This is a teaser chapter for an upcoming rewrite.
I've been asked many times to continue or rewrite this so I will do it.
The story timetable is done and while some chapters will be very similar in the beginning, the story changed a lot. I hope you will enjoy this since the quality is much better than before.

Dao Lord Brandr has cheated death many times over the millennia, enough to know that this time he should have died. There was just no surviving what had happened to him. Lifetimes ago, a young woman named Vin was summoned from another world to defeat a Demon Lord and the Great Calamity that birthed him. After successfully saving that world by subduing the Demon Lord, she lived out her life there as a celebrated Hero. At her death, the Pantheon, a collection of all of the patron deities of all the many worlds, offered her a place among them. She accepted and thus, she created her own world to watch and protect, and named it Xael. Xael, a world of magic and swords, flourished for centuries, but now... Now, there are signs of a Great Calamity approaching, much like the one that caused her to be pulled her away from her father and sisters so many years before. Unwilling to see her world fall, Goddess Yvinne decides to do the one thing that she can to save her creation, and even herself. Summon a Hero from another world. However, the Summoning did not work quite correctly, and the "Hero" she got? Well...let's just say he's not exactly what she hoped for. This is a story of a nobody becoming somebody, and a goddess remembering what it was like to be a human.

As Illias Finn remains bound within the cell of an abandoned prison the curtain calls its chosen to descend into it's embrace. To be honest I will just write and upload whenever i feel like it, but if i find it getting relative success I can try write a bit more. This will just be a write, read then upload kind of thing for me while i try to flesh out more worldbuilding. I'm pretty novice when it comes to writing just a few years of secondary english under my belt but hardly any of that's creative. NGL, a lot of this world building is inspired by Tower of God or other fiction i have read, especially the tower-like setting.

What would happen when man had to, once again, fight for its own right to live? Would the evolutionary counterparts of our ancestors manage to life through the struggle for survival? What would happen to society if a new reason for living came up, other than the enjoyment of the well-built environment? A reason that could either unite or destroy humanity.This is the struggle for their right of existence.As earth and its inhabitants are faced with the fear of unknown danger and the peril of monstrosities, some will falter, some will die and some will live on to tell the tales of those forgotten. As reality dictates, most will be part of the first two groups and only a small faction will be part of the latter. *This is my first attempt at writing fantasy, so I do hope you’ll enjoy it. The story is one of apocalyptic nature, with gigantic monsters, unfathomable powers and also a critial view on humanity and what it means to be human. I will definitely try to stay away from any tropes that are not neccesary to write fantasy, as I thoroughly despise non-creativity. There shall be no harems, no unrealistic behavior and absolutely no standard scene of dimwitted bandits that try to rob whatever similarly rock-brained princess they encounter. The main character is not black and white, because no human is completely good or completely evil. They’re human, not some idealistic concept of what one is supposed to be. Die Welt wartete voller Spannung auf den Release des ersten großen VR Games, OMEGA, so auch der MC, der jedoch zur Zeit des Release gerade an seiner Abschlussarbeit sitzt und damit den ersten Morgen in OMEGA verpasst. Am zweiten Morgen des Spiels jedoch, fliegt Mirado jedoch in den Himmel um sich den Sonnenaufgang als erstes anzusehen, als ein mächtiges Beben alle Spieler der Welt erschütterte und für ihn Spiel zur Realität wurde. Nicht mehr in der Lage die Welt zu verlassen, kämpft er von da an um seinen Platz in einer Welt aus Spielern und den natürlichen Einwohnern, sowie zahlreichen Monster und Götter. Als Auserwählter eines Gottes und Abseits aller Regeln und somitt auch abseits der Bestimmungen als auch des Schutzes den Regeln bieten, ist jeder Tag für Mirado ein Kampf ums überleben und sogleich ein Tag an dem er etwas neues über seine neue Welt lernt. Begleitet Mirado auf seiner Reise durch die Welt, wie er neue Freunde und Feinde findet, Uralte Gegner erweckt und die ältesten Götter konfrontiert um seine neue Welt zu beschützen. [hr] Ich habe bisher VIELE Storys darüber gelesen wie Chars zu Götter wurden, gegen Götter gekämpft haben und selbige am Ende (oder auch nach kurzer Zeit) zum Frühstück verspeisten. Diesmal wollte ich jedoch mal einen anderen Weg ausprobieren. Mein Weg führt nicht gegen die Götter und das Universum, sondern MIT den Göttern und der Welt.
