Two weeks ago I casually said, “Hump Day”, to Wednesday not thinking anything about it. It really put him off. Like, he was just moody all day after that.
So last week I came in and loudly asked Tuesday what day it was. She started to answer but I interrupted by shouting, “It’s Hump Day,” and Tuesday and I laughed. Wednesday was visibly annoyed but was trying to not let on.
So today, I have a surprise for the office.
I called in a favor from my gecko buddy who put me in contact with Caleb, a camel, who was glad to come up to the office for our “Wednesday Celebration”.
Needless to say, Wednesday is not amused.
What I didn’t expect was that damn camel wanting to stick around. He just kept walking from cubicle to cubicle saying, "guess what day it is."

I was under the impression we were celebrating Hump Day but it's starting to feel like I'm just being used as a prop.
