hey everyone.
so, my grandmother is currently passing from this world to the next. I don’t think I’m going to be able to focus on writing for a while. Chapters likely won’t resume regularly until January. I might put out the odd chapter before then.
I recommend we all take advantage of this Christmas to show our love to those who matter to us. And even those who don’t. If you can visit the old and lonely, please do. Not many are as lucky as my Grandmom.

Evel was just a farmer boy in a remote village. Where other boys left to go on adventures, he stayed with what remained of his family, toiling away at the field his father had left him with. One day, as he explored the woods, he was attacked by a wild goblin. Afraid and weak, he could only cower when a knight came to his rescue, saving him from his untimely death.
