This last month has been extremely boring. All i do is what a baby is doing eat sleep poop! That actually is really nice. Oh did you know that powdered milk for babies actually taste pretty good? Well back on topic there wasn't anything i needed to do so that means I can do anything i want. Like for example i learned how to use appraisal once i got my eye sight but there was nothing that i didn't know about in this hospital like the tools and stuff. But I found out that by using appraisal i will use mana resulting in a increase of intelligence which means i will have more mana so i continued to appraise random things until i passed out. But that got boring when i found out that mind reader used mana as well and can also increase my mana. So i started listening in on the minds of the people around me. Well lets say that human minds are quite scary but that got me a lot of intelligence be cause it increased my mana not just by using it up until it was gone but it also increased it because of the amount of information i got. But that boring life came to an end today.

So it was decided that I'm staying in America just like my last life after a 2 hour argument in the car leaving my mom the winner.

Blood Bind: skill used for binding subjects to the user. Subject must have lower intelligence than the user to bind by force, another way to bind subject is by will which means the subject will accept your binding contract.

Pets are only able to be controlled by the king. They are able to be given away for rewards but will not listen to anything that is asked of them.

Pets are also capable of telepathic eyes. Useful for looking though there point of view.

Contracts in the kingdom must be followed.

Failure to meet the contract will result in punishment worst case death.

To preform the contract you must have them swear a oath the contract and drink your blood.

To force a contract they must have a lower intelligence then you and have contact with your blood, they also can't be forced into a contract if they are the same Species as you.

By naming the subject they will get more power based on how much power the name can give.
