The lower level seekers who could not fly, formed a spell array which boosted the energy of the five seekers at the soul realm. With the help of the array, the strength of the five seekers raised tremendously shooting directly at the peak of soul realm! Up above, Ji Chanming stared at the five incoming people while still laughing nonstop. He shot directly towards the five people attempting to clash with them head on. He slashed his spear countless times which created a semi spherical fire that descended towards the five incoming seekers. They used their own arts to conjure hundred thousand spears which combined together forming a gigantic spear that flew towards the attack of Ji Chanming. When the spear and the giant semi spherical flame collided, screeching sound could be heard which caused ripples in the air. The two attack fought back and forth for two breaths, but eventually the giant fire swallowed the spear, which caused everyone's faces to be filled with disbelief. They could not fathom that a single attack from a seeker could destroy their combined attack! Their faces turned pale as they all pressed their temples with their thumb causing a wound to appear in their forehead. Blood flowed out from the wound, which flew toward each other forming a giant blood colored web that stretched out hundreds of meters covering everyone from the giant heat attack. When the scorching attack from Ji Chanming connected with the web, It burned the web, however, its power was not enough to completely destroy the web which made the attack dissipate in the air. While the attack was successfully blocked, the old man did not stop his advance and appeared almost in front of the web. Standing in front of the web, he pointed his spear towards the sun and shouted "Sun's Blessing!" Seemingly divine light shot from the sun towards Ji Chanming holding the spear. At the top of Ji Chanmings's head, there appeared a small sun which radiated intense heat. With the Sun's blessing activated, he held the spear with both hands and inhaled deeply. With a deep breath, his body became molten red, which affected even the space around him to somewhat distort. Everyone below felt the danger from the man, so they used every bit of energy they can muster to strengthen the array and assist the five seekers directly confronting Ji Chanming. The five seekers from the Black Spider Guild trembled from the might of Ji Chanming. But they could not just sit back and wait for their death, so they used their thumb to draw a horizontal line in their forehead which opened a huge wound. In the wound a huge eye appeared! When the eye appeared they all shouted "Five Eyed Spider Emerge!" When the words echoed out, Illusory five eyes opened in the sky staring at Ji Chanming. Around the eyes, a giant body of an illusory spider appeared. The spider immediately rushed towards Ji Chanming trying to devour him. When the spider rushed, it was also the moment Ji Chanming slashed his spear diagonally with all his might. A giant slash of heat wave appeared which immediately burst into flame. The wave was enormous that the previous attacks weren't even half of its size. When it touched the web, it instantly melted it. The heat wave descended towards the spider which caused the spider to shook violently as if it was struck by unimaginable force. Even the illusory body of the spider began to burn when it was hit by the attack. The heat wave was temporarily stopped by the spider, however with only three breaths time of struggle, the spider was also consumed by the attack. Everyone below the attack shouted in fear as they tried to flee for their lives. However, the attack was extremely fast that it descended towards the five seeker melting them into nothingness. Then it continued its path ripping the air towards the low level seekers below. BOOOOOOM! A thunderous boom echoed out when the attack landed on the ground. Everything was incinerated and no one was left alive. The attack was so strong it melted the ground below creating a rift of molten rocks significantly larger than the location actually occupied by the group of seekers. The man continued to laugh uproariously while looking at the destruction he made. Then he turned his back and shot at extreme speed towards the east where he vanished without a trace. .... On a dark room which seems to be located on an isolated area in the Black Spider Guild, three seekers were enraged beyond words as one person with a huge scar on his arm slapped his palms on the stone table and shouted "How dare that old man Ji Chanming do this to our guild members! I say we launch an attack right now and come after him before he can come back at the Golden Phoenix Order." "Calm down brother Dai, he is one of the three great elders of Divine Phoenix Order. His strength is close to our group leader. We cannot just randomly throw away our guild members life because of anger." A man with a calm average looking face said. "I agree with brother Deli, even though our group leader is stronger than him. We cannot simply subdue him. Everyone also knows of his crazy will to fight. Now that's interesting. I wish to help you if its alright." Gao Jie said with an alluring smile. "It is about the dark energy in the guild, I suppose you have an idea about it. Can you help me find its exact location?" Gao Jie's face turned serious as she replied "Why would you investigate something like that? I have a rough idea what you are talking about, but I think it is a deep secret in the guild. I think I have a better chance of finding its location than you." "I appreciate your offer, but the way you said it made me think it is a bit dangerous to dig about it. Maybe you can let me handle this alone." Dippy said with resolve. "No! The total amount could buy him some demon's grace which was all good, however Ming Li's need for demon's grace even skyrocketed when he stepped into the Fusion Realm. Again it was another hurdle for him to even gain a single level, but he wasn't really worried since he can now freely kill anyone again because he already pushed the blame to Ji Chanming on all the killing in the forest. With a happy expression, he walked out of his place to buy some demons grace. But when he went out, he heard some statements which made his face fall. "Starting today everyone is not allowed to go out of the guild randomly! You shall hunt monster in groups assembled by the guild. This is for the reason that in five months we will go to war with the the Crystal Leaf Sect and the Golden Phoenix Order! Also, currently, there is an extremely powerful seeker just outside our sect who killed hundred of our guild members which made us decide to keep everyone safe before the war!" Everyone burst into commotion as they discussed about the war. Most of the people at the Fusion Realm knew about it so they weren't really bothered. However, the weaker members were shocked by the news and were worried about their lives. On the other hand, Ming Li was smiling wryly "Damn, that old man overdid it. I never thought that he would slaughter everyone who came after him! If everyone goes out in an organized group how the hell would I earn soul ores!?" Ming Li felt his whole world crumble when the news hit him. He was extremely furious at the old man for doing something out of hand. If he only scared them away, it would have been perfect.
