《Original Wolf - (The Originals)》64 Anger

At the New Orleans house, Rebekah was watching over a sleeping Hope,
Hayley seeing Hope now asleep made a call to Jackson after not hearing from him in a while, she wanted to make sure everything was going well with the wolves after their recent loss in the graveyard expedition to find Niklaus's brother.
Jackson who was looking for it after shifting into a werewolf and losing it, was thankful to receive a call- "Hayley? it's a good thing you called, I've been looking everywhere for it, glad it wasn't destroyed in the fight."
Hayley frowned- "What fight?" The last thing they needed was to lose any more people.
Jackson sighed on the other side as he explained about Niklaus coming over and slaughtering their members and fighting him before Mikael showed up saving his life.
Hayley now had glowing red eyes as her anger skyrocketed- "How many?"
Jackson- "Too many, I think we only have like 20 left, we're in a tough spot now, by the way, Nevan was also there, he stopped the others from throwing their lives away at fighting Mikael, reminded us that alphas can turn people, we need to start turning some of our friends or we'll go extinct here."
Hayley- "What about Nevan did he stay and help?"
Jackson sighing again- "Hayley I think it's about time you forget about him helping us...Hayley?" he asked after it went quiet only to hear her hang up on him.
Rebekah who overheard patted her shoulder- "I'll talk to Nevan, but he's right, you shouldn't count on him to do everything for you, it's already amazing he decided to turn 5 of you into alphas, you should know he's never turned any human before."
Hayley sighing before growing angry- "Yeah I remember him saying something like that before...Niklaus, however, has gone too far, I thought with this baby he could change for the better, I no longer believe that, while I do believe he wants what's best for her, it doesn't change the fact of who he is and what he does, I don't want my daughter to be exposed to that."

Rebekah didn't comment this was her decision and frankly, she wouldn't want her child to be exposed to it either.
Hayley looking from Rebekah to sleeping Hope- "She's so beautiful, I've decided I'm taking her to the wolves where we'll leave New Orleans."
Niklaus entered at this moment yelling- "You'll do no such thing, she is just as much my child as she is yours, but more importantly SHE IS MY CHILD, you will not keep me from her and if I should find you trying to escape with her, I will..."
Rebekah growled out in Hayley's stead- "You will do what Niklaus? will you kill the mother of your child? And what will you tell her when she finds out?"
Niklaus paused thinking back at what Nevan said about him becoming a monster to her.
Niklaus was also reminded of how Nevan also seemed to be friends with his father.
"And you, you say you're not controlled then tell me how will you respond knowing that Nevan is working with our father to kill me."
Rebekah certainly didn't expect to hear that as she went quiet.
"Niklaus please calm yourself, I understand your frustration with recent events but don't turn the ones who stand by you, attacking the werewolves was a bit hasty don't you think? And don't threaten the mother of your child," said Elijah as he walked in.
Hayley felt better seeing him hear as they shared a look.
Niklaus angrily shouted back- "She was talking about taking my child and running away!"
Elijah looking at Hayley who avoided his eyes spoke- "Hayley, please understand he cares deeply for his child and it would be best not to separate a kid from their parents, everyone deserves to be raised by their own parents."
Niklaus flinched hearing this, from not being able to meet his own father until a 1000 years later and he deemed him a threat to his own so he snuffed him out.

Hayley scoffed- "A child does not deserve to be raised by a monster."
Niklaus yelled- "What would you know of being raised by a monster, I know what it was like and I will never do that to my child!"
Hope amazingly only woke up now from the yelling and started to crying, Hayley went over to pick her up and calm her, but Niklaus zoomed over and grabbed her first.
He rocked her in his arms whispering calming words- "There, there princess, I'm sorry about that, shh calm yourself."
Hayley felt nervous watching her daughter in his arms but soon relaxed realizing he did care for her despite his psychotic nature.
Remembering about her people she spoke through gritted teeth so she wouldn't start yelling- "This doesn't change anything, if you keep acting like a psycho then you shouldn't be in her life."
Niklaus just ignored her as he concentrated on Hope's relaxing presence to help calm himself and remind him what was most important now.
Rebekah pulled Elijah away to ask about what happened- "Is it true? Was Nevan helping our father?"
Elijah looked at her with concern- "I'm afraid so, if you are not under his control you should find out what you can and report back, our family is at stake."
Rebekah's eyes glowed dangerously- "Oh I'll definitely find out what he's doing alright of that you can be sure Elijah."
Elijah felt a chill down his spine seeing his sister like this, he wouldn't want to be on her bad side, he remembers the few times she was truly angry, a little firey witch who anyone would fear to cross.

Marcel was at his place sitting across from Aya Al-Rashid.
Aya Al-Rashid was a gorgeous, young-looking, woman of African descent in her 20s with natural black short hair, dark brown wide eyes and full lips. Aya carried herself like royalty, with a straight posture and usually looks down on everyone except for her leader.
Aya Al-Rashid- "We are aware of your recent problems, we can provide you daylight rings and help change New Orleans back to what it should be, with you as the king."
Marcel with his usual grin asked- "And you'll just do this for me, is that right?"
"For now, we'll provide you some support, but if you wish to have all this and more and then you'll have to meet the head, we'll be in contact for now and once everything is ready we'll be moving over here where you'll have the chance to meet, until then we'll keep in touch, we hope you provide a more welcoming atmosphere for our kind before we arrive," she said getting up to leave.
Marcel slightly confused asked- "Wait a second your all coming here?"
"Well the Originals are here and they have had their lives threatened numerous times now, we who thought they couldn't be killed witnessed the death of a sire line and do not wish the same to happen to us, so yes we'll be coming here to make sure this doesn't happen, if we weren't busy wrapping things up elsewhere we would already be here, so until then try and keep them alive for us."
Marcel- "If you knew all that why haven't you come sooner?"
Aya Al-Rashid- "Our organization is big, it takes time for us to get everything in order, as for why we haven't dropped everything and rushed over, because we have all our witches watching them like a hawk 24/7, if there was any danger that couldn't be handled we would have dropped everything and rushed over."
Marcel hearing her talk about witches that they controlled, was even more confident that this was something big for him.

8 406The Shadow That Preludes Death (The Favoured)
Magic and fantastical beasts run wild on the countless worlds of the Fabric. Deities take an active interest in the Fabric. The Favoured, immortal mages of immense power vie for territory and power in the Fabric. Umbra a naive ward of the Duke is almost Grown and that means she will need to take an apprenticeship. The issue is she isn't good at anything, but she catches the eye of a master of magic, he thinks she might be one of the fabled Protectors the ones that would save them from the coming destruction. But Umbra isn't the hero everyone wants her to be. Updates will at least one chapter every two days. Notable Location Poliagoras. Poliagoras is the most important world in the Fabric partly due to it being the centre of everything both literally and metaphorically. Trade, commerce, travel, and politics are all conducted primarily on Poliagoras, it has the biggest city in the fabric stretching to cover almost the entire world. It also holds all the known Great portals in the Fabric which are the only way to travel to other worlds. Even without these things, Poliagoras would still be the most important world in the Fabric as it is home to the largest population of Favoured. They were mages chosen by the Deities and given the potential to become more than mortal. I cannot overstate how appreciated constructive criticism is. This is the first story I have written of my own volition so even a small comment on how I could improve would be great. The current title is most definitely a working one. I know it isn't great.
