardt was certain of that so to protect himself and his family he made everything possible to mark inside of her head an intrinsic fear of him. A foolish decision made thanks to his mother’s disgusting training that didn’t work as he expected because of the adult mind of Rachel which only found amusing his tactics, in the end, all he did was petty pranks of a child...

Or at least it was supposed to be until Leon showed her Lord Second’s paintings and made her addicted them, only showing to her more paintings after she telling him all her secrets, likes, dislikes and so on.

After recovering of her addiction thanks to a ‘remove memory’ spell Leonhardt’s mother created and sold scrolls to all the ones addicted to his paintings to initiate a vicious cycle of recovery and addiction, Rachel’s fear of him finally got engraved in her soul. He knew everything about her and could control her by only showing one image, no wonder she after receiving the iridescent dagger never showed her face to him or visited his mansion to see his mother anymore.

Leonhardt couldn’t understand though why Ogden (not exist too many old Half-Humans named Ogden), the King’s Counselor, is doing here in his Dungeon despite being retired and incapable of helping too much in a fight with his low-grade air magic, he even has a scary sounding title ‘The One that Betrayed the World’ now, what happened to him?

*Hey, stupid Dungeon! What will we do? From here on Acacia’s lair, I can feel an overbearing Mana coming in our direction. At this rate they will kill all the Antkins.* Dhasharan called Leon while trying to hide its squirrel friend.

“Put your mind at ease, we can easily stop this intruder that doesn’t know how to properly wield a sword or Qi. Just get in position with Kleber at the Antkins’ nest, I am going too after telling all the monsters to hid deep on the Antkins’ nest or in the lake.” Leonhardt said going back to his Dungeon Master’s body after writing a note to Rachel on the Dungeon’s ground at her front. She can’t betray or hurt me even if my existence be revealed anyways, she is the most trusted ally you can ask for when fighting against overpowered enemies.

*What?! You by yourself-*

Leon cut Dhasha’s words to pass his orders to all his monsters. “Don’t attack the intruders anymore, go hide inside of the Antkins’ nest or in the lake if you are near that place. Acacia, make sure to protect the good-for-nothing squirrel and not let it wander. And I want Dhasharan, Kleber and a spear and small shield that the currently strongest Antkins Workers are using in the area above the Antkins’ nest before I arrive there.” Leon calmly left the lake with a plan already made in his head to ‘defeat’ the false user of his father’s fighting style. “I won’t accept complaints, in this fight we don’t need to kill the strongest enemy. A traitor I implanted in their group will do that job for us. Don’t worry, just go with the flow and everything will work just fine. Trust me, your Master.” Leonhardt said with a predatory grin.

Dear Rachel, you can’t ever escape of me whilst that dagger accepts you as its user and you have a contract made by Lord Second himself on your soul, even if you have a strange Class named [Novice Record Keeper] this won’t ever change with me dead or not. We will meet in an area with flamboyant trees and I will help you get rid of the adolescent man that you want so much to kill. I leave what to do with that old man to you.

-Yours Sincerely and With Love of the ‘Lovely Painting Monster’

Leonhardt Udalth VI

P.S. Did you finally find a girlfriend while I was away on my trip to discover the world? If not, I know a nice girl that you will love to make out and she is surprisingly single. *Please insert here a smiley face*

Rachel’s face became more pale and white than ever, her frightened big violet eyes tried to search for a hint for what she was seeing being only an illusion but no matter what she did, her Class told her always the same while reading these words on a clean spot on the forest Dungeon.

This a Record from Leonhardt Udalth and he is alive here.

Finally processing that information, Rachel wanted to scream in fear and pure hatred but a sting coming from her Primal Artifact silenced her before she could screw up with her own plans. The jagged dagger wants to kill a concept today and it won’t let even its user get in the way of its objective.

Why?! Why?... I thought would be free from that man that is the devil in person, but he escaped from a terminal illness that no even the medicine of my original world could cure. I just waited for the invasion of the Invaders to happen to make sure he would be dead when I began my ascension to my ‘happy ending’.

