Getting up I called Tyler and we when to end more goblins. This time I used curses, have to make sure I get a curser class at ten. It was even easier this time as the goblins ranged between immobile or could barely stand. After another couple of hobgoblins, we hit level nine.

Everything but my stats looked like a level 90 who couldn’t pick a path to follow, but as a level 9, I was a once-ever genius. Slightly basking in my once power and wonder as Tyler and I slowly butcher our way to the boss. Nothing could stop us.

After 30 minutes we found the boss, it was a goblin viscount. It was 6 feet tall, a mix of fat and extremely muscular. It had a 5-foot club and looks like it could swing it around like it was nothing. It could, I’ve seen it smash people into a paste in my last life. In this one, it was going to be a joke. I cast {Hex of Slowness} 10 times and it looked up or tried to. It couldn’t move, but its eyes spoke of fury, of the anger of a noble being slaughtered like a pig.

“It’s all your Tyler. Remember I won’t be doing this again so don’t get used to it.” I say.

“Sure you say that now, but next time it's going to be one more time,” Tyler says as he starts to stab the boss.

After a couple of minutes, it finally died. If not for my powerful curse we would have lost the fight for sure. Then I got the message I was looking for.
