Teachers Conference:
For imlproving our schools criteria i would like to hold a conference talking about any problems you have faced though out the first month of school. (Principal)
Teacher automatically raises his hand.
Um yes Mr, Chase (Principal)
I have a student that some of you probably know. His name is Jason Zheng. I believe that this student is actually fit to skip grades. (Mr. Chase)
What, a student that is fit to skip grades in our school? (A teacher)
All the Teachers started discussing
I would like to know the reasoning behind this. (Principal)
Gladly. As some of you might know this student is passing with a grade of a C. This grade is a grade that is considered barely passing and barely failing. (Mr. Chase)
Then why should this student be fit to skip grades? (A teacher)
It is precisely because he is barely passing that he should get to skip grades. My reasoning is that from the start to the end of this month he has never listened to a single class that i taught and he has done none of the homework assignments and if you want to know why he is passing it would be because he passed all tests with flying colors. There was nothing on the test that he didn't know and he was always the first one to finish. This cuts the chances of cheating. Also, when ever i try to teach him something he always gives me the same answer that he knows this already. (Mr. Chase)
But that just means that he knows what your teaching them now not meaning he knows all your gonna teach. (Teacher)
Then let me tell you something that might shock you. Do you know that this child has 1 book that he keeps in his back pack and it isn't a school book. The book is one for psychology. And he has been asking me certain questions that i presume is from that book. So do you believe that he is normal child that doesn't all I'm teaching and for some reason is reading a book on psychology for fun. Well? If this isn't enough of a reason for you to let him skip grades let me tell you that this kid has made a new mathematical equation that hasn't been seen by the world yet. He showed all that potential and is a genius yet you are saying we shouldn't let him skip grades? (Mr. Chase)

All of those who believe that this child should be allowed to skip grades.
There were no objections.

The next day on the phone
Hi are you Jason's grandma? (Counselor)
Yes. (Grandma)
i just want to congratulate you for Jason Zheng has been allowed to skip grades. (Counselor)
What? Why should he skip grades? (Grandma)
Well the truth is that Jason might be quite the genius and we need to test him to see what level he can reach. (Counselor)
He has C's in most of his classes right now if you start letting him skip grades wouldn't that fail him? (Grandma)
Uh well the truth is that for most of his classes... (Counselor)
The Counselor went on and on explaining that for most of his classes he isn't doing homework and always sleeping yet the only reason he is passing is because he passed all the test with 100%.

At home
Jason. (Grandma)
What is it? (Jason)
Your teachers have told me that you haven't been doing your homework is that true? (Grandma)
Oh uh...yes. (Jason)
Stupid teachers what did you tell my grandma. Wait till tonight I'll send you a nice surprise a surprise big enough that you would die in shock. *Evil Smirk* (Jason's Thoughts)
Well for some reason your teachers have said that although you haven't been doing your homework you have been passing all tests and that is the reason they gave me was you are a genius. (Grandma)
Huh!? (Jason)
So they have told me that they want you to go in and take a test for skipping grades. (Grandma)
Huh... are you serious? (Jason)
Yes we are going after lunch. (Grandma)
Oh what are we having for lunch? (Jason)
________________________________________________________
1 hour later
Jason and his grandma turned up at school and Jason was led into a classroom to take a test. The test for all of his classes were on fifth grader level. And Just like the teachers expected Jason was genius he completed all of them without so much as a problem that was incorrect.

If you guys don't know its a miracle at 10, a genius at 15 and your a normal person to others at 20. But this is a kid that is 6 so which one do you believe the teachers thought he was well? The Answer is all teachers thought
MONSTER! (All Teachers thoughts)
_________________________________________________________
At night.
Ant come in. (Jason)
What is it master? (Ant)
The teachers at my school have tattled on me saying things that don't need to be said. You know what to do. But no need to kill. (Jason)
I understand. (Ant)
_________________________________________________________
The midnight clock strikes and the ants come out to play.
All men are you ready. (Ant)
Sir, yes sir! (Ant Army)
Charge! (Ant)
That was the reason why all the teachers in school were absent and why the school was closed for a day. They were hanging from there balcony windows with only there underwear.

Wonderous Tales of the Northern Kingdoms
A short story collection set in a medieval Fantasy world, "Wonderous Tales of the Northern Kingdoms" takes you to the three kingdoms Seathornia, Sucellie, and Waldbergen. Follow their human and nonhuman inhabitants on their adventures. The stories tell the experiences of:- orphan girl Tilly and her water horse companion Domhnull, - healer Friedbert and his wood sprite foster grandmother Adalberga,- vampire assassin Dragomira,- mountain fairy Blanchefleur,- long-eared slave Otaspes,- King's brother Doderic,- and nightmare Princess Himiltrud. The short stories are interconnected with characters from different stories crossing paths and chronological dependencies. Nonetheless, each story can also be read on its own. The word count ranges from ca. 1800 to 2800 words. The story collection is completed with a total of fifteen short stories and two extras. Although a possible future continuation is generally an option, it is not too likely.*******This is my first time publishing one of my fictions. I am using this short story collection as a way to test the waters before I seriously consider publishing a novel. As English isn't my mother tongue, I would appreciate it if native speakers, anglicists or any other proficient users of the English language could kindly inform me about any mistakes in grammar or word choice so that I may correct it. The same applies to any sentence or paragraph that may sound unnatural in English.