Just now that I was finally free without a single person alive that has suspicions of me or know my secrets, he appears to haunt my life once again.

Hateable monster.

“R-Rachel, what’s wrong? You are just standing there spacing out, could be you got scared as we advance in the Dungeon?” Grigor hesitantly asked. “I am here to protect you, didn’t you say you wanted to see a real fight before going to the easy Dungeon? By what my mentor told me we should be near an area where a Named Monster will appear and I will quickly kill it to take you back to the city.”

Hearing the wimpy voice of the greedy Grigor that feigns to be innocent while looking at her body’s curves, Rachel’s hatred flared and become more directed at Grigor, if you didn’t exist I would already be the [Heroine] and never would have to discover Leonhardt is alive!, the Gift’s Usurper hurt her so badly that Rachel replied in a stone-like voice without any emotions whatsoever. “Thank you for worrying about me, but I am fine. Let’s continue on our way, I am certain you will protect no matter what happens, right?” She walked at the group’s front without pretending to be scared of the Dungeon’s bad illumination anymore.

“Yeah… I will.” Grigor followed Rachel in tow with Ogden, not understanding Rachel’s mood shift. A shame he lacked the courage to touch Rachel’s breasts in ‘accident’ when she was spacing out, not that it really mattered. Soon enough the ‘boobacious’ adult woman will be falling over him when he kills a strong Monster at her front if what he read in the fictions of the genre ‘Wuxia and Harem’ was right.

Who I hated most in my life? My mother. I let her die at the Aldar Rof for revenge. Now, who is currently the person I most hate and will disturb my plan, Leo or Grigor?.... The answer is Grigor. That prick must die. No matter what. Even if I have to make a deal with the devil himself once again, I already did it one time to survive against that whore called ‘my sister’, so what is the harm of making another deal?

Leo, I will be counting on you to incapacitate Grigor. We both know we can't betray each other because of the Gift’s Usurper, so I will trust you albeit not knowing how a weakling like you will hurt Grigor, for now. Rachel thought as she arrived at the area full of flamboyant trees and saw a mighty ebony ant monster standing there together with a black fox big as a bear staring at her with its red eyes radiating azure lightning.

“So they are probably all the Named Monsters of this Dungeon, I was already wondering where the moniker of ‘hard Dungeon’ came from with all those weak monsters.” Grigor entered into Charles’s stance holding his fire sword with only one hand while hiding his left hand behind his back. “Come at me, Monsters. I will show to you how benevolent I am and let you have the first move.”

A slow clapping sound resounded through the room as a man in his thirties at most with an untended beard and using a wet black robe appeared from behind the Monsters. “What a laughable spectacle, I know now why the fighting style you are using is so false and badly taught. My father really didn’t like you and most likely sent you to die here.” Leonhardt said eying the black spear and small shield at Kleber’s side. “How is he doing? Was he capable of impeding my mother of killing any of my slaves?”

“Who are you?! Don’t look down upon my mentor-”

“He is Leonhardt, Charles’ son.” Rachel said, interrupting Grigor and taking care to observe Ogden’s reaction by the reveal of Leon’s revival, hmm… just a slight twitch in his body, Leo must not be important in the Invaders’ plans and Ogden’s relationship with Leo was minimal as the old man never saw Leo’s paintings. “Charles is doing fine, he has the entire country in his hands now, after all. And Aleria was capable of impeding herself of killing your slaves, she only killed some coward nobles she met to de-stress.” She replied to Leonhardt.

Grigor yelled in surprise. “Didn’t mentor’s son die in the Aldar Rof? How he is now alive and so close to those Monsters without being attacked?”

“If I was you, I would pay more attention to our enemies than to these small details.” Rachel brought from under her raiment two daggers, a normal one, and the Gift’s Usurper. “Grigor, I know a spell that will help us flee if the situation becomes too dangerous, but it takes me ten minutes to activate it. I need you to completely defeat our enemies or fight with them for at least the time needed to activate the Spell.” She began to chant a variation of her spell that erased the Records of the mute maid while taking care to Leonhardt understand her message as she meaningfully raised the Gift’s Usurper.

“Leave it to me! I will defeat them before you even need to use that spell.” Grigor said with excitement by knowing Rachel was ‘worried’ about his well being. “Old man, don’t get involved. I can’t let you get hurt before you met your granddaughter.” Grigor cited the false story Ogden gave him and how Ogden’s granddaughter was beautiful and single.

“Did you finish of making your strategy? Because I finished mine.” Leonhardt said and turned to Kleber that began to wield the spear and small shield despite the Antkin being better at unarmed combat. “Do you trust in me? If I tell you to give me your body, what would you do?”

*My Lord, my trust in tho- you is unshakeable. If you want my body, I will gladly give it to you.* Kleber said without hesitation.

“What a good child. You are the cutest monster I have in my Dungeon.” Bright lines of light began to appear from Leonhardt’s body and entangle Kleber’s body. “Then I will take your body without any reservation. [Possession]!” Leonhardt’s Dungeon Master body fell down in the ground without a soul and he made Kleber’s soul go to the ‘backseat’ to let him control the Antkin’s body without feeling disturbed by having extra members and compound eyes.

“This muscles, power and the hot feeling under me, with all these things I can now understand why you act so much based on instincts.” Leonhardt in Kleber’s body said, but with the exception of his monsters nobody understood him, only grunts let out his mouth. “Dhasharan, use your lightning in this spear.”

*Are you sure? I can’t control well it, even if it is Kleber’s body you will still fell a good amount of pain.* Dhasharan said while regulating its lightning’s Skills.

“What? Are you worried about me? You? Who are you and what you did to my real monster?” Leonhardt threateningly pointed his spear at Dhasha.

*Shut up!* Dhasharan let its hatred flood into its body and attacked Leon with a [Lightning Surge], a constant flow of azure lightning’s energy.

[You are gravely wounded.]

Leonhardt felt the electricity flowing through ‘his’ body and constantly tearing ‘his’ body. He concentrated on the Style he is mimicking to control the electricity and make it go to the spearhead. “My father’s fighting style can be strong, even if it is a fake one and it is in the hands of someone unworthy. But can it handle the Style of the strongest woman in the Multiverses, Lord Second’s wife?”

Leonhardt’s four legs quivered at a noticeable rate and he aimed his spear at Grigor’s head whilst he used ‘his’ left arm to put the small shield across ‘his’ chest. “Stolen Style: Bolt.”

[Error!]

[The Gift can’t analyze what is happening… searching in the database for a similar occurrence…]

[Found. This is Laylasoderscim’s Style. The Second Destroyer’s wife.]

The lightning condensed on the spearhead and instantly exploded with Leonhardt’s body being propelled, making him appear without noticing beyond the location where Grigor was, accidentally cutting Ogden’s left arm with his lightning spear, ah, I messed up...

“My arm!” Ogden cried and fled from the Dungeon using his air magic.

Leonhardt’s four legs gave an extra power he didn’t expect, slightly altering the trajectory of his thrust. “What a shame, I thought I had total control of this body but it seemed I was wrong. Leastwise my Skill upped with this knowledge. I just need to make some modifications and I will be fine.”

[Level Up! Possession is now Lvl 2.]

“Dhasharan bring back the one that fled, I will be fine by myself,” Leon said as he perceived Grigor staring at him with widened eyes not believing what happened and how the otherworldly boy was lucky of surviving unscathed the surprise attack at a false light speed.

“It was my first move, a shame it didn’t kill you,” Leonhardt said, still not noticing his opponent is only hearing grunts. “Let’s begin our bout. I never had a chance to have a proper fight with exception of the times I trained in my ancestors' dreams.”