The Girl with Scales and a Sword
This is the story of a girl who ends up with scales and a sword. Yup. There you have it folks. Slice of Life is the key intended genre. This is literally going to be a running commentary of a girls life, especially as it relates to adventure and action This is going to be a continuous work, as I intend it to be a side project while I work on other books more decidedly, and I intend to rework chapters often, because I want this both to be a break from other titles, and a learning experience. I'm going to be trying to get a lot of people to comment on chapters so I can grow as a writer. So if you want to read, please do! and comment if you feel generous. Just keep in mind, releases will likely be veeeeery far apart. (Note: I try to put out a chapter a month, though that doesn't always happen depending on school, work, and generally how well I'm doing, energy-wise)

YAOS 1 - Limitless Adventures - Yet Another OP Story Book 1
December 23rd 2018: Book 1 is now up at Smashwords and at Amazon. December 30th 2018: V1.1.2 of YAOS Book 1 is out, some content additions, fixed typos. Amazon's enhanced typesetting now displays tables properly. YAOS is shown through the eyes of some genius athlete getting OP inside a VR, ah wait, Full Immersion game, ?F.I.O?. Not a Hero, not a Nerd, just a driven individual paying for mistakes made, biding time until he can return to the Real World. He isn't defined like you'd normally do it, you can pick his looks and name all on your own, just like you do in video games. Believe it or not, keeping his looks undefined is harder than you think. His backstory isn't expounded in detail, but it drives his choices. Book 1 isn't about depressing sob stories but about fun and rushing forward, pursuing new horizons. Oh, and you'll end on a cliffhanger! Well, most serials do, so you will probably expect that without being told explicitly. But it isn't that bad, there's a lot of reveals and more to come once this book, that is the first in a planned three-part series, is finally ready for release on amazon et al. The published version will have: 1.) Godawful speaker tags, I hate them, they make you stop thinking and speed up editing so much. In hindsight they should have been in to begin with. But I stand by my goals proclaimed earlier. You guys should think while reading, that is the whole point of the exercise. Apply the knowledge and ideas, improve yourself, get creative! 2.) Pretty colored tables, the damned blue boxes, a lot of work, 69 in one book. Finally fixed amazon's centering issue. Can't say I liked the hours needed to debug that. 3.) The promised Mitara chapters. 4.) A cover! 5.) And lastly, updated polished versions of several chapters. MC shares more of his past, some terrible chapters (esp. 32) finally work. Some new scenes, minor rewrites in parts. Text flow and other issues. The current challenge is to maintain essential ambiguity while satisfying people wanting to know more without thinking three steps ahead. Balancing one with the other is tough. The smut which was in remains, but the story told is not to be superseded by it. A 15+ rating for the first book is also important, not to mention, YAOS wasn't meant to contain any smut to begin with. If the Author can turn to writing full time his output should increase, so please support YAOS #1 once it does finally release. ~Thank You~ No maps so far, that should be in, but is really hard to get done right. Again, tips are appreciated. Update September 2017: Stubbed chapters, sorry guys, currently don't have time to upload them elsewhere, polishing book 1 and 2, writing 3, takes precedence. Book 1 is in heavy editing, too much to keep synced and continuing editing. I'd need a site which offers JS-free rapid managing of chapters and comments. Coding one myself or setting a premade up is out of scope until I'm done with the books. RRL-old offered that, nuff said. This is only here because the author believes in fairies, nobody reads this, most likely. October to December 2017: Life threw some curveballs. February 2018: Book 2 draft 1 completed, at ~150K words. Book 2 is fairly epic in scope, requires 1 rewritten chapter, some editing. Tables and miscellanea are in, but needs at least a grammar pass. March 2018: Book 3 at 28k words, first arc, rest needs serious planning for spin-off and satisfying conclusion. July 2018: Yet another proofing/editing session of books 1-3, 101+ chapters, ~300k words. B3 at 48k, starts out great, but no ETA, no wordcount limit, in flux. But prioritizing my writing cannot be done, I hate the delays as much as you, but you will prefer the whole released in a timely fashion rather than wait. Knowing myself how excruciating waiting can be, at least you'll get significantly polished versions and an ETA on book 2 by release of book 1. December 23rd 2018: Book 1 is now up at Smashwords and in the process at Amazon et. al.. . To all who wait patiently, offered feedback, thanks again!
